About: I've taken care of all different kinds of pets since I was 15, ranging from small dogs like westies and dachshunds to big dogs like pitbulls and Newfoundlands, as well as cats, and small mammals like guinea pigs. I work from home so I can watch your pet at my house, or I can stop by and sit them for a while, and I also have experience house sitting pets. I currently work from home and make my own hours, so I can work around your pet's schedule. I can take care of them at my house or watch them in their own home. I have a fenced in yard and multiple floors with pet gates on each level to keep your pets separated from own if it is needed.

As a college student with a flexible summer schedule, I have plenty of availability to spend time with your furry friends. I am available every day during the summer and can provide consistent walks and runs. Your dog's safety and comfort are my highest priorities. During every visit, I'll follow your instructions carefully, keep your dog securely leashed unless you've requested otherwise in a safe enclosed area, provide fresh water as needed, and monitor for signs of fatigue or overheating. Every walk or jog is tailored to your dog's age, fitness level, and personality. I'll treat your home and your pet with respect and send photo updates so you know your dog is happy and safe.

About: I grew up surrounded by different pets but mainly dogs. As an adult I've been exposed to cats and I get to feed my neighbors cats now and then. Currently, I have two dogs, Flash and Mina, who I've been taking care of since they were puppies. My dogs are highly energetic, so I don't mind taking care of dogs with a lot of energy. Due to my schedule flexibility, I can help with potty training as well. I am currently self-employed and mostly work from home. I can adjust my schedule to mostly any pet routine. I can walk dogs many times per day as needed. For right now, I am not offering boarding as my two dogs prefer to have their own space. However, I am happy to take care of your pet in their environment and to keep their routine to make them feel as calm as possible while you are away.

About: I’ve been around all animals since I was a young child. I will treat your babies like they are my own. I have alot of experience with puppies and senior dogs. Fur babies are always prioritized. I am available to take the dogs out 2-3 times a day as needed. Most of the time if I’m in the house the dogs with be relaxing and cuddling with me or playing with each other. If I leave or go to work the dogs are crated. I have several parks nearby so that your baby can get out, stretch, and get fresh air. I can crate your baby as well. I’m looking forward to meeting you and your fur baby.

About: I’ve had cats since I was 7 years old, and now being 23 I’ve had years and years of experience with taking care of them. Family members and friends always reach out to me to take care of pets while they’re away, and I love getting to be with their animals as well as my own every day. I’ve fed, walked, and played with dogs of all sizes and I’m willing to do any extra care a dog may need as well. I’ve fed, played with, cleaned the litter boxes of, bathed, and taken care of sick cats many times, and I am of course willing to do any extra care. I have administered medication in the form of pills, liquid, and injections to cats as well as in the form of pills to dogs. I have given my own cats eye drops and ear drops when they were sick as well. Even though I do not have dogs myself, I have had a lot of experience walking dogs of different ages, sizes, temperaments, and energy levels as well as caring for them full time while their owners are away. I am available most mornings and evenings (and possibly mid day) and will be as flexible as I can to work with you and your pet’s schedule! I love to play with the pets I take care of after I am sure to do everything the owners requested me to do such as feeding, walking, cleaning, or anything else that may be needed. I know that pets have a hard time being away from their owners (mine always do) and that a little extra love and fun with the person taking care of them will always make them feel better. I want pets to trust me and see me as another figure who cares for them and makes them happy.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for the past eight years. I am comfortable house sitting along with dog sitting and dog walking. I am a very active person so I am happy to walk your dog as many times as needed to make them happy! I am currently working as a server and at Breakthrough T1D in DC, but I am hybrid some days and willing to help out weekdays and weekends. I would work around your schedule Though it says “Away”, reach out to me! I work at Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) and am also a server. My schedule is hybrid and I am flexible so I’m happy to discuss and work with you! I like to be with the dogs and cats as much as I can, but have the opportunity to occasionally go back to my own house to take a shower and grab some food.

About: I've always had a dog growing up and my parents made sure that me and my sisters were a part of training and raising a great dog. I've wanted my own pup forever and in 2019 when I was 100% ready to take on the responsibility, I got my best buddy, Atlas. We began our training at 16 weeks and are still going strong learning new skills and mastering old ones. My fiancé loves to say we "got such a great dog", but I know that Atlas and I worked our butts off to earn those compliments from strangers. In 2022 we adopted Dover into our little family giving Atlas a forever playmate. Dover is surprisingly 100% GSD which provided quite a learning curve as his training needs strongly differed from Atlas'. Working with Dover gave me a deeper understanding of dogs with separation anxiety and fear reactivity (barking) which has made me that much more prepared to work with any pup. I don't believe there are bad dogs, but every dog can have a bad day. As someone with a pup who is more reserved and particular about meeting new people, I understand the fear that comes with leaving your dog with someone new. It is my goal to love and understand your pup the same way you do so that you can feel comfortable being away. I'm embarrassingly obsessed with being the best dog owner, so I am constantly trying to learn how to best interact with dogs (and cats!) or fun new ways to engage my playful boys. I am the person friends call when they need help with their pets in any capacity-training, boarding, dog park visits, etc. My commitment to extraordinary pet care extends well past just my own boys. I can't wait to make your life as a pet parent just a little bit easier! Let's chat. 😊 I currently have a wide open schedule so I am available whenever your pet needs. I'm a morning person, so I don't mind the early morning walks. 🌞 As someone who understands that sometimes the need for short notice pet care is unavoidable, I am here to help step in when you need it most! I love playing with pets and burning off that excess energy; I'm not one to just stop in and fill the water bowl-you can rest easy knowing snuggles always come after some exercise.
