I personally have had an amazing pit bull named Luna for 9 years - she is leash reactive so I also have experience dealing with hard-to-walk pups! About: I had been taking care of my family’s chihuahua and poodle growing up, and I was a sitter for my friend’s Munchkin cat for one year. My friends would always come to me to check on their cats whenever they were out of town. I’m currently taking care of a kitten of my own. I’m currently a full-time grad student, but I’m usually free after 6 pm during weekdays. I have more availability on weekends, and I’m happy to accommodate to the client’s schedule. I have a young kitten in my house right now, but I fenced the entry to her floor. Your fur babies can either snuggle with her or can be housed separately on other floors.

About: We’ve always had dogs and cats growing up, so pet have always been a regular part of my everyday life! I know that sometimes this little things like walks or consistent feeding schedules can be the hardest part of having a pet! Allow me to take that weight from your shoulders! I have extensive experience with large dogs and puppies as well! I regularly housesit for homes with multiple animals and multiple species; dogs, cats, fish, bunnies, gerbils, and hamsters too! I’m currently working part time, but planning and scheduling are important to me. I am more often available in the mornings any day of the week. I value being consistent and reliable so I will only post availability that I’m sure will work! I will make sure to bring your pet everywhere with me! Clingy pets are my bread and butter! I have no problem hanging out as long as needed to always have an eye on your pets when they are in my care.

About: I have six years of hands on experience with dogs, including volunteering at the Baltimore SPCA, where I handled intake, socialization, and daily care for dogs of all temperatures. I have also trained the dogs that I have had. I work full-time, but my schedule rotates every three weeks — so I always have afternoons free after four, plus two full days off each week. That means I’m available for midday walks, evening visits, and weekend coverage without any gaps. My dogs get a set daily rhythm in the morning and evening walks, scheduled meals, and plenty of rest so I know firsthand what a consistent routine looks like from the inside. Also I follow the owner’s routine exactly feeding times, meds, play, potty breaks and send photo updates after each visit so they always know how their pet’s doing.

About: I am a medical student looking to help care for pets in my community! I grew up with dogs, cats, rabbits, lizards and frogs... oh my! I adopted two cats in the last year and have loved every minute of being their cat-mom. I have always been an animal person and pride myself on working hard, being timely and treating all creatures with the love they deserve. I am a medical student with a flexible schedule, so I am able to accommodate to your pet's needs! I can often do classes from home which allows me to set my own daily schedule most days of the week- perfect for taking a study break to walk your pup or check in on your furry friends at home! I live in apartment in Arlington but have access to safe, side-walked neighborhoods for walking your dog around! If staying in your home, I will care for your pets exactly as you would like, with genuine care, trust and a love for animals being at the core of who I am and what I do!

About: I've taken care of a dog in various formats since I was 14 years old. Currently I have three dogs that I have rescued and raised from various experiences where without me, they would have ended up worse off. I have extensive knowledge in pet care, wellbeing and injuries to keep a dog safe, happy and in a loving home. I've made it a point to understand dog nonverbal communication so that I can identify issues as they arise and keep my and your pets safe. My wife and I work opposite schedules most of the week meaning someone is home most of the day. I am an early riser often starting my day at 5am where I handle pet care until I leave for work around 7:30am. My wife takes over care until I return from work at 5pm and this is how our schedule runs Tuesday through Thursday. Monday and Friday we work the same shift so our pups will be unsupervised from 10am-5pm but are left in safe environments with plenty of mental stimulation and given potty breaks at 10am and extended breaks at 5pm when I arrive home. I am home all day on the weekends to take care of pet needs. I have a fenced in backyard that the dogs are free to play in all day with my other pups who are very friendly to other dogs. We have dog crates already set up in the home that are used on as needed basis and lots of mental stimulation toys like kongs, puzzles and treat dispensing toys. For my dogs they eat twice a day in the morning and night and are allowed unlimited (supervised through security cameras and frequent checks) backyard time, where there is water and a dog house to cool off. The dogs get walked on a rotating schedule throughout the week. In others homes I am sure to follow the schedule of the owner and ensure the wellbeing of your pet.
