About: I have loved and cared for animals for most of my life. I grew up with a large dog who was deeply loved and considered part of the family. Caring for him taught me how to recognize an animal’s needs, understand body language, and approach pets with patience, respect, and compassion through all stages of their lives. Since then, I have cared for dogs and cats belonging to friends and family through regular check-ins, weekend visits, week-long house-sitting stays, and week-long dog-sitting stays in my own home. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and may need time to feel comfortable with someone new or in a new environment. I am patient during that adjustment period and always do my best to maintain their normal routine and help them feel safe, relaxed, and cared for.
