About: I’ve been a pet owner most of my life and have taken care of pets for friends, family, and neighbors. I am the one they always rely on to care for there’s pets and I hope to do the same for you. I’m currently looking for a job, so I will have lots of free time to care for your pets, and with flexible scheduling to what days you might need. Caring for pets at the client’s home I would make sure to ask where they keep the food, treats, toys for the pets, and cleaning supplies just in case if they make an accident by chance.

I take the time to build trust with nervous, shy, or reactive dogs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I work part-time from Saturday through Tuesday, but I'm completely free on my days off and on Monday mornings until 2:00 PM. I'd love to provide companionship and care during those times, ensuring your pet is never alone for long. I always match the owner’s exact routine to keep the pet calm. She left detailed messages about their feeding and activity, so I never worried or had to reach out with questions while I was away. She even played calming music and cat tv, so that they weren’t too anxious or bored. I was happy to see that they warmed up to her and didn’t just hide when she visited as they typically do with strangers. One of my cats is very particular about needing a clean litter box and has had accidents with past sitters. I am so happy that this wasn’t the case with Raechel’s care! About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have always loved caring for them. I grew up with two dogs: a 12 year old Golden Doodle and a 4 year old Cavapoo, so I’m very familiar with both senior dogs and younger, energetic pups. While they are my family dogs and not currently living with me, I’ve been involved in their care my entire life, often handling walks and daily responsibilities, especially when my parents were at work and I took on most of their care. I’m comfortable with walks, feedings, playtime, and making sure dogs feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I treat every dog like my own and enjoy getting to know their unique personalities! I work in the office Monday through Wednesday from 9:00–4:30, so my availability is a bit more limited during those days. However, I’m available during evenings on those days for walks or drop-ins. I work from home on Thursdays and Fridays, which allows me to be much more flexible throughout the day for pet care. Weekends can vary for me—I tend to be busy Friday evenings and Saturdays, but Sundays are generally open and a good day for me to provide care. I follow the owner’s instructions closely to ensure pets are comfortable and following their normal routine. During walks, I focus on safe leash handling and choosing routes based on each dog’s needs. For drop-in visits, I provide feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, and lots of play time of course. I always respect clients’ homes and my goal is to keep pets happy, cared for, and at ease while their owners are away.
