I keep a steady, predictable routine that makes it easy to give dogs consistent care. I’m active every day, so walks, playtime, and enrichment naturally fit into my schedule. At home, dogs hang out in my bright sunroom or relaxed living spaces while I’m working or doing things around the house. I’m home often throughout the day, with plenty of breaks for attention, potty trips, and movement. Evenings are calm and structured, with feeding, downtime, and plenty of cuddles or quiet rest depending on your dog’s style. Weekends give me extra time for longer walks, exercise, or just hanging out with your pup. Your dog stays on a clear routine and gets regular supervision, attention, and a calm environment throughout the week.

Safety, trust & environment
I create a calm, structured environment so dogs feel safe and comfortable. I only host 1–2 dogs at a time, which keeps things low stress and allows me to give each pup personal attention. Dogs can relax in my dog friendly sunroom, hang out with me in the main living areas, or rest in their crate if that’s part of their routine. I follow your feeding, walk, and medication instructions closely. Potty breaks, exercise, and check-ins happen regularly throughout the day. I keep my home clean, organized, and free of hazards, and I’m always nearby to supervise, give attention, and make sure your dog feels at home.

Information Alex G. would like to know about your pet
When I board a dog, I like to know a few key things so I can give them the best care possible: their daily routine, feeding schedule, and any allergies or medications. I also ask about their crate habits, bathroom schedule, and how they do when left alone. It helps to know if they have any quirks—like anxiety, resource guarding, or reactivity—and how they interact with other dogs and people. Lastly, I want to understand their energy level, what calms them, and what makes them comfortable so I can keep their stay safe, fun, and stress-free.
A typical day
I love keeping pets happy and engaged, so I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and movement. That might include walks around the neighborhood, exploring the fenced yard, training games, puzzle toys, or just relaxing and getting lots of affection. I match their energy, whether that’s a calm cuddle day or an active play session, so they feel right at home.

Reviews

My girl loved her stay. Alex was great at keeping me updated with pictures & messages. Will definitely use again.

My two dogs (corgi and doodle) enjoyed their stay with Alex! I was nervous to leave my babies but Alex took great care of them and sent fun photos every day.

Willow just finished her first stay with Alex and there is no shortage of great things I can say. First, Alex's care of Willow was perfect including great inside surroundings to relax and an amazing back yard to play, Alex gave top notch daily communication, even when I was without signal on an international trip. I almost began to stress with no internet, however, Alex did not falter no matter what. Each time I was able to obtain a signal, I was flooded with the best pictures of Willow having a great vacation of her own! This brought so much PEACE to my time away. Willow was so settled and happy when I picked her up. We are 100% looking forward to requesting Alex's care again in the future!

Just picked up my pups from staying with Alex for the weekend. They had a great weekend playing with Reese. Alex sent us pics of them and they were so relaxed and happy. They look forward to staying again!!!
