I've had dogs my entire life; I currently have a 7 year old mix breed who rescued me from the Baltimore Humane Society. My mother trained dogs when she was in college and showed me how when I was young. I am a complete dog lover and love what they bring to our lives. I know how important they are to their people, as mine is my world. Your dog will be treated like a VIPuppy and a friend in my home! I hope to have tons of fun getting to know your pup and what he or she needs from me. It really can be like making a new friend. Please know that I will take your dog's care very seriously and will do anything I can to put you at ease with trusting your dog in my care.

Guy was a fantastic host for our pup! He was communicative, easy to coordinate with, and kept us informed throughout our trip. At pickup time our dog tried to go back inside 😭. Would highly recommend Guy for an overnight stay.

Schedule
I am currently working a flexible schedule and can be available morning, noon, or night with some notice. My personal schedule includes making arrangements to care for my dog as well, so I know that can be stressful at times.

Safety, trust & environment
Making sure the dog in comfortable is always my first priority. That can be different for each dog. Some may just want to smell the whole place, others may just need a lap to sit in. It's all about reading the animal and trying things until you find what comforts that particular one.
Pets
A typical day
I drive a hatchback, so I'm able to transport dogs to a nearby park to play fetch, or any other high energy activity. Walks are easy for me and I enjoy them.
