“Kristine did an amazing job with my babies!! She was punctual. Communicated amazingly and was able to follow all my very detailed instructions making. I had a quite a few security measures and she followed vetting perfectly making me feel like my dogs and home were safe while I was way in Cancun for 5 days. The babies loved her. I even got a little jealous watching my Roxy cry on the camera after their time together. I will 1000% recommend Kristine and will be using her in the future for dog sitting/walking needs!”

“Dylan has been so great with my dog. She treats him just as I would. Dylan is not just reliable; she's become an integral part of my dog's daily routine and I never worry when Dylan is taking care of him. Dylan's communication is top-notch too. She sends me updates and photos, giving me peace of mind during the workday. She goes the extra mile, quite literally, by varying their routes, so my dog stays engaged and stimulated. I couldn't recommend Dylan more highly. She's not just a dog walker; she's a trusted companion to my beloved pet. If you're looking for a dog walker who genuinely cares, look no further. Dylan is simply the best!”

“We LOVE Taylor! She is amazing with our 2 pups and handles both of their personalities so well! She is always punctual, a great communicator, and very flexible with our schedule. Highly recommended her for all animals with all different types of behaviors. Taylor rocks!”

About: I've had two senior dogs over the years. My first was a GSD mix with a front leg amputation and he taught me a lot about caring for a senior dog. My second was a Chihuahua mix who loved going to beach volleyball games with me. I have also taken care of the pets of friends in their homes and mine this includes a Lab who had emergency major abdominal surgery the day before his family went on a month-long vacation. My current job doesn't leave much time for having a pet full time but I still take care of friends' pets when my schedule allows. I have a lot more flexibility over the next couple of months and am available for walks or check-ins during the day. I have limited availability for house-sitting but am open to it. I follow client's instructions for care and check in if I have any questions or concerns about anything. Pets can go anywhere I go in my home pretty much. I also have a small fenced in yard and can easily crate a large dog if needed.

About: Experienced pet sitter caring for dogs and cats, including my grand kitties at home, providing feeding, playtime, litter care, and a calm, loving, consistent environment daily Pet sitting fits naturally into my routine, with scheduled walks, feeding, playtime, and check-ins, ensuring pets receive consistent care, attention, and comfort every day I create a safe, calm space by following routines, monitoring behavior, securing surroundings, using gentle handling, and building trust through patience, consistency, and positive interactions daily
About: I've had both dogs and cats my entire life, so being around animals is second nature to me. Over the years, I've also helped care for my neighbors' and family friends pets whenever they were out of town. This included; feeding, walking, playing, and just being there to keep them company. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your pets, and I always treat every animal like they’re my own. Whether it’s a quick check-in or a longer stay, I make sure each pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable. I am a student at the University of Michigan, studying sport management. I would love the opportunity to take care of other people's pets over my summer break. I will start my summer break by the end of June and would love to jump right in by helping those around me care for their pets in my free time. I am super flexible, so please feel free to message me! I focus on keeping things safe, comfortable, and stress-free. Every animal is different, so I take the time to understand what makes them feel relaxed and happy. I also keep owners updated with quick check-ins and photos, so they know their pet is doing well and being cared for like family.
“Malik was a huge help for us. Our regular dog walker was busy and he helped us and did a great job. He is very punctual and nice to the pups. Would definitely use his services again as needed when our normal lady is out of town :)”

About: Growing up with 2 Huskies, 1 Samoyed, 9 bunnies, and even a chinchilla, I have had my fair share of experience with animals over the years. I have taken care of the pets, plants, and houses of family and friends, now wishing to expand that interest to my community. I am additionally very active and a runner, therefore happy to walk (and run) with energetic pets. As a part-time nurse, I work 2-3 shifts a week. While my schedule is different week by week, I am available on my days off. I treat other homes with the same cleanliness and respect as my own. My home is a 3 story Baltimore rowhouse with a small fenced-in backyard and many walkable parks in the vicinity. I have 1 very shy female cat, who usually keeps to herself when other animals are around.
“What an awful day for me forgot to leave my lockbox out for the 1st walker to walk my dog rushed home because I knew presents were going to be left for me so when Brittney came early to walk Jasper I told her what happened I was trying to tell her not to come because I had a mess to clean up in my house. She told me let ne walk your dog and and you can take care of Mt house what a blessing she was to me today..thank you so much.”

About: I’ve walked therapy dogs on my college campus for the last two years! I have a cat at home and help with cleaning up after her :) I’m currently taking a gap semester from college so im free and available anytime for the next few months, and just hoping to explore a new city! I’ll always ask for clear instructions for every task, ask for specifics on what the pet likes/doesn’t like and enter with safety
“Emily is top-notch! She truly understands how to work with dogs and has their best interests at heart, at all times. Our little doggo had a lot of skittish behaviors after her rescue, and Emily was patient, listened to our doggo's cues, and took it all to heart. She always - and I mean ALWAYS - went the extra mile, including assisting with some cleanups and staying longer to make sure our little Urchin was okay. Can NOT recommend her more for your dogsitting/dog walking needs!”

About: I have always been an animal person, and have been a regular dogsitter and catsitter for friends and family for over 10 years. I love caring for all types of critters, from little balls of energy to to more mellow senior animals, and will try my best not to spoil yours too much (depending on how quickly they steal my heart.) I specialize in enrichment activities, such as walks and play sessions, but will also enjoy just hanging out with your little buddy in any capacity. I'm currently off of school for the summer, so I have lots of available time in the day to care for your animals! I am generally available any day of the week between 8 AM and 10 PM, except for Sunday, when I am not available until 11 AM. (6-8 AM is also a possibility if necessary.) I always make sure to respect my clients' homes and keep their belongings safe from rowdy playing. I will always be sure to read your instructions for entry carefully, and I am good at cleaning up a mess if there is one made.
“Christine spent the extra time to meet and get to know my German Shepherd girl before walking her. My girl was very comfortable with her and the walk went very well for both of them.”

About: Hi! I’ve been the go-to pet sitter for friends and family for over 7 years, caring for pets like they’re my own. What started as helping out has turned into a fun way to stay active! My schedule is flexible, and I’m currently available from 11 AM to 5 PM. As an online student, I have the ability to plan my day around my responsibilities, which allows me to provide reliable and consistent care. I especially enjoy dog walking, as it gives me a chance to stay active while also helping pets get the exercise and attention they need. Because my coursework is flexible, I’m able to fit walks in between assignments and give your dog my full attention during that time. I prefer caring for pets in their own home, where they feel most comfortable and safe in their familiar environment. This helps reduce stress and keeps their routine consistent. I always follow set instructions closely like keep a watchful eye during walks and visits, and make sure doors, gates, and surroundings are secure at all times. I provide attentive, loving care so you can feel confident your fur baby is in good hands.
West Baltimore dog parents share their Rover experiences
Alex was so warm, calm, and easygoing that he immediately made us feel comfortable, especially since this was our first time hiring a pet sitter. He took the time to get to know our husky, listened carefully to all of our instructions, and made sure our pup was well cared for, walked, and able to go potty. It gave us such peace of mind knowing our dog was in good hands. Thank you, Alex, for making our first Rover experience such a positive and wonderful one!
