She displayed remarkable patience and flexibility when an issue arose with my electronic apartment key, going above and beyond to help resolve it with the property manager. Since it was my first time leaving Cleo, I was super anxious, especially because she was on medication. However, Maddie's competence and reliability significantly alleviated my concerns. I'd wholeheartedly recommend her, and I'll definitely ask her to watch Cleo again next time I'm out of town.”

“This was my first time having Lucy watch my cats for a long weekend. She came over the week before to meet my cats and get to know my set up. She was very sweet, and my two cats liked her right away! I was surprised, since one of my cats is very skittish around new people. My cats also have a very particular feeding regimen, and Lucy was able to follow my instructions so that both cats got what they needed. She sent me photos each time she visited. She was also very responsive to text messages if something arose (there was a mix up in the dates). Thank you for taking such good care of my cats and for being so flexible with the dates and times!”

He is reliable, timely, communicative, caring, and extremely detail oriented. I have a very persnickety partner (who grumbles, for instance, when there are a few bits of litter outside the box), and he LOVES Dan because Dan attends to our pets & home as though they were his own. When we get home everything is just as we left it (and maybe even a little tidier!) This Christmas, when we were out of town for a week, Dan noticed that the pipes in our kitchen were starting to freeze. He alerted us immediately, and thanks to him we were able to address the problem before it became an enormous, costly nightmare. We feel way better being away from home just knowing that Dan is checking in regularly and will notice if anything is amiss. This is the best pet sitter, period - do yourself a favor and hire him!”
