About: I have loved and cared for pets and wild animals my whole life! I grew up next to a forest and have since pursued a career in wildlife ecology. I just moved to Baltimore with my partner and I thought I’d try Rover as a side-hustle while I look for jobs…I have loved it so much that I’ve converted it to my full-time job while I apply to graduate positions for fall 2027! When I was very little, my family had three cats, and this fostered in me a deep love for cats from a very early age. I pride myself in my ability to match energies with cats of varying needs and temperaments, and keep kitties comfortable and cared-for while owners are away. I’m not yet ready to be able to afford a cat of my own, but I love spending time with and caring for cats of family members, friends, and Rover clients! I also grew up with a large chocolate labradoodle named Yoda. Through caring for Yoda, I learned how a dog can become an integral member of the family, and I learned the ins and outs of dog care firsthand (especially with a large, shedding dog!). I learned to recognize needs, understand body language, and approach him with patience, respect, and compassion through all stages of his life. I have experience with exotic pets, senior cats & dogs, puppies, kittens, and administering medications to cats & dogs. I like to keep owners well updated, supplied with cute photos, and relaxed knowing their pets are well cared for while they’re away! I’m an open book! Apart from an internship that I have on Wednesdays (I can still do drop-ins after 5pm!), I am available every day including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. This flexibility allows me to accommodate check-ins, walks, and last-minute requests whenever needed! Coming from my own pet-owning experiences, I know how scary it can be to leave your pets in someone else’s care!! I want you to feel well communicated with and have peace of mind knowing your loved ones are in safe hands.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. As a proud cat parent to my own cat, I know how much peace of mind matters when you have to leave your furry family members behind. While I'm new to the Rover platform, pet care is second nature to me—back in college, I regularly helped my classmates with pet sitting, looking after both dogs and cats. Whether your dog needs an energetic walk or your cat needs some gentle loving attention, I treat every pet with the exact same care and devotion I give my own. Because I work remotely and part-time from home, my schedule is wonderfully flexible. I am basically free and can easily find time for your pet any day or any time. Whether it's a mid-day walk or constant companionship, we can easily figure out a routine that works best for you and your pet! Safety and trust are my absolute top priorities. Whether I am dropping in for pet sitting or taking your dog out for an engaging walk, I treat every pet with the utmost care and respect. As an experienced cat owner myself, I understand how crucial it is to respect an animal's boundaries, safety needs, and home environment. You can count on me for clear communication, reliable updates, and treating your home and pets like my own.

About: I was raised with 2 dogs—1 small, 1 quite large, and was lucky enough to be able to care for them when they transitioned into old age. I'm comfortable with dogs (and cats) of any size of any age as long as they're house trained! While my ol' boy and girl are no longer with us, I've been raising my tabby cat Pepper since he was a kitten, and I've come to learn that I'm as much a dog-person as I am a cat-person! Since I work hybrid (in the office 3-4 times a week, 1 day at home, full time), pet care is done in the off hours and weekends. How do I care for pets? By being as affectionate as I can while still upholding boundaries when necessary, and encouraging guests and other household members to interact positively with them! Animals are perceptive and so I always try to be aware of that.

About: I have had dogs my whole life, at the age of 13 I was giving my old furry best friend her medication. I listen very carefully to pet needs and have experience pet sitting for at least 3 years. When entering college, I took the health of my babies more seriously. All pets need love and attention! I am currently a graduate student attending classes Tuesdays and Thursdays. Checking in on your fur baby(s) is no problem! I am happy to help :) I can let your pet out to relieve themselves, feed them, give them medication, whatever you think they need. My fur babies either stay inside or outside depending on the weather. If they stay inside, we set up pee pads for them, and leave them with food and water.

About: I had about 20 different pets by the time I was 18. Ducks, dogs, cats, reptiles, parrots, fish, etc! I look forward to building new relationships with pet owners and their wonderful pets! I'm working part time and have a flexible schedule every day, including weekends and holidays. I know schedules can change quickly so I try to be very accommodating. I am happy to do whatever you request to care for your pet in your home. I won't ever bring other pets around your home.
