About: I have the patience and the consideration to take care of more elderly pets and can pick up last-minute necessities for your pet if needed My schedules for outside of the two days of the week I work in the afternoon. I’m very flexible but prefer working in the mornings. I make the extra step to ensure there is no food, especially dangerous meals around your pets. Along with being aware of people, vehicles or exits that could leave them at risk

About: I’ve been around pets my whole life! Since I was a kid, we’ve always had dogs in the house, and as I grew older, I became the primary care taker of my dogs back home in Texas. I’m good at following complex regimens, from training details, feeding schedules, and medication administration! I’m am very flexible and comfortable around all dogs. I especially love larger pups. I have just graduated undergrad, so my availability has definitely freed up recently! I am available early mornings during the weekdays and most afternoons for both weekdays and weekends. To me, caring for pets also means giving them all the necessary attention! I love interacting with them at home with gentle play. Outside, I love to take my dogs to a park and let them run around and get their exercise. My dogs love to fetch, so I can’t forget to take a ball with me on our walks! I am always watching for the time, making sure that they are eating and pottying on schedule! My ultimate goal is to ensure that a pet is completely comfortable and safe, whether that means running around with them or taking a very calm walk!!

About: I have taken care of many different pets over the years and have extensive experience with senior dogs, anxious pets and administering meds or other special care. I love to get to know each pets individual personality and needs. In addition to taking care of my own pets and regular pet sitting, I have worked as a farmer for many years which makes me familiar with a very wide range of animal behavior -- there is very little I haven't seen when it comes to pets! My schedule is flexible right now! For weekday walks or drop in services I am available between 8am to 7pm and on the weekend between 10am to 9pm. For house sitting services, we can work out the right schedule for you pets and other needs. For caring for pets in your home -- I want to understand what your dynamic, rules and routine is and follow that as best as possible so your pet has stability.

Kristine did an amazing job with my babies!! She was punctual. Communicated amazingly and was able to follow all my very detailed instructions making. I had a quite a few security measures and she followed vetting perfectly making me feel like my dogs and home were safe while I was way in Cancun for 5 days. The babies loved her. I even got a little jealous watching my Roxy cry on the camera after their time together. I will 1000% recommend Kristine and will be using her in the future for dog sitting/walking needs!

About: I’ve cared for animals my entire life and have 13 years of adult experience through housekeeping, nannying, and in-home care work. I’m comfortable caring for dogs, cats, birds, fish, and small pets, and I’m experienced with pets that have unique routines, personalities, or care instructions. I grew up around many different animals and have personally cared for pets with a wide range of temperaments and needs. I’m patient, observant, and take the time to understand each animal’s routine and comfort level before jumping in. Because of my housekeeping and assistant background, I’m also very comfortable being responsible in someone’s home. I can follow detailed care instructions, keep things tidy, manage feeding schedules, handle walks or drop-ins, water plants, and help pets feel safe and comfortable while their owner is away. My biggest strength is that I genuinely love animals and treat them with patience and respect. Whether your pet is social, shy, energetic, elderly, or very particular about their routine, I’ll take the time to make sure they feel cared for and understood. I work full time as an online content creator, so my schedule is flexible and pet care fits naturally into my week. I’m looking to spend more time out of the house doing work I genuinely enjoy, and caring for animals is something I’m very comfortable with. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, house sitting, feeding routines, plant care, and general home check-ins depending on the client’s needs. I’m able to follow a consistent routine and communicate clearly so owners know their pets and home are being cared for properly. I care for pets by first learning their routine, personality, boundaries, and safety needs. I follow instructions closely, keep doors and gates secure, check food and water, clean up after pets, and pay attention to any changes in behavior. In a client’s home, I treat the space with respect and keep things tidy. I’m comfortable with detailed care notes, multiple pets, shy animals, and pets that need specific routines or environmental care.

