This was my first time using Rover, and Kimberlyn made the whole process a breeze. I mean really and truly, she mitigated my separation anxiety in a way that I will forever be grateful for. She was willing to meet my cat prior to the sitting, she followed my *insane* care instructions well, constantly went above and beyond, and from the five pictures I received every day I could SEE that my sweet boy fell in love with her. I mean, truly - no notes for Kimberlyn. I loved her, my kid loved her, and in the event that I have a last minute trip again I will ABSOLUTELY be requesting Kimberlyn.”
