“Danielle, her family and her two dogs were the best of hosts!!! Danielle works from home so she was always there to take care Juney and all of her food needs, walking needs and taking her out back to her fenced yard to play and get all the energy out. She also kept us updated every day with how she was doing and also with great pics to show the fun she was having or just relaxing. We couldn’t be happier. Danielle is awesome! I look forward to using her again for Juneau!!!”

“Felice and Tyler are amazing and they helped us above and beyond. Kongkong, my 2 year old dog, ate a chicken bone the night before we dropped him off. Felice and Tyler took extra care to take pictures and videos of Kongkong and his droppings to keep me updated about his condition. They also contacted me when kongkong coughed a little more than normal, which ended up with getting him to a vet to see whether the coughs were contagious. Kongkong did not end up going back because the vet did not recommended so, and Felice and Tyler also provided us a full refund for the nights we ended up cancelling. I appreciate their understanding and open communication. Will definitely come back for the high quality service!”

“Fantastic!! Shannon watched my one year old very anxious puppy, Luna. I was very nervous Luna wouldn’t settle, but Shannon took the time to allow Luna to open up to her. Within 30 minutes of dropping Luna off I had picture updates and text updates! She continued with many pictures and messages to keep me in the loop of how Lunas day was going. Shannon was so sweet and kind, relieving any nerves I had. She was able to work with my nervous pup and keep her happy! I was so grateful for Shannon’s patience and expert care. She also administered eye drops to my pup who has some eye problems. I felt completely at easy knowing Shannon was diligently watching over my pup. I plan to use Shannon again and again anytime I’m out of time!”

Rosie made some new friends with their sweet dog Bailey and two little girls, and she didn’t want to leave when we came to get her! (but when we did get back home, she was so tired and napped like an angel).
