Cheryl was incredibly responsive, took a last-minute request, and saved my pup from a bad boarding situation. She was able to pick him up and give him a nice, caring home. Sending daily updates significantly reduced mine and also my dog's stress. He is very anxious and typically is very afraid of new places and people, but it was obvious from the updates I was getting from Cheryl that he felt right at home. Could not recommend her enough. Fantastic, all-around amazing, and saved my dog's life.
Nicole helped me out with a last minute booking after I was ghosted by another sitter. My old lady, Sophia, doesn’t often get free reign to runaround without a leash - she had a blast doing so at Nicole’s with another dog. Nicole sent pictures and I felt confident that my dog was well cared for.
Once again my precious fur baby spent an extended time with Ginnie and Steve and the whole gang while I was away and he was loved, and cared for and had a bunch of fun. I know I can trust them to look after him and make him comfortable, even if he wants some quiet time under the bed. LOL Knowing he is safe and having fun, allows me to enjoy my holiday too. Thank you for all you do.
Ms. Jae is absolutely wonderful. She took my baby girl in as her own this past weekend and even had another energetic pup visiting that Cora could enjoy spending time with. Ms. Jae knew that I was worried given a few of my past experiences here in Baltimore and she made it her duty to send me multiple updates and photos throughout my time away from Cora. My was smiling the whole time, and I could really tell that she was happy and well cared for. You can tell that she really cares about making your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved in her space. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will likely only send her to Ms. Jae from now on as long as she will have her ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I can’t say enough nice things about Sean and the wonderful way he took care of our fur baby, Taz. He kept me up to date with Taz’s daily activities and added pictures. I am so grateful for Sean and his excellent care of Taz. I will definitely use Sean again in the future!

Nina was such a blessing to find as I was looking for last minute care for my pup! She welcomed Sweet Pea into her home and within the evening she was settled and I could tell she felt at home. She shared pictures throughout the stay and was super communicative which I appreciated greatly! She came home tired and so happy - couldn’t ask for more!
Amaya did a great job caring for my fur baby BB while I was away for 11 nights on a mission trip to Africa. She accepted BB even though she had less than a week's notice. She did send pictures and a video of how BB was adjusting to her home, family, & their fur baby but because I did not have International calling ability & the Rover phone number provided is not set up to receive Google video calls or WhatsApp text. So, I had to wait until I returned home to get the updates. Amaya gave me a report on BB when I returned. Her home & the grounds are perfect for BB. I would certainly consider Amaya if I needed services for BB again.
