Haile did an excellent job taking care of my dogs when we went out of town for a few days. She sent pics and kept us up to date on how they were doing. My home was clean and dogs were happy.

Haile is a very sweet human, and clearly loves the animals she cares for! She was communicative when prompted about animal care and kept the house clean. While we enjoyed meeting her, and coming home to safe and fed animals, we will not be using her again. We arrived home to our dogs having their collars on, one of which was crated for a few hours (we explicitly communicated in person and via writing, that dog collars come off when leaving the house or when they are put in crates for safety reasons.) More than once we were assured she’d be home to feed them by a certain time, and she was not. Having to check-in, in the middle of the night to remind her of her word did not make for relaxing vacation evenings. Forgetting things is understandable, however, we prefer our dog and cat sitter to be more mindful of their word and responsibilities, putting animal care first and foremost. We also returned home to 4 litter boxes full of waste, I am unsure when they were scooped clean during her stay. We wish her the best on her journey and hope she finds clients that are a better fit!
