I work from home so unless I’m grabbing an ingredient I forgot in my Cosco delivery, I’m home all day and can be flexible with pick ups- drop off, and last minute calls. I normally handle pickup and drop offs and Kate will be here to greet you if Im not at home when you need to drop off!

I have a pretty large fenced in yard for the city, and seeing dogs rip & run in it warms my heart! We are a dog friendly neighborhood so those of us who may bark more than others will do just fine here :) I communicate if anything looks strange down to paw licking to catch things early.

I’m very experienced with medication and unique care of aging or sick dogs of all breeds. Please don’t hesitate to be picky and specific with any level of care. Anything from sun burnt paws to giving shots I’m happy to take care of.
A typical day
I enjoy running with dogs and I can play fetch just as long as they can. I enjoy just spending time outside so if your dog has extra energy I don’t mind at all. Im able to give baths and trim nails with my training as well!

Pet care experience
I grew up working with animals at Bark Central Doggie Daycare boarding, daycare, grooming, and training facility in PA. I would handle up to 60 dogs at one time by myself- rotating breeds, temperaments, feeding schedules, and facility tours. I would feed, water, bathe, give medicine, clean up after, and keep them entertained. I have learned SO much about animal behavior and my passion for animals as a whole has only grown! I'm experienced with many types of breeds (giant and mini) and love getting to know new ones! I respect any amount of maintenance one needs for their animal because I would appreciate the same for mine! I played 4 sports & am still an active woman so I don’t mind puppy energy or working breeds that never seem to wind down :). If the puppies are young I’d be happy to help train them as well! I have experience training working breeds too. I purchased two XL crates, and one medium crate so you don’t have to suffer lugging yours around if your fur baby needs crate training, a confined space to eat, or you prefer them sleep in there. 99% of animals I watch roam & prefer to sleep in my bed, but I try to be as convenient as possible for crate users, and who here enjoys carrying that thing 🫣? I do not crate pets who owners do not want crated. • I have a large 6ft privacy fenced in backyard. • I provide dog bowls (you provide food, treats) • I have a very large dog bed • Pets are allowed in furniture here (unless you tell me otherwise) • I work from home so I do pet sit full time as well. • I have a large multiunit house that allows me to socialize, rotate, or isolate animals if need be and they still have an entire unit to run around in. • I do not require a meet and greet. Most nervous animals adjust quicker away from their owner because they’re not given the opportunity to adjust when you’re there. I have worked with dogs bigger than I am, I have professionally managed anxious dogs since I was a teen. I will however do a meet & greet if you need one to be comfortable :) I can’t wait to meet you and your furry friend :)! I watch any type of animal except snakes because I would probably never sleep again. 😶🌫️ Fun facts: - I was known as the animal whisperer because my job would find me cuddling with dogs that said KEEP OUT on their sign because they tried to attack everyone else. -I used to train stray cats to come running to me by clapping my hands outside so I could sneak them milk when my mom wasn’t looking. I couldn’t understand why she was upset I wanted to take care of every animal I saw… I suppose that’s why I grew up and do this lol - I’ve successfully socialized dogs that owners swore hate all other animals (it’s often easier to socialize pets away from owners because they’re more protective of you). - I grew up with a cat and I do love them as well! See you soon! 🐾
