We were passing through on a road trip and put in a last minute request for some dog sitting so my daughter and I could go to the aquarium- we were greeted by a very excited pack of dogs, ready to play. Daniel took our dog on a nice long walk and she had lots of playtime as well as relaxing time. The photos he provided make it clear that she felt right at home and very relaxed. When we came to collect her, Daniel made sure to give her one more big round of scritches, at which point I’m pretty sure she was ready to stay with him forever. I’m comfortable working with energetic puppies, helping reinforce routines and basic commands, as well as senior pets who need a slower pace, medication support, and extra comfort. I pride myself on being dependable, patient, and attentive, making sure every pet feels safe and happy in my care. I’m available Thursday through Saturday, both day and night so you can have fun in the weekend. I’m able to provide walks, drop-ins, overnight care, and extended attention during these days, including weekends. This allows me to be fully present, flexible, and attentive to each pet’s needs. When caring for pets in my home, I always follow the pet’s normal routine to help them feel safe and comfortable. I make sure they’re fed on time, have fresh water, get regular walks, I also live next to a park or playtime, and receive plenty of attention and affection. I’m attentive to instructions such as medication schedules, training routines, and any special needs. I also keep the space clean and secure, provide updates to owners, and treat every home and pet with respect—just as I would my own.

About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life and they soon become part of the family, that is my number one priority when pet-sitting! I’m a recent Baltimore/Fells Point transplant and I now have the ability and space to pet-sit comfortably. I work mostly from home so I am capable of watching over your loved pets for longer periods of time as well. The majority of the week I work remotely from home and therefore am able to focus on daily and weekday pet care routines. I am also a dog owner to a 6 year old Golden Retriever and I make sure he receives proper walks and breaks in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings and would commit to that level of care an more for your loved pets. I currently live in a rowhome with a decently sized and fenced back yard for your pet to run and play in, bonus points if your pet enjoys the company of my own golden retriever and loves to play fetch! I have ample living space and multiple dog beds for relaxation as well as a designated room in case a pet needs to be crated or boarded in.

About: I've had dogs of all sizes, from Chihuahua to Great Dane and Great Pyrenees (multiple at a time), over the last fifteen years. I've cared for my rescue pup Dumpling on my own for the last five, and have helped to rehab her into the lovebug she is today. I like talking multiple walks per day, will give your fur baby lots of love and attention, and I work from home so they will always have a watchful over them. I understand how much pet owners love and cherish their babies, so I will treat them like they're my own while I have them. I work remotely full time and can be fairly flexible if needed. I walk my own dog four times a day, and she loves having walk buddies, so we'd of course take your pet along. On the weekends, I like going for extra long walks, so if that's something that your pet enjoys, they'll have a great time with me. I live in an apartment downtown, so I don't have a fenced area, but I let pets have free reign in my apartment. There are also two dog parks within walking distance, so for extra and off-leash play time, we can spend lots of time there.
