“Kimberly is excellent support with pets, fulfilling with what we agreed upon, in addition to maintaining day-to-day communication about how he is and how he feels. Thanks for your support!!”

“Taylor is amazing! She is super patient with my pups and goes above and beyond her job. She definitely is experienced in handling timid dogs and high energy dogs and knows how to read them room with each pup. She has great communication is very prompt for every walk. I really recommend her!”

“It was a pleasure to meet Holly and Robert. They are incredibly responsive and were able to provide spur of the moment assistance. They took the time to coax my shy pup into participation and are absolutely great to work with. Thank you!”

“Kristine did an amazing job with my babies!! She was punctual. Communicated amazingly and was able to follow all my very detailed instructions making. I had a quite a few security measures and she followed vetting perfectly making me feel like my dogs and home were safe while I was way in Cancun for 5 days. The babies loved her. I even got a little jealous watching my Roxy cry on the camera after their time together. I will 1000% recommend Kristine and will be using her in the future for dog sitting/walking needs!”

About: I've had both dogs and cats my entire life, so being around animals is second nature to me. Over the years, I've also helped care for my neighbors' and family friends pets whenever they were out of town. This included; feeding, walking, playing, and just being there to keep them company. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your pets, and I always treat every animal like they’re my own. Whether it’s a quick check-in or a longer stay, I make sure each pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable. I am a student at the University of Michigan, studying sport management. I would love the opportunity to take care of other people's pets over my summer break. I will start my summer break by the end of June and would love to jump right in by helping those around me care for their pets in my free time. I am super flexible, so please feel free to message me! I focus on keeping things safe, comfortable, and stress-free. Every animal is different, so I take the time to understand what makes them feel relaxed and happy. I also keep owners updated with quick check-ins and photos, so they know their pet is doing well and being cared for like family.
“Miranda was great with our very energetic pup. He’s really sweet but can be a handful of energy before a walk and she calmed him gently and made sure he got plenty of exercise. We’ll definitely book again!”

About: I grew up next to a family with 5 dogs, 3 cats, and 4 birds which I used to housesit for all the time. I also had a beautiful lab and the sweetest german shephard growing up. Now I work with animals at work (I'm a biologist) so I'm a pro at animal care! I currently work full-time but I walked my neighbor's dog for them until recently because they moved so I'm looking for another friend to accompany me on my daily morning and afternoon walks. I can provide yummy treats (assuming no allergies!) and am trained in animal handling and care so your furry friend will be safe with me!
“Erin is very kind and took the time to get to know my nervous dog. Canela absolutely adores Erin and is always excited when she come to walk her. Erin is respectful of my home and rules for my Canela.”

About: I've taken care of many pets over the years, making sure they're happy and healthy. I give each pet special attention, understand their needs, and create a safe, loving space. My reliability and love for animals make me stand out from other sitters. Taking care of pets fits perfectly into my schedule because I prioritize their needs and make time for regular check-ins, play sessions, and walks. I balance my other commitments around pet care, ensuring each pet gets the attention and care they deserve. My flexible schedule allows me to be reliable and responsive to any pet's needs. At home, I make sure pets have a cozy space, regular feeding times, and lots of play and cuddle sessions. I keep their environment clean and safe, and give them plenty of exercise and attention. When taking care of pets in their own homes, I follow their usual routines, make sure they're comfortable, and keep their space tidy. I also spend quality time with them to make sure they feel loved and secure.
About: I grew up with large dogs as part of the family, and now have 2 loving cats that bring me endless joy every day. Caring for pets as beloved family members has always been close to my heart. Ensuring they receive proper food, water, and plenty of attention is a top priority for me. After the pandemic, I planned to adopt a dog, but life had other plans, and two cats in need found their way into my home. For the past three years, I’ve cared for them with love, and I still cherish every opportunity to play with and look after the dogs of family and friends. I look forward to bringing that same level of care to your pets! Currently I work a hybrid work schedule that offers very flexible hours. In my personal work-from-home life, I take frequent, short breaks to play or cuddle with my pets. I typically go on a long walk each day and would love for my daily walk to include a pet drop-in and/or walk with your dog! I am not open to hosting any pets at my home, but I am diligent and thoughtful. I will always ensure doors are secure if there are any "escape artists" that like to make a break for the door. I will always make sure leashes/harnesses are secure before leaving your home, and make sure they stay on until we are back inside the home and doors are secure.
Fells Point dog parents share their Rover experiences
Alex was so warm, calm, and easygoing that he immediately made us feel comfortable, especially since this was our first time hiring a pet sitter. He took the time to get to know our husky, listened carefully to all of our instructions, and made sure our pup was well cared for, walked, and able to go potty. It gave us such peace of mind knowing our dog was in good hands. Thank you, Alex, for making our first Rover experience such a positive and wonderful one!
