I grew up with dogs and have cared for a variety of animals over the years, including cats, birds, and other small pets. Being around animals has always been a natural part of my life, and I’m comfortable adapting to different needs and temperaments. I also have my own dog, which has reinforced how important patience, structure, and understanding behavior can be. I offer early mornings, limited midday visits (based on proximity), and evenings, and I keep my schedule intentionally manageable so I can be on time and fully present for each pet. About: I have experience with dogs/animals of all types! Being raised on a hobby farm, I grew up with a deep love for animals and have cared for dogs, cats, horses, goats, rabbits, and small rodents. I currently have a senior husky with epilepsy and a hospice foster dog at home, so I am very comfortable working with seniors or animals who might have some extra needs. Recently, I worked for a private client in Baltimore city doing drop-in visits and overnight stays in my home 3-4 days a week, caring for a 100lb Labrador Retriever. About: I've taken care of all different kinds of pets since I was 15, ranging from small dogs like westies and dachshunds to big dogs like pitbulls and Newfoundlands, as well as cats, and small mammals like guinea pigs. I work from home so I can watch your pet at my house, or I can stop by and sit them for a while, and I also have experience house sitting pets. I currently work from home and make my own hours, so I can work around your pet's schedule. I can take care of them at my house or watch them in their own home. I have a fenced in yard and multiple floors with pet gates on each level to keep your pets separated from own if it is needed.

I have a hybrid work schedule and typically work from home Thursdays and Fridays. I have flexible availability Thursdays-Sundays. About: I grew up surrounded by different pets but mainly dogs. As an adult I've been exposed to cats and I get to feed my neighbors cats now and then. Currently, I have two dogs, Flash and Mina, who I've been taking care of since they were puppies. My dogs are highly energetic, so I don't mind taking care of dogs with a lot of energy. Due to my schedule flexibility, I can help with potty training as well. I am currently self-employed and mostly work from home. I can adjust my schedule to mostly any pet routine. I can walk dogs many times per day as needed. For right now, I am not offering boarding as my two dogs prefer to have their own space. However, I am happy to take care of your pet in their environment and to keep their routine to make them feel as calm as possible while you are away.

About: I have been a dog-owner all my life. I grew up with highly energetic, large breeds (~120lb, 65lb golden retriever), and I currently have a 45lb mutt. For walks, I am happy to tailor the pace and terrain to your dog’s interests. I also love a good game of fetch or tug if your dog prefers those activities to walking! I know dogs can find the summer months particularly taxing given their fur coats, and I am attentive to water break and rest needs. At the end of my last dog's life he had a lot of medical needs, and because of this I am patient and familiar with administering medication on a schedule. I am also comfortable and experienced in working with reactive and/or fearful dogs. I am always really happy to do whatever works best for your dog, whether that be walking on less trafficked routes or in specific places only. More than anything, I want to give your dog something to look forward to in his/her day! I work full time from home and am pretty flexible during the week days to take a walk break or work from different environments. I am also available weekends with advance notice. I defer to and will follow whatever rules you have for your dog in your home. I do not take dogs to dog parks and I do not introduce them to other dogs unless you specify otherwise. I prefer a meet and greet before any dog sitting/walking so that we can make a plan together and talk about rules or tips for environments in which I would be spending time with your dog.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for the past eight years. I am comfortable house sitting along with dog sitting and dog walking. I am a very active person so I am happy to walk your dog as many times as needed to make them happy! I am currently working as a server and at Breakthrough T1D in DC, but I am hybrid some days and willing to help out weekdays and weekends. I would work around your schedule Though it says “Away”, reach out to me! I work at Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) and am also a server. My schedule is hybrid and I am flexible so I’m happy to discuss and work with you! I like to be with the dogs and cats as much as I can, but have the opportunity to occasionally go back to my own house to take a shower and grab some food.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was little! I’ve had dogs and bunnies all my life and even watched my neighbors dog every time they went on vacay. I’m very laid back and patient and I love going on walks:) I’m also a stay at home mom so I am always here for the fur babies! I am a stay at home mom and work from home so I am always available! Available Sun and any -Mon. As long as your fur baby is good with children we can definitely keep them entertained. At my house we do not have a yard, but we are always at Patterson park and the dog park! My house has plenty of room.
