“Our 8 month old Husky, Penny, just spent 12 days at Ginny's while our family took a trip to Thailand. Ginny made us feel at ease that Penny was well taken care of through her regular communication. On a daily basis we received an account of Penny's fun filled day, along with pictures of her. We will definitely request to board Penny at Ginny's if we need a sitter. It is comforting knowing your animal family member is having a good time too, on their own vacation. One can tell that Ginny and her husband genuinely love animals. We were very pleased.”

She was so knowledgeable about dogs (you would think she was a Vet!) and made us feel so comfortable that our baby would be in the wat of hands!! She even sent us update photos so regularly that we felt like we were there with our baby!! Toaster made so many friends with all the sweet little angels she had and hardly wanted to come home after his stay because he had so much fun!! If you want your baby to stay with someone that will love them and give them as much (and probably even more) attention than you do, then look no further!! “Erin was absolutely amazing!! From scheduling a meet and greet with our pup a few weeks before to sending daily updates with pictures I never once had to worry about my fur baby while on vacation. “Felice and Tyler are amazing and they helped us above and beyond. Kongkong, my 2 year old dog, ate a chicken bone the night before we dropped him off. Felice and Tyler took extra care to take pictures and videos of Kongkong and his droppings to keep me updated about his condition. They also contacted me when kongkong coughed a little more than normal, which ended up with getting him to a vet to see whether the coughs were contagious. Kongkong did not end up going back because the vet did not recommended so, and Felice and Tyler also provided us a full refund for the nights we ended up cancelling. I appreciate their understanding and open communication. Will definitely come back for the high quality service!”

She updated me every single day and sent the sweetest photos of my girls, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. My oldest, Cali, can be a bit feisty at times, but Geovanna handled everything so well and I am incredibly grateful. She was also extremely responsive, immediately answering any questions I had. To top it off, when my flight got delayed, she was so understanding and accommodating about extending the time. We all know things happen when traveling, and she made a stressful situation so much easier! “Fantastic!! Shannon watched my one year old very anxious puppy, Luna. I was very nervous Luna wouldn’t settle, but Shannon took the time to allow Luna to open up to her. Within 30 minutes of dropping Luna off I had picture updates and text updates! She continued with many pictures and messages to keep me in the loop of how Lunas day was going. Shannon was so sweet and kind, relieving any nerves I had. She was able to work with my nervous pup and keep her happy! I was so grateful for Shannon’s patience and expert care. She also administered eye drops to my pup who has some eye problems. I felt completely at easy knowing Shannon was diligently watching over my pup. I plan to use Shannon again and again anytime I’m out of time!”

Excellent service! The sitter would send me videos every morning showing that he was walking my dog. My dog is also had some issues with his ears so he helped administer medication to him & brushed his teeth daily. very kind, personable & energetic sitter. Don’t hesitate to book him!
We adopted Rosie over two years ago, but were still reluctant to go anywhere overnight where we couldn't take her along. After viewing many profiles on Rover we decided to contact Julia. We were impressed by her extensive experience with dogs, so much so that she cares for them full-time, and her obvious genuine love for animals. Julia met Rosie before boarding and asked many thoughtful questions. Upon meeting her we were at ease and quickly knew that Rosie would be in great hands. Since Rosie had only stayed once overnight with a family member that she already knew, we weren't quite sure how she would react to being dropped off with another caretaker. The first day or so Rosie was anxious and exhibited some behaviors that we did not anticipate (a fear of hardwood floors!), but Julia was patient and gave her time to settle in at her own pace. Once she did, Rosie had a great time hanging out with her new canine friends and going on long walks with Julia. We loved receiving a photo each day of Rosie, knowing that she was doing well and enjoying her own vacation. Julia is a great (and speedy!) communicator, was incredibly patient with Rosie, and took great care of her while we were away. Rosie enjoyed long walks, supervised playtime with other dogs, and came home a tired and happy pup. We are so glad we connected with Julia and relieved that we found a trusted, experienced caretaker who Rosie can stay with again in the future. Thank you Julia!
Fabiola was the perfect sitter for Chance! Located very close by and took us on such a short notice. Her and her partner gave him so much love and attention. We know our boy is very attached, but she sent photos daily to ease both Chance and us! Fabiola took him on daily walks in the city and the photos were so sweet. We look forward to utilizing her services again and I’m sure Chance does as well!
Shruti is a wonderful pet sitter, she did send me pictures daily of Pennie to let me know she is doing fine. Pennie was very comfortable at their home, she was laid next to her dog Hazel relaxing. I am truly using Shruti again for all my pet sitting needs. Shruti is a nice, kind and pleasant young lady.
Amazing communication. Reliability and transparency. Very gentle with my doggy even knowing his size he was kind patient and understanding of his behaviors and nervousness. I could tell my dog was in good hands upon meeting him and my dog was happy in his care. I’m always hesitant about leaving my pupper with other people but I will definitely be rebooking 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Claire and her husband Nolan took fantastic care of our Winston. We were in last minute need of a sitter for about 36 hours, and they stepped up and kept us updated on him all day long, it was truly a peace of mind we needed for the day to know that our boy was well taken care of while we were away!
Fatty had the absolute best time staying with her family. He was showered with affection, got tons of cuddles, and even got treated to pup cups. He loved them so much and we are so happy he has an open invitation to return anytime. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will love their dog like family!
This was Skippy's third stay with Mckenzie. Again, she was very understanding of his separation anxiety and dealt with some stomach issues of his as well. I felt like he was in very good hands. She was also aware of how the heat can effect his breed and made sure not to let him be over-exposed. I highly recommend Mckenzie.
Jasmine is so fabulous! She is extremely kind, smart, and experienced, so she was thoughtful about how to introduce our dog to another dog she was caring for. The dogs loved each other, which was a little unexpected on our part, which points to Jasmine's attentiveness. She clearly loves animals, and our Tucker really enjoyed staying with her! We appreciated the videos and photos. Jasmine was easy to work with, easy to connect to, generous, and an overall wonderful dog sitter and person! We look forward to seeing her again, and we know Tucker will too!
