They arranged the meet and greet so that we could see that my Phoebe was going to fit into their “system.” Everything went smoothie so she could adjust while I was there. When we returned the next day for the drop off, Phoebe experienced separation anxiety which made me uncomfortable leaving, but within a half an hour Ginny texted me some pics of my girl being calm and sitting with Steve. So I could enjoy my vacation knowing that she was well taken care of. Two very lovely, caring, and capable caregivers.”

During Leo's stay with them, Kelly sent me photos, videos, and update comments numerous times throughout the day. It made a huge difference for me and my daughter (9 yo) who missed Leo very much during our trip. They were so warm and kind to Leo, and I could tell that they truly cared for the pet they were looking after. They took Leo to exciting walks, let him play off leach in their backyard, and cuddled with him. I know they've done all of this because they send me so many pictures.
