About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. As a proud cat parent to my own cat, I know how much peace of mind matters when you have to leave your furry family members behind. While I'm new to the Rover platform, pet care is second nature to me—back in college, I regularly helped my classmates with pet sitting, looking after both dogs and cats. Whether your dog needs an energetic walk or your cat needs some gentle loving attention, I treat every pet with the exact same care and devotion I give my own. Because I work remotely and part-time from home, my schedule is wonderfully flexible. I am basically free and can easily find time for your pet any day or any time. About: I have extensive experience caring for dogs along with a genuine passion. I believe dogs can be a life changing companion that benefit greatly from social and physical enrichment. I have a universalistic philosophy, I believe everything is inherently the same/equal at its core. Taking the perspective of a dog leads me to believe pets can be under appreciated or even neglected due to the busyness of life. Dogs are also very therapeutic for me; this combination of factors lead me to have a genuine and enthusiastic approach for canine care. My mother purchased dogs for emotional support, although she had a hard time supporting them in return. After noticing this, I decided to take care of them personally. I took care of all five of her dogs as well as my friend’s elderly Labrador. I would make them fresh dog food every week, walk them almost daily, take them to the dog park, groom/bathe them, teach them tricks, and show them love. I believe this inadvertently benefited my mom as well. As the dogs had a greater capacity to provide the grounded emotional support she needed. Providing this care didn’t feel burdensome at all, instead it felt mutually beneficial. With this background, I feel confident in my ability to bring a positive impact to your pets life. Not currently working, so I would love to take care of dogs when the owners are out at work. This would allow them to receive nourishment in times of inaction. I like to always be around the pet if possible. Petting and playing naturally occur, whilst keeping alarms on my phone so I do not forget any potty breaks or meal times. I also like to give the dog at least a 10 minute walk to use the bathroom so they don’t feel rushed. I have a minimalist phone and would never engage in any form of substances while watching a dog. Therefore, I will have minimal distractions and ample availability to properly care for your canine companion.

About: For 12 years, I cared for my 115-lb German Shepherd through every stage of his life. He was leash-reactive, so I know how to read body language, manage leash walks safely, and keep big, strong dogs under control without stress or force. If your pup pulls, lunges, or needs space from other dogs, I've handled it daily for years. I also have experience with puppies — the energy, the training, the potty breaks, and the constant supervision that comes with them. Whether your dog is brand new to the world or well into their golden years, I can meet them where they are. In his senior years, my Shepherd used a wheelchair, so I have hands-on experience with elderly and disabled pets: mobility assistance, patience with slower walks, medication routines, and the extra attentiveness aging animals need. Senior pets and special-needs pets aren't a challenge for me — they're my specialty. I'm also comfortable and experienced with cats, so multi-pet households are no problem. Whether your dog is an energetic puppy, old and slow, reactive, or requires special care, they'll be safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I work from home, which makes pet care a natural part of my day. My schedule is flexible — outside of occasional virtual meetings, I can stop by your place for potty breaks, walks, or check-ins at whatever times work best for your pet's routine. My evenings are always free. If your dog stays in my home, they'll have company all day long. I'm here from morning to night, so they'll never be left alone or feel lonely. My dog Kato recently passed away, so I don’t have any pets in my home at this time. I really miss having a walking buddy so I’m excited to spend some time with your fur baby. I don't have a yard, but I have a covered outdoor patio with a doggy door and a turf potty pad, so quick potty breaks are easy anytime. For real exercise, I love taking dogs on walks around my neighborhood — walks are one of my favorite parts of pet care. I'm experienced with crating if that's part of your dog's routine; I don't have a crate of my own, so you're welcome to bring yours. My home has stairs, and your pup is welcome upstairs with me while I work and sleep — they'll be by my side, not shut away somewhere alone.
