Currently I work a hybrid work schedule that offers very flexible hours. In my personal work-from-home life, I take frequent, short breaks to play or cuddle with my pets. I typically go on a long walk each day and would love for my daily walk to include a pet drop-in and/or walk with your dog!

I am not open to hosting any pets at my home, but I am diligent and thoughtful. I will always ensure doors are secure if there are any "escape artists" that like to make a break for the door. I will always make sure leashes/harnesses are secure before leaving your home, and make sure they stay on until we are back inside the home and doors are secure.

A typical day
For pups I am able to go on long or short walks. I can lightly jog with dogs who enjoy that. Tug of war is one of my personal favorites. Also experienced with lightly and responsibly tossing tennis balls indoors. Mental stimulation is also important. If you dog enjoys snuffle mats or kong balls filled with treats I am happy to create that enrichment! With cats I am an experienced "stringer" and enjoy hiding treats to be discovered later. I can create cat "busy boxes", toss treats if they enjoy chasing after them, and all around provide a great lap for the cuddly cats!

Pet care experience
I grew up with large dogs as part of the family, and now have 2 loving cats that bring me endless joy every day. Caring for pets as beloved family members has always been close to my heart. Ensuring they receive proper food, water, and plenty of attention is a top priority for me. After the pandemic, I planned to adopt a dog, but life had other plans, and two cats in need found their way into my home. For the past three years, I’ve cared for them with love, and I still cherish every opportunity to play with and look after the dogs of family and friends. I look forward to bringing that same level of care to your pets!

Sarah took excellent care of my four cats, even my shyest ones felt comfortable enough to come out and play with her! She sent lots of excellent pictures! I was able to relax and enjoy my weekend knowing she was looking after my babies. Will definitely book with her again!
Sarah was the best
As soon as my fur babies did a meet and greet with Sarah, I knew she was the sitter for them! My cats are usually very cautious with people they don’t know, but one of them immediately walked up to and warmed up to her. Before, during, and after the booking, I found Sarah to be responsive, friendly, and professional. She took amazing photos of my cats and provided reports each visit that really helped calm my anxiety about being away from them. She also turned our stoop lights on and off and opened/closed our curtain depending on the day, which provided a sense of normalcy for our cats. She provided excellent care, from feeding to play time, and my husband and I came home to very happy kitties! I would absolutely book Sarah again and recommend her for your pet sitting needs!
