“Shania did a wonderful job caring for Hampton and Neko on her first stay with us. She was very communicative and kept me updated with great pictures throughout her overnight stay. I also really appreciated how she left the house in excellent condition. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely book with her again!”

“Madison did a great job with our dog! She was very quick to respond to messages and provided many updates throughout the week. We returned from our trip to a clean house!”

“Just wow. Emily stayed at our home for a little over a week and cared for dog like he was her own. Our dog is anxious and has leash reactivity as well as some long term health issues. She was knowledgeable in handling him and managed his daily med administrations. Emily also went above and beyond by doing two in-person meet ups to get acquainted with Bouldin, snuggled with him, and bathed him prior to our return. We will be a customer of Emily's for as long as she will have us. Light years better than any dog resort/boarding facility.”

“Tabitha is WONDERFUL! My dog is very emotionally needy (has anxiety), and I needed a sitter very last minute. Tabitha came to the rescue and was so attentive with Franny and did such a good job with her! I really trust her and i can’t wait to use her again 🙂”

“Kathleen took great care of our senior cat and our home. She navigated some technical challenges with our alarm system with professionalism and good humor. Highly recommend. Will definitely re-book.”

“Naya handled all my dog could throw at someone new - from pooping in his crate to trucking her into extra play time outside, naya handled it all perfectly. When I got home, I literally had to reassure my fiance someone did take care of juicy- she left the house with no trace she was here, she only left behind a happy well loved pup! Will be booking naya again!”

“Kathleen helped out last minute with a dog sitting for our girls and we couldn't be happier to have had her watch them. She was really sweet to them and sent updates while we were out of the house so we felt very at ease.”

“Sierra did a great job dogsitting my senior dog and housesitting while I was out of town for a long weekend! She sent updates and pictures, which was very reassuring!”
“Liz and Rich took amazing care of our recently adopted dog and our 2 cats. We came home to pets who were calm and happy and interactive - even our shy cat. To me, this is what it's all about, knowing your pets were well cared for and given lots of love. Will definitely use them again!”

“Keira was great with our old pup Toby while we were out of town. She was knowledgeable about care and Toby was in great hands. She gave updates and photos throughout the stay.”

“Cashae was just great with my dog Buddha. She is patient and aims to do her best all the time. There was so much happening with my older dog during the time she was scheduled to watch him and he remained flexible and communicated. She asked questions and was willing to learn, and worked with me while i was away to find solutions. i can’t thank her enough for her service! she will most definitely be utilized in the future.”

“Micah did a fantastic job with our pets and home! We received regular updates and photos and we came back to happy pets and a spotless home. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter!”

“Emily is amazing! Excellent communicator. Our dog can be anxious when we leave and she makes him feel calm and loved. She really goes above and beyond”

“Emily is great! She sent continual updates and pictures throughout her time house sitting. It was clear that besides regular walks she also spent lots of time hanging out and cuddling with my dog, who is very affectionate and needs the attention. Would definitely book again!”

About: I have a 5 year old dog that I have owned for 5 years. I have 2 years of experience walking dogs prior to owning one ranging from small dogs to big dogs and currently 8 years of experience. I have a care for all dogs and animals but dogs are one of my favorite animals. I would care for anyones pet as if it is my own. Pets are family members. In my dog walking experience I find it important to walk a dog 3 times a day for their physical and mental well being. I find it also important to give all dogs physical activity and the attention they deserve. I am an easy solution to provide comfort for your dog whether you are going on vacation, going on a buisness trip, working, not feeling well, or incapable of caring for a pet. Pet car fits into my daily routine by knowing that the pet needs to go out regardless of the situation. I work from home so when I am caring for a pet their schedule is my schedule. I feed, walk, play, and provide water for pets in my home and at the clients home. I give them the needed attention they desire and love being around them.
“Johnita was amazing!! She was responsible and kind to our sweet older dogs. She kept in constant contact with us, sending multiple pictures a day, and made us feel incredibly confident in leaving our dogs in her care. She also kept our home clean and so organized, we couldn’t even tell she had been here (she was though!). We would 100% hire her again and again. Thank you Jai!!”

“Kevin was fantastic! He arrived early and showered my fur baby with love. He made sure to have all of his favorite treats on hand. I would not hesitate to hire him again. If you're unsure, let this review be confirmation that Kevin is top-notch. I felt at ease leaving my pet in his care.”

“Destiny cared for my cat and my home for 2 days. My cat quickly warmed up to her. She is attentive, responsible, and dependable. She followed feeding and care instructions for my cat exactly as I explained them to her and she handled his demanding ways with ease and a great attitude. This was my first experience with a cat sitter in my home and I was a bit apprehensive, but Destiny's service has put me at ease and given me faith in a wonderful option for cat care when I am on travel.”

Wakefield pet parents share their Rover experiences
From the moment she came to visit to the day she left our house, Cashae was communicative, professional, and extremely pleasant. She was so easy to work with. Our dog loved her. And she left her house in perfect condition. We would rebook with her in a heartbeat.

Hollie is the absolutely best. All three of our kids just love her, hang out, and are their (sometimes unfortunately) true selves around her. She deals with our often cantankerous older gal and our troublemaker with aplomb, while still giving love to our little doll. There are no worries at all when Hollie is here with our babies!

We could not have asked for a better sitter than Lyndsay! She is kind, responsible, and responsive - and most importantly, took amazing care of our dog, cat and home while we were away for two weeks. She communicated regularly with pics and updates and we always felt like our pets were in good hands. We’ve used Rover a handful of times over the years and Lyndsay and this was by far our best experience.

Sean is a wonderful pet sitter. Not only did he take such great care of our two dogs, he also looked after our geckos and fish without complaint. Sean left our house spotless! He is a great communicator and sent daily pictures and updates. It is evident that Sean truly cares for animals, and I won't hesitate to ask Sean to watch our pets again in the future!

Emily was amazing, my boys loved her, and I felt very comfortable leaving them in her care. She was professional and very communicative, the daily photos helped so much. Even when encountering some unexpected issues (on my end) and with Atticus boycotting his meds, she handled them with grace and went above and beyond. I could not recommend Emily enough!

Carol was wonderful. We had a late notice dog sitter fall through and had to find someone for a week long trip. She house sat, sent photos of our pup which was amazing, and was open to coming over a day before to meet Holly and learn about the house. Definitely recommend.

Eli stayed with our dog over the course of this past week and was amazing! They made sure to take the best care of our girl while also leaving our house just the way we left it (we had an issue with a prior person). Eli made sure to keep us up to date, showered her with love, and was a great communicator. Highly recommend!!!

Johnita was amazing! This was the first time I'd left my cat with a sitter for longer than a few days, and I was nervous, but Johnita gave Lucy lots of love and played with her and sent me daily updates with pictures. She took such fantastic care of Lucy I thought she might not be as happy to see me! I highly recommend Johnita - she's reliable, warm, responsible, and caring; everything you want in the person who will care for your beloved pet!

Cecilie was amazing with our high energy German Shepherd. I get a bit nervous asking others to watch my dog because his size and energy level can intimidate people, but Cecilie took such good care of him and made sure he was well exercised. She truly went above and beyond. We couldn’t have been happier with her and I’d definitely request her again!

We are so thankful we found Talayia to watch our two dogs and cat for overnight stays! She really came through for us at the last minute when we were in a tough spot of our last sitter cancelling. She communicated with us daily and sent us picture updates which put us at ease for the two weeks we were gone. She also kept our plants alive and our house was kept clean. Thank you so much for everything!!
