“This was Nukka's first stay with Felice and her family. But it won't be his last. We had a nice meet/greet a couple of months ahead of time to see if we were all a match. This gave me a great level of comfort. It was clear Nukka was having a good time and feeling safe from the daily pictures/videos I received. When I came to pick him up he was obviously overjoyed to see me, but kept going back to Felice to make sure she knew he still cared about her. hahaha Can't wait for him to spend time with the family and his new furry playmates again.”

“Our 2 year old pup seemed to have a great time at Ginnie and Steven’s! They were communicative, sent pics and updates, and the dogs all seemed happy and well cared for. They do board multiple dogs at once but we appreciated that they took care to pair dogs together with similar temperaments. Our pup loves to play and run, which not all dogs love! But it sounds like they were able to pair him with a few playmates that were up to his energy level. We hope to use them again in the future!”

Best of all, they regularly sent pictures and videos which reassured me completely that Piper was having a wonderful time while I was away! During Leo's stay with them, Kelly sent me photos, videos, and update comments numerous times throughout the day. It made a huge difference for me and my daughter (9 yo) who missed Leo very much during our trip. They were so warm and kind to Leo, and I could tell that they truly cared for the pet they were looking after. They took Leo to exciting walks, let him play off leach in their backyard, and cuddled with him. I know they've done all of this because they send me so many pictures. Leo looked very comfortable and content in the photos and videos. I highly recommend Kelly and her husband!!!”

Long story short I work at the ER and was expected to stay over at least for 5days to cover outa due to the snow. She accepted “Kash” the day of and treated him so well. How do I know this you ask? Because for one I’ve had other people watch my dog before and he came back to me timid and afraid. So I knew something wasn’t right. But Lia she kept me involved every step of the way and answered whenever I contacted her in record time.
