“Robin provided excellent care for my dog Milo. This was my first time leaving Milo in someone else’s care other than family and friends and I was nervous and anxious. Robin sent videos and pictures and Milo was having a great time in her care. Robin only cares for small dogs which I like because I have a Yorkie. She has a dog that looks like my last dog that I had for 14 years. Robin is experienced in caring for dogs as shown by observation of her interaction with Milo and by questions and written information she requested regarding Milo’s health issue. “Our 2 year old pup seemed to have a great time at Ginnie and Steven’s! They were communicative, sent pics and updates, and the dogs all seemed happy and well cared for. They do board multiple dogs at once but we appreciated that they took care to pair dogs together with similar temperaments. Our pup loves to play and run, which not all dogs love! But it sounds like they were able to pair him with a few playmates that were up to his energy level. We hope to use them again in the future!”

Ozzie does not always warm up to strangers immediately but felt at home with them burrowing under their blankets and sleeping in their pup beds. They provided daily report of Ozzie antics and photos keeping me posted. Meagan really loved Ozzie and animals in general, and adjust to them easily. It was evident Ozzie enjoyed his staycation. Cheryl was incredibly responsive, took a last-minute request, and saved my pup from a bad boarding situation. She was able to pick him up and give him a nice, caring home. Sending daily updates significantly reduced mine and also my dog's stress. He is very anxious and typically is very afraid of new places and people, but it was obvious from the updates I was getting from Cheryl that he felt right at home. Could not recommend her enough. Fantastic, all-around amazing, and saved my dog's life.
Ms. Jae is absolutely wonderful. She took my baby girl in as her own this past weekend and even had another energetic pup visiting that Cora could enjoy spending time with. Ms. Jae knew that I was worried given a few of my past experiences here in Baltimore and she made it her duty to send me multiple updates and photos throughout my time away from Cora. My was smiling the whole time, and I could really tell that she was happy and well cared for. You can tell that she really cares about making your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved in her space. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will likely only send her to Ms. Jae from now on as long as she will have her ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
We recently had our dog board with Dimitri for about 5 days. This was our first time with Dimitri and we were very happy. We felt confident that he could manage our dog, who is on the larger side (60 lbs), very strong, and prey driven. He was very responsive to my texts and sent me lots of pictures. He even gave our dog a bath, when he found a tick on another dog in his care. We would definitely board with him again!
I really appreciate Shakiyla. I contacted her in short notice due to my daughter being in the ER and not being able to find anyone to watch Reign. She responded immediately and was great with my dog. I was very nervous using this app for the first time, but She sent videos and kept me posted about how Reign was doing. She was a life saver. Thank you so much.

Amaya did a great job caring for my fur baby BB while I was away for 11 nights on a mission trip to Africa. She accepted BB even though she had less than a week's notice. She did send pictures and a video of how BB was adjusting to her home, family, & their fur baby but because I did not have International calling ability & the Rover phone number provided is not set up to receive Google video calls or WhatsApp text. So, I had to wait until I returned home to get the updates. Amaya gave me a report on BB when I returned. Her home & the grounds are perfect for BB. I would certainly consider Amaya if I needed services for BB again.
