“I had a very positive experience booking with Elizabeth. She promptly came over for a meet & greet and was super attentive and personable. It was clear from our meeting that she is very passionate about all animals and puts great effort into their care. She watched my two boys while I was away for four days, and I felt they were in such safe hands. Elizabeth followed all of my instructions and reached out right away with any questions and concerns. Communication was a great 2-way street and there was never a moment where i felt like I was in the dark. I appreciated her Rover cards with pictures and a note keeping me updated. She met up with me at a perfect time that worked out for both our schedules, seen the house and asked questions on how she could make it a great pet sitting experience. She agreed to take care of my ferrets, which aren’t listed on Rover but need just as much attention. She gave me updates and pictures every time she stopped by and interacted with them.
