“Ty is super helpful and communicative! And our cat loves him! Cat barely comes out to play with other sitters, but Ty always seems to entice our cat to play, and sends pics. Thanks Ty!”

“Lydia was perfect with Kobe! She came and visited us at our hotel before our booking and took notes on everything he would need. She was sure to send us updates and keep him safe. Would recommend if in the Baltimore area!”

“I was very pleased with the care that Christine gave my Lily. Great updates and communication which I really appreciated. Lily is special needs since she is deaf and also came from a puppy mill making her very fearful. I needed her to be cared for by someone as special as Christine. I felt complete peace of mind. I will definitely use her again.”

About: I’ve owned and cared for dogs, cats, and everything in-between for as long as I can remember. From pit-bulls to terriers, handicapped chickens to one eyed kittens and animals with at least 8 legs, i’ve seen it all. Apart from caring for my own dogs, cats, and other pets over the years, I did freelance petsitting and dog walking in and around my neighborhood for around seven years, ranging from dog walks while the owner was at work, to late night cat feedings and prescription medication administration, to trying to give a rabbit a bath. I have a high level of experience caring for both puppies/kittens and elderly dogs and cats, having worked to foster puppies and kittens with my local ASPCA for nearly a decade as well as helped raise and train one of my family dogs, and care for my elderly, disabled dog in her later years. I also have background training with the ASPCA regarding animal safety (specifically reactive or defensive dogs) and basic dog and cat body language, crucial aspects of keeping everyone involved healthy and happy! I’m currently a college student home for the summer- my schedule is very open and very flexible, depending on the individual needs of the animal. I can match whatever level of energy your pet needs within the home- whether it be constant cuddles and attention, hours of playtime, or just an omniscient hand filling the food bowl and grabbing the leash! I’m comfortable administering oral or topical medications, able to control and crate dogs if the need arises, and (i’d like to think) i’ve learned some pretty good strategies to stop unwanted barking late at night over the years. I value the mental and physical comfort of the animal i’m caring for first and foremost, whether that means hands on attention or a more quiet, calm approach to time spent with your pet. I’m willing to care for and spend time with shy or reactive dogs as long as they’re within my size range. Having owned both a very senile, timid dog and a very reactive, defensive dog, it’s important to me that they receive the amount of care and attention in the home they deserve :)

“Moriah/MJ was absolutely great. We had a weird situation (sitting 2 dogs at an airbnb while we went to a wedding), and not only did she roll with it cheerfully, she made us feel completely secure about our pups' safety and happiness while we partied. One of our dogs can be distrustful of strangers but she also was easily comfortable with MJ. Definitely recommend!”

“Thank goodness for Kate. My boys love her.”

“Carol and our dogs experienced love at first sight. Our dogs immediately felt at ease with her. They loved and respected her. We have two large dogs and they were comforted by Carol’s energy. She was timely, confident, kind, thoughtful, and caring. Carol sent us pictures daily, modified food for sensitive stomachs, and communicated excellently and quickly. We can’t say enough good things! She’s excellent and a true pet lover. Our hamster loved her too!”

“Emily couldn’t have been nicer. Our dog is very nervous and has trouble adjusting to new people, Emily is the only sitter who has ever gotten a leash on her— she is patient and kind and really won her trust. She also cared for our cat who had health issues and was very conscientious about keeping us updated. Emily sent great pics throughout her stay, we’d love to have her again.”
