About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was a kid, and it’s still one of my greatest joys. Today, I’m a proud dog mom to two pups: Roxy, my 16-year-old toy poodle with a sweet but sassy senior personality, and Pickles, our affectionate long-haired Chihuahua mix who loves everyone—dogs and people alike! Over the years, I’ve also cared for many friends’ and family members’ pets, including dogs with different temperaments and medical needs. I'm comfortable administering medications and giving each dog the attention they deserve. I love going on walks and always enjoy bringing the dogs along for fresh air and exercise. My family enjoys having a house full of furry friends. Whether your pup is playful, shy, or somewhere in between, they’ll be treated like part of the family in our home. I work from home, so when I board dogs, I am available to them all day and night. I also have my summers off, so I can make even more time for the dogs I walk or board in the summer months. In my home, safety and comfort are top priorities. I have a securely fenced yard for safe outdoor play and potty breaks, and I’ve set up gated areas inside to provide quiet or separate spaces if a dog needs downtime. I have two friendly dogs who enjoy the company of other pups, and my two children are gentle and respectful with animals—they love helping give our furry guests lots of attention and affection. I always take time to get to know each dog’s personality and needs to make sure they feel safe, loved, and at home. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or quiet space, I’m here to make their stay as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

I started by walking an elderly neighbors dog because I wanted to dog to get a nice walk, and ended up adopting him, though I am the one getting the most out of this arrangement. Very sensitive to changes that effect senior dogs and will gladly accommodate all special requests. In the human health care field and very attuned to special health needs of canines. I am dependable, reliable, caring and willing to go the extra mile for your dog. I coordinate a small neighborhood organization that raises funds on a small scale basis for local cat rescue. About: I’m Dan and I love dogs. I’ve always had a K-9 companion and love the company dogs provide. Walks, fresh air and playtime are things I like just as dogs do. I’m caring, loving, and respectful and always treat others the way I want to be treated. I’ve had a dog all throughout my life and have experience caring for animals of different sizes, breeds, and personalities! I have the most experience with Black Labradors, German Shepherds and Beagles, but would care for any pup. I understand how hard it is to be away from your pup so I’ll be in consistent communication, sending photo and text updates so you know how much fun your pup is having in my care. I have a flexible schedule so I can provide the perfect amount of love, activity, and play time in the care of your pup! I can’t wait to get to know you and your dog, creating a communicative, kind, and respectful working relationship. I will provide the same love, care and attention that I would provide my own dog to yours. It’s in my nature to go the extra mile to go above and beyond to make your dog feel like they’re at home! When I’m not spending time with animals, I spend my time working full-time at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. Even though I do work full-time, this will not get in the way of providing an excellent stay for your K-9 companion. I am very flexible and accommodating in order to provide the best possible care for your K-9 friend. I work full-time, however I can still take your dog for a brisk walk in the morning and evening. I am off on the weekends so your dog will have plenty of exercise and play time. I have fenced dog park right behind my apartment where your day can be active and interact with other dogs from the neighborhood. I can also crate your dog if necessary.

About: I have experience taking care of a border collie, Australian Shepard, and a German Shepard. I enjoy walking around the city and always open to a companion or two joining me. I am able to host dogs at my place, with my German Shepard. I have a fully fenced in yard that all dogs can play in, and I can walk them around my neighborhood. I am also able to do drop in visits for dogs or cats and stop by to walk any dogs. I normally travel for work 3 days a week. When not traveling I am either working from home or have local visits. I plan out my visits so that any pets staying with me will not go longer than 4 hours alone. I will allow all dogs to roam freely while I’m at home and take a break to play with them, and my dog, for about 10 minutes every hour. It gets boring sitting in front of a computer. For any walks or drop ins the time is spent making sure they get plenty of stimulation. Whether it’s walking a new route or playing in the yard I have a fenced in back yard. No other dogs or animals get in the yard, except a squirrel or two. When walking in my neighborhood there is minimal traffic since it has no way for cars to go through it( a lot of dead end streets). I’m close to 695 so if an emergency happens I can get to many vets in the area fast.
