Rachel was awesome and went above and beyond. We appreciated that she sought out one of our kitties to make sure she ate and was happy, and even did us a solid by securing a piece of luggage that we forgot. Handoff of keys and garage opener was seamless, and our kitties were both happy on our return.
Incredible service. Harsh is professional, timely, respectful and compassionate. He arrived early to the initial Introduction and was in constant communication throughout. He took the time to meet and introduce himself to all my pets and asked follow up questions regarding care and schedules. When it came time for the visits, Harsh was incredibly kind and thoughtful to all pets, and very accommodating to their needs. By the time we got back home, our pets didn't even notice we were gone since he took such good care of him. They fell in love in 2 days! We will absolutely be booking with Harsh anytime we need someone to come care for our home!
Sunshine was incredibly communicative, followed every guideline we gave, and make sure our girl was happy and healthy. When she got a cut on her paw (through absolutely no fault of Sunshine), they did a great job of keeping us informed, sending us photos, and treating the cut to the best of their ability. The fact that they have insurance for any accidents or illnesses a pet might face in their care is also fantastic. We would be extremely comfortable entrusting our dog into Sunshine's care in the future.
Pak Ki was amazing and I would highly recommend her! I was leaving for the weekend and my original sitter fell through relatively last minute, but Pak Ki was super helpful and was even able to visit for a meet and greet with the cat before I left. She was prompt and detailed in her communications and was able to administer my cat's twice daily medicine while I was away. Thank you again!
Maria is very positive, grounded, and kind. She is attentive to my border collie, Lucy, who has takes 2 types of seizure medication and has a very gentle and shy personality. Because of the concerns with her health, Maria is very good about responding to texts. She is very good about letting me know Lucy's activities as well as sending photos. There is a peace of mind when I leave Lucy with Maria. I'm grateful for her attention to details and her loving care. I'll be asking for Maria's help again.
