On a daily basis we received an account of Penny's fun filled day, along with pictures of her. We will definitely request to board Penny at Ginny's if we need a sitter. It is comforting knowing your animal family member is having a good time too, on their own vacation. One can tell that Ginny and her husband genuinely love animals. We were very pleased.”

“Fantastic!! Shannon watched my one year old very anxious puppy, Luna. I was very nervous Luna wouldn’t settle, but Shannon took the time to allow Luna to open up to her. Within 30 minutes of dropping Luna off I had picture updates and text updates! She continued with many pictures and messages to keep me in the loop of how Lunas day was going. Shannon was so sweet and kind, relieving any nerves I had. She was able to work with my nervous pup and keep her happy! I was so grateful for Shannon’s patience and expert care. She also administered eye drops to my pup who has some eye problems. I felt completely at easy knowing Shannon was diligently watching over my pup. I plan to use Shannon again and again anytime I’m out of time!”

She was so knowledgeable about dogs (you would think she was a Vet!) and made us feel so comfortable that our baby would be in the wat of hands!! She even sent us update photos so regularly that we felt like we were there with our baby!! Toaster made so many friends with all the sweet little angels she had and hardly wanted to come home after his stay because he had so much fun!! If you want your baby to stay with someone that will love them and give them as much (and probably even more) attention than you do, then look no further!! “Felice and Tyler are amazing and they helped us above and beyond. Kongkong, my 2 year old dog, ate a chicken bone the night before we dropped him off. Felice and Tyler took extra care to take pictures and videos of Kongkong and his droppings to keep me updated about his condition. They also contacted me when kongkong coughed a little more than normal, which ended up with getting him to a vet to see whether the coughs were contagious. Kongkong did not end up going back because the vet did not recommended so, and Felice and Tyler also provided us a full refund for the nights we ended up cancelling. I appreciate their understanding and open communication. Will definitely come back for the high quality service!”

They didn’t balk at any of our special requests, of which there were several including giving meds, medicated baths, belly band changes and not leaving our Chihuahua alone, and without a lap for too long. Excellent service! The sitter would send me videos every morning showing that he was walking my dog. My dog is also had some issues with his ears so he helped administer medication to him & brushed his teeth daily. very kind, personable & energetic sitter. Don’t hesitate to book him!
We adopted Rosie over two years ago, but were still reluctant to go anywhere overnight where we couldn't take her along. After viewing many profiles on Rover we decided to contact Julia. We were impressed by her extensive experience with dogs, so much so that she cares for them full-time, and her obvious genuine love for animals. Julia met Rosie before boarding and asked many thoughtful questions. Upon meeting her we were at ease and quickly knew that Rosie would be in great hands. Since Rosie had only stayed once overnight with a family member that she already knew, we weren't quite sure how she would react to being dropped off with another caretaker. The first day or so Rosie was anxious and exhibited some behaviors that we did not anticipate (a fear of hardwood floors!), but Julia was patient and gave her time to settle in at her own pace. Once she did, Rosie had a great time hanging out with her new canine friends and going on long walks with Julia. We loved receiving a photo each day of Rosie, knowing that she was doing well and enjoying her own vacation. Julia is a great (and speedy!) communicator, was incredibly patient with Rosie, and took great care of her while we were away. Rosie enjoyed long walks, supervised playtime with other dogs, and came home a tired and happy pup. We are so glad we connected with Julia and relieved that we found a trusted, experienced caretaker who Rosie can stay with again in the future. Thank you Julia!
Shipra was an amazing sitter! Super communicative, friendly, and easy to get in touch with. My dog, Scout, had so much fun with her and Trevor and seemed super comfortable right away with both of them. They went on big walks, including trail walks, and played all the time, which made me feel a lot better about leaving Scout for a week. I really appreciated the daily photos and videos, especially because this was my first time leaving Scout with non-family. Overall, I’d highly recommend Shipra!
Great petsitter!!! My dogs were so happy being there and coming back home. Nautica kept my daughter and I updated daily with videos and pics of their journeys. One of dogs has anxiety problems and she made sure he was comfortable. Nautica followed our feeding directions and walking schedules. My dogs did not have any accidents while in her care.
Marina was great with Luci! Luci seemed to have the best time. Marina was professional and kept us updated on Luci during our trip. She was very understanding and worked with us when our flights were delayed. Luci seemed happy and relaxed when we picked her up. We highly recommend Marina.
I really appreciate Shakiyla. I contacted her in short notice due to my daughter being in the ER and not being able to find anyone to watch Reign. She responded immediately and was great with my dog. Shruti is a wonderful pet sitter, she did send me pictures daily of Pennie to let me know she is doing fine. Pennie was very comfortable at their home, she was laid next to her dog Hazel relaxing. Amazing communication. Reliability and transparency. Very gentle with my doggy even knowing his size he was kind patient and understanding of his behaviors and nervousness. Knightley loved his stays with Jill. It was like he had his own summer camp to go to. We received wonderful pictures of him going on walks and lounging contentedly with new dog and human friends. He now happily jumps in the car and runs right up to Jill’s door at drop off. Jill and her partner were very easy to communicate with, extremely professional, and very willing to work with our requests.
Sara was absolutely wonderful! While my family was out of service to receive messages, we did receive the ones she sent when we returned to service! I was so grateful for our meet and greet! It looked like my dog had a fabulous time at Sara’s house while we were away!
Margaret was a great week long daycare and boarding for Ruby! We were in town for work and needed some help with Ruby last minute. Margaret was quick to respond and easy to get in touch with. She was flexible with drop off and pickup times and worked with me as my schedule changed during the week. Ruby had a great time with her and her cat. I appreciate all the help!
Fatty had the absolute best time staying with her family. He was showered with affection, got tons of cuddles, and even got treated to pup cups.
