About: I'm a life-long dog owner and have had cats much of my life. Years of volunteering at animal shelters has given me real, hands-on confidence with all kinds of animals and temperaments, including the reactive and anxious ones who need a calm, patient hand. I'm comfortable administering medication, managing mobility limitations, special needs, and the kind of quirks that make pet parents nervous to leave instructions for a new sitter. I also have advanced training for working with dogs with behavior challenges, training protocols, dog and cat body language, and I am currently in the process of getting certified in pet first aid and CPR. No matter the animal, the basics stay the same: sticking to their routine, and sending updates and check-ins so you're never wondering how things are going. Your pet is in calm, capable hands. I work from home and am available for walks and drop-ins in the mornings and evenings, and midday as my schedule allows. I’m also available for house sitting. Have needs outside of this? Let’s talk! If the travel distance exceeds my daily service range, additional fees may apply. For walks and drop-ins, I keep things low-key: familiar environment, familiar routine, minimal disruption to their day. For house sitting, I stay in your home and keep your pet's routine exactly as you left it. I treat your space with the same care I'd want someone to treat mine. About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats my entire life. I currently have two perfect one eyed cats and I couldn’t be more obsessed with. I love dogs of all sizes and adore cats. I currently work from home, so my day to day is pretty flexible. We can workout whatever schedule you need that your pet is most used to! Whatever your pet needs, I will take care of! About: Hi everyone! I am Gabbie, and I am new to Rover. My whole life I have always had a pet! I grew up with dogs, cats, hamsters, and fish. I currently have two cats that I adore, but I would love to walk some dogs in my free time! I am an avid volunteer at a local animal shelter and walk dogs there every weekend.