About: **Note on availability: I’m moving to Boulder, CO on June 29th, so unfortunately I won’t be available for pet sitting in Baltimore after that!** I’m a (near-)lifelong pet owner and (actually) lifelong pet lover. I grew up with an adorable calico cat that my family got when I was 2 and an energetic Stabyhoun dog we got when I was 11, so I can’t remember a time in my life when I didn’t have an animal or two to care for. That calico cat, Micio, was my best friend until she died at age 17, during my senior year of high school. She experienced some significant health issues in her final years, which gave me lots of experience and a real passion for caring for senior pets and pets with health issues. I also help my mom care for my childhood dog, the Stabyhoun, whenever I visit the two of them—he is now 15 and has a few health issues of his own, but he still acts like a puppy, and I love figuring out how to make him as comfortable and happy as possible as his needs change! Sadly, the building I live in right now doesn’t allow pets, so I get my fix looking after my friends’ pets. This is what I’ve been doing since starting college in 2018. Between cat sibling rivalries, kittens so small they needed monitoring and heating pads 24/7, a dog with a fear of trash cans and rain, a puppy with a peeing problem, and two dogs competing to be the most polite to each other (I had to feed them in different rooms so they wouldn’t wait forever for each other to eat), I’ve cared for plenty of pets on every side of the personality spectrum, from the shyest of the shy to the most outgoing. I see it as a true privilege to get to know so many animals’ personalities and quirks, and I treasure the time that I spend with them. I am careful, thorough, sensitive, and a good listener. This helps me learn from you about how to give your pet the best care possible, and it also helps me be alert to anything your pet is trying to tell me while I’m with them! Hopefully I’ll live somewhere someday where I can have pets of my own and even offer boarding or doggy day care at my place, but for now, I’m just happy to help in any small way I can. I look forward to getting to know you and your pet; to learning what makes them feel safe, happy, and content; and to hopefully making a new friend. I’m a part-time music teacher, so my schedule can be quite flexible when planned ahead of time. Currently, I’m available M/W/Th before 3pm and after 5pm, Tuesdays before 3pm and after 9pm, and Fri-Sun all day. Depending on the week, I might have a concert to play or a lesson to teach here or there outside of those hours; let me know what time window you’re interested in and I can give you my full schedule in detail! I try my best to make the care I provide is customized to any pet’s needs. Since I’m a musician, my only limit is that if I’m spending a whole day or days with a pet who needs a lot of people time, I need to be able to practice my violin. I have a practice mute which can make the sound very soft, but still, I understand that this isn’t every person’s (or animal’s) cup of tea! Outside of that limitation, I am available to take your pet on walks, play with them (in or outside of your house), pamper them, feed them, give them medications, intervene in sibling squabbles as needed, do training exercises with them, brush their teeth—if your pet needs it, and you’re willing to teach me any special instructions or methods you have, I can do it!

About: I grew up in a home where we always had at least one dog, and I've been caring for dogs my entire life. As an adult, I cared for an elderly dog through his senior years, including managing his medical needs and ensuring his comfort during his final chapter. This taught me patience, attentiveness, and how to recognize subtle signs that a dog needs extra care or gentler handling. I've also regularly cared for friends' and neighbors' dogs over the years. I understand that every dog has their own personality—some are energetic and playful, others prefer calm, steady walks. I take time to learn what makes each dog comfortable and happy. For me, spending time with dogs isn't just a job—it's something I genuinely miss and enjoy. I'm reliable, observant, and will treat your dog with the same care and respect I gave my own. I work from home full-time during weekdays but have a flexible schedule that allows me to take on dog walking during mornings, evenings, and weekends. I'm looking for regular clients who need consistent care, whether that's daily walks, weekend visits, or occasional drop-ins. I live in the Hampden neighborhood in Baltimore and am happy to work with clients in my neighborhood. Walking is something I already enjoy and build into my day, so adding dog walks feels natural rather than squeezed in. I'm reliable about communication and will always let you know if my availability changes. For dog walking, I always ensure dogs are securely leashed before leaving the home and stay alert to their body language and the environment around us. I'm comfortable navigating busy sidewalks, parks, and quieter residential areas depending on what the dog prefers. I follow any specific instructions owners provide about routes, other dogs, or behavioral needs. If watching pets in their home, I'm respectful of the space, follow feeding and medication schedules carefully, and keep owners updated. I understand the responsibility of having someone's keys and entering their home, and I take that trust seriously.
