About: I have loved and cared for animals for most of my life. I grew up with a large dog who was deeply loved and considered part of the family. Caring for him taught me how to recognize an animal’s needs, understand body language, and approach pets with patience, respect, and compassion through all stages of their lives. Since then, I have cared for dogs and cats belonging to friends and family through regular check-ins, weekend visits, week-long house-sitting stays, and week-long dog-sitting stays in my own home. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and may need time to feel comfortable with someone new or in a new environment. I am patient during that adjustment period and always do my best to maintain their normal routine and help them feel safe, relaxed, and cared for. I hold a bachelor’s degree in biology with a focus in ecology and marine biology. I also recently completed an internship with Zoo Miami in animal care, training, and husbandry. This experience strengthened my ability to observe animal behavior, respond appropriately to their needs, and communicate with animals using clear, consistent, and positive methods. I am new to the city and currently have full availability including last minute scheduling, and I am excited to build trusted relationships with local pet owners and their animals. I recently moved to the city and currently have a very flexible schedule. I am available throughout the day, seven days a week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. This flexibility allows me to accommodate check-ins, walks, overnight stays, and last-minute requests whenever possible. I care for every pet according to their usual routine, personality, and individual needs. I carefully follow all feeding, walking, medication, and care instructions provided by the owner, and I take time to help each pet feel safe and comfortable with me. I make sure doors, windows, gates, leashes, and carriers are secure, keep food and potentially harmful items out of reach, and leave the home clean and orderly. About: I’ve been around all animals since I was a young child. I will treat your babies like they are my own. I have alot of experience with puppies and senior dogs. Fur babies are always prioritized. I am available to take the dogs out 2-3 times a day as needed. Most of the time if I’m in the house the dogs with be relaxing and cuddling with me or playing with each other. If I leave or go to work the dogs are crated. I have several parks nearby so that your baby can get out, stretch, and get fresh air. I can crate your baby as well. I’m looking forward to meeting you and your fur baby.

About: I've always had a dog growing up and my parents made sure that me and my sisters were a part of training and raising a great dog. I've wanted my own pup forever and in 2019 when I was 100% ready to take on the responsibility, I got my best buddy, Atlas. We began our training at 16 weeks and are still going strong learning new skills and mastering old ones. My fiancé loves to say we "got such a great dog", but I know that Atlas and I worked our butts off to earn those compliments from strangers. In 2022 we adopted Dover into our little family giving Atlas a forever playmate. Dover is surprisingly 100% GSD which provided quite a learning curve as his training needs strongly differed from Atlas'. Working with Dover gave me a deeper understanding of dogs with separation anxiety and fear reactivity (barking) which has made me that much more prepared to work with any pup. I don't believe there are bad dogs, but every dog can have a bad day. As someone with a pup who is more reserved and particular about meeting new people, I understand the fear that comes with leaving your dog with someone new. It is my goal to love and understand your pup the same way you do so that you can feel comfortable being away. I'm embarrassingly obsessed with being the best dog owner, so I am constantly trying to learn how to best interact with dogs (and cats!) or fun new ways to engage my playful boys. I am the person friends call when they need help with their pets in any capacity-training, boarding, dog park visits, etc. My commitment to extraordinary pet care extends well past just my own boys. I'm a morning person, so I don't mind the early morning walks. 🌞 As someone who understands that sometimes the need for short notice pet care is unavoidable, I am here to help step in when you need it most! I love playing with pets and burning off that excess energy; I'm not one to just stop in and fill the water bowl-you can rest easy knowing snuggles always come after some exercise. I also love receiving updates or pictures of my boys when under someone else's care and I am happy to provide that to parents who prefer some pooch pics in the middle of the work day.
