Pet care experience
Proud Pet Parent Eager To Help
I've taken care of a dog in various formats since I was 14 years old. Currently I have three dogs that I have rescued and raised from various experiences where without me, they would have ended up worse off. I have extensive knowledge in pet care, wellbeing and injuries to keep a dog safe, happy and in a loving home. I've made it a point to understand dog nonverbal communication so that I can identify issues as they arise and keep my and your pets safe.

Another great stay for my little Tofu. Jhane and Emjay take good care of my little guy, send lots of photos and are great at communication. Highly recommend them.

Another great week of being able to count on Jhane and EmJay with no worries while we were gone for the week!

It was my first time obtaining a pet sitter for my Roxi, so I didn't know what to expect. I was also concerned because I know that Roxi is food aggressive. I wasn't sure how this would work. But I found Jhane & EmJay R. to be reassuring with their demeanor, energy, and being dog owners as well. Oh, I also had an unexpected issue whereas I had to take on my father's dog. They worked with me to bring her (doggie Nala) on during the same stay. Both Roxi and Nala, I feel, were well taken care of while I was away. I would recommend them as a favorable choice.

Jhane and EmJay are just the best! They took our dog on pretty short notice and sent updates throughout her stay. Would definitely work with them again!

Amazing as always! Nika always leaves their house in high spirits because they take such good care of her. Nika is also a very picky eater and they are able to find creative ways for her to eat her food which is helpful at home as well. Would definitely book with them again!

Another great stay - didn't have to worry about anything!

Schedule
My wife and I work opposite schedules most of the week meaning someone is home most of the day. I am an early riser often starting my day at 5am where I handle pet care until I leave for work around 7:30am. My wife takes over care until I return from work at 5pm and this is how our schedule runs Tuesday through Thursday. Monday and Friday we work the same shift so our pups will be unsupervised from 10am-5pm but are left in safe environments with plenty of mental stimulation and given potty breaks at 10am and extended breaks at 5pm when I arrive home. I am home all day on the weekends to take care of pet needs.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in backyard that the dogs are free to play in all day with my other pups who are very friendly to other dogs. We have dog crates already set up in the home that are used on as needed basis and lots of mental stimulation toys like kongs, puzzles and treat dispensing toys. For my dogs they eat twice a day in the morning and night and are allowed unlimited (supervised through security cameras and frequent checks) backyard time, where there is water and a dog house to cool off. The dogs get walked on a rotating schedule throughout the week. In others homes I am sure to follow the schedule of the owner and ensure the wellbeing of your pet.

A typical day
A typical day starts with some lazy morning cuddles from 5am to 6:30am where we serve breakfast and have a potty break. Then pups get to go out in the yard for a few hours of play time. We bring them in around 10am for nap time where they get some sort of treat to wind down. When the dogs wake around 1pm they get another yard play break or a rotation schedule walk. Around 6pm we serve dinner and then 8pm is the last call potty break. In between times dogs have full access to different toys both outside and inside.
