James was absolutely fantastic with our cat! Sometimes she has a hard time warming up to new people but she had a great time with James. He took amazing care of Willow while we were on a long vacation and was even able to extend his services on short notice. Sarah was fantastic. My girlfriend and I were in a bind before Memorial Day Weekend and we reached out to her. She was very quick with responses and came and met both our dogs the day after we started messaging. She updated us with pictures for every visit daily and even tracked on the app their bathroom updates. One of the pups needs a lot of accommodating with his eating which was no problem for Sarah.
