I have loved and cared for pets and wild animals my whole life! I grew up next to a forest and have since pursued a career in wildlife ecology. I just moved to Baltimore with my partner and I thought I’d try Rover as a side-hustle while I look for jobs…I have loved it so much that I’ve converted it to my full-time job while I apply to graduate positions for fall 2027! When I was very little, my family had three cats, and this fostered in me a deep love for cats from a very early age. I pride myself in my ability to match energies with cats of varying needs and temperaments, and keep kitties comfortable and cared-for while owners are away. I’m not yet ready to be able to afford a cat of my own, but I love spending time with and caring for cats of family members, friends, and Rover clients! I also grew up with a large chocolate labradoodle named Yoda. Through caring for Yoda, I learned how a dog can become an integral member of the family, and I learned the ins and outs of dog care firsthand (especially with a large, shedding dog!). I learned to recognize needs, understand body language, and approach him with patience, respect, and compassion through all stages of his life. I have experience with exotic pets, senior cats & dogs, puppies, kittens, and administering medications to cats & dogs. I like to keep owners well updated, supplied with cute photos, and relaxed knowing their pets are well cared for while they’re away!
