About: Hi, I’m Emily and I’m new here! I’ve been a dog lover my whole life. Growing up, my family always had dogs, and now as a young professional, I have one of my own, Maverick, a very spoiled German Shepherd/Great Pyrenees rescue! My passion for pets grew even more when my sister started her own pet services business, Kailey Walks Dogs, in Salisbury, MD. Whenever I have extra time, I head to the Eastern Shore to assist her and shadow her during appointments. It’s given me valuable, hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities. I’m comfortable working with pups of all temperaments. Having a reactive dog myself, I understand how overwhelming and sometimes isolating it can feel. I’ll always take the time to get to know you and your dog and work with whatever makes them feel safe and comfortable. I can’t wait to give your pet all the love, attention, and pets they deserve! Fun fact: I can say “Can I pet your dog?” in five different languages! Not sure I can think of anything better than spending my weekend around pets! Most of my weekends are wide open. About: I am a therapist full time and I grew up with a labradoodle (he’s 13 and thriving!) I have two cats of my own as well. Growing up throughout high school, I was a dog sitter and dog walker for neighbors and family friends. I have so much love for animals and experience in senior dog care, post-surgery care, and all sorts of cat care :) I also have watched bunnies!! I work full time as a therapist but full time looks different as a therapist, I work about 25 hours a week so I have lots of time to drop by and check on your animal(s) or take ‘em out for a walk! I approach every animal with love and respect for their boundaries! I am a huge animal lover and my empathy I would say is my strong suit for both my full time job and this one :)

About: I grew up with dogs, cats, and farm animals that I cared for over many years; caring for animals is ingrained in me. Being with animals brings me joy, plain and simple. I've fostered animals for months while working with PACT - a temporary pet fostering organization that requires a background check. I also worked at the Humane Society for 4 years and have had many cats and dogs of my own. I’m a nursing student, so I have a flexible schedule that will allow me to take care of your cat / pup however you need :)
