About: I have loved and cared for animals for most of my life. I grew up with a large dog who was deeply loved and considered part of the family. Caring for him taught me how to recognize an animal’s needs, understand body language, and approach pets with patience, respect, and compassion through all stages of their lives. Since then, I have cared for dogs and cats belonging to friends and family through regular check-ins, weekend visits, week-long house-sitting stays, and week-long dog-sitting stays in my own home. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and may need time to feel comfortable with someone new or in a new environment. I am patient during that adjustment period and always do my best to maintain their normal routine and help them feel safe, relaxed, and cared for. I hold a bachelor’s degree in biology with a focus in ecology and marine biology. I also recently completed an internship with Zoo Miami in animal care, training, and husbandry. This experience strengthened my ability to observe animal behavior, respond appropriately to their needs, and communicate with animals using clear, consistent, and positive methods. I am new to the city and currently have full availability including last minute scheduling, and I am excited to build trusted relationships with local pet owners and their animals. Animal welfare is extremely important to me, and I would treat your pets with the same care, attention, and respect I would want for my own. I recently moved to the city and currently have a very flexible schedule. I am available throughout the day, seven days a week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. This flexibility allows me to accommodate check-ins, walks, overnight stays, and last-minute requests whenever possible. I care for every pet according to their usual routine, personality, and individual needs. I carefully follow all feeding, walking, medication, and care instructions provided by the owner, and I take time to help each pet feel safe and comfortable with me. In a client’s home, I am respectful of both the pet’s space and the home itself. I make sure doors, windows, gates, leashes, and carriers are secure, keep food and potentially harmful items out of reach, and leave the home clean and orderly. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident that their pets are happy and well cared for. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a calm, clean, and welcoming environment. I supervise pets closely, give them plenty of attention, and help them adjust patiently to the new surroundings. I understand that some animals need more time and space than others, so I always pay attention to their body language and comfort level.

About: Hi, please call me Jupiter :) Pets have been in my life since I was six, and in one way or another I've found myself responsible for the care of one since I was ten or so! Whether it be family, friends, or a stray - I adore animals! I pride myself in my approach to pets as I do with children: be firm, but respectful. Understand boundaries and do my best to read the situation with what information I'm given and what I can infer from there. Its always great to immediately bond with a furry friend, but all living beings deserve basic respect and compassion! I've met very few pets I didn't hit it off with, but even my great aunt's black cat, old and cranky as he is, let me feed him and exist nearby without claws (as is his M.O. with anyone who isn't his owner). Long story short, I adore all the fauna earth has to offer and make it my mission to successfully cohabitate at minimum, and a strong bond more often :) I now have a car again! I work 5p to 8p Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and 8a-8p Thursday! The day time hours are subject to change based on the gig but I'm currently off weekends and don't mind working you and your furry friend into my schedule! Overnights are fine though Id have to leave early on 12 hour days - coming back after isn't an issue for longer stays! Drop ins are extra welcome at the moment :) While I cannot board, I take care to leave a home as I found it, if not better. I prioritize learning and writing specific safety and miscellaneous expectations for easy access, and default keep doors locked + my shoes off. I also think it's important to not disrupt set routines, so if a furry friend needs to be crated by a certain time, an alarm fifteen or twenty minutes prior is key to be timely and have grace if said pet may not love crate time.

About: I've been surrounded by dogs for as long as I can remember. I've had my own dog since I was six years old, and over the years I've cared for more than five dogs of different breeds, sizes, and personalities. From walks and playtime to feeding, bathing, and plenty of cuddles, I genuinely love every part of caring for them. I treat every dog like they're my own and always make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy while they're with me. I absolutely adore dogs, and I can't wait to meet your babt! I'm currently a full-time college student, so my schedule is designed to fit around classes. I'm available on weekdays after 3:00 PM and have open availability on weekends. I'll always communicate my availability clearly and make sure your pet receives the time, attention, and care they deserve! I've cared for my own dog since I was six years old, so looking after dogs has always been part of my daily life. I know how important it is to keep them on a consistent routine, so I make sure they're fed on time, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise, and, of course, lots of love and attention. I enjoy taking dogs on walks, playing with them, and making sure they feel comfortable and safe. When I'm caring for a dog in a client's home, I treat them just like I treat my own dog by following their routine closely, keeping them happy and comfortable, and making sure they get the care they deserve while you're away.

About: I've always had a dog growing up and my parents made sure that me and my sisters were a part of training and raising a great dog. I've wanted my own pup forever and in 2019 when I was 100% ready to take on the responsibility, I got my best buddy, Atlas. We began our training at 16 weeks and are still going strong learning new skills and mastering old ones. My fiancé loves to say we "got such a great dog", but I know that Atlas and I worked our butts off to earn those compliments from strangers. In 2022 we adopted Dover into our little family giving Atlas a forever playmate. Dover is surprisingly 100% GSD which provided quite a learning curve as his training needs strongly differed from Atlas'. Working with Dover gave me a deeper understanding of dogs with separation anxiety and fear reactivity (barking) which has made me that much more prepared to work with any pup. I don't believe there are bad dogs, but every dog can have a bad day. As someone with a pup who is more reserved and particular about meeting new people, I understand the fear that comes with leaving your dog with someone new. It is my goal to love and understand your pup the same way you do so that you can feel comfortable being away. I'm embarrassingly obsessed with being the best dog owner, so I am constantly trying to learn how to best interact with dogs (and cats!) or fun new ways to engage my playful boys. I am the person friends call when they need help with their pets in any capacity-training, boarding, dog park visits, etc. My commitment to extraordinary pet care extends well past just my own boys. I can't wait to make your life as a pet parent just a little bit easier! Let's chat. 😊 I currently have a wide open schedule so I am available whenever your pet needs. I'm a morning person, so I don't mind the early morning walks. 🌞 As someone who understands that sometimes the need for short notice pet care is unavoidable, I am here to help step in when you need it most! Ever pet parent knows the best way to care for their pets, so I will always follow your guidance or suggestions. I love playing with pets and burning off that excess energy; I'm not one to just stop in and fill the water bowl-you can rest easy knowing snuggles always come after some exercise. My background is a mix of professional animal work as a dog boarder, groomer, and daycare employee, rescue volunteer, and multi-species pet owner myself. Thus, absolutely nothing phases me. I’ve dealt with every behavioral issue under the sun, from intense separation anxiety to reactive dogs. More than anything, I just have a ton of love to give. I treat every pet like family and will keep you updated with plenty of photos and check-ins while you're away. I know this looks like a lot! But trust me, there is a lot of daytime I am not working and we can make it work. Mondays & Wednesdays*: These are my high-availability days. I am home a ton or entirely all day. *Wednesday's I will have to step away from 5 PM- until anywhere from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays: I work structured hours, but your pet’s routine stays completely consistent. I provide a dedicated morning check-in/potty break anytime before 7:30 AM, a mid-day 12 PM check-in/potty break, and full evening care starting right after 4:00 PM. Saturdays: Available for morning care until 7:30 AM, and completely open for the rest of the day and night anytime after 12:00 PM. Sundays: Available for morning care until 8:30 AM then completely open for the rest of the day and night anytime after 2:00 PM. I treat every pet like they’re my own. I make sure they have plenty of fresh water, food, exercise, bathroom breaks, and lots of love and attention. I always follow the owner’s instructions and stick to their normal routine as much as possible. I also make sure their space is clean, comfortable, and safe. Every pet is different, so I take the time to get to know their personality and what makes them feel happy and comfortable.
