About: I’ve had a cat since I was born. I also have been helping out family and friends with their cats for as long as I can remember. I work 3 nights a week at a hospital, so I would only be willing to accept jobs on days where I am not working (I would hate to leave a pet unattended for 12+ hours). About: 10 years fostering dogs with a local shelter—puppies, medical cases, reactive dogs, seniors, and the shy ones who need extra patience. My favorites are large dogs and blockheads (staffies, rotties, pit mixes), though a small dog sneaks in now and then (frenchies, Havanese, corgi, etc). I'm new to Rover but not to petsitting. About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have always loved caring for them. I grew up with two dogs: a 12 year old Golden Doodle and a 4 year old Cavapoo, so I’m very familiar with both senior dogs and younger, energetic pups. While they are my family dogs and not currently living with me, I’ve been involved in their care my entire life, often handling walks and daily responsibilities, especially when my parents were at work and I took on most of their care. I’m comfortable with walks, feedings, playtime, and making sure dogs feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I treat every dog like my own and enjoy getting to know their unique personalities! I work in the office Monday through Wednesday from 9:00–4:30, so my availability is a bit more limited during those days. However, I’m available during evenings on those days for walks or drop-ins. I work from home on Thursdays and Fridays, which allows me to be much more flexible throughout the day for pet care. Weekends can vary for me—I tend to be busy Friday evenings and Saturdays, but Sundays are generally open and a good day for me to provide care.
