As he spent the majority of his life as a puppy mill papa, Remi can be challenging. As a teacher and a mom, Danielle had the skills and patience to work with him. She kept us updated throughout the weekend and it was easy to see the Remi was happy and content. I’m fairly certain Remi didn’t want to come home !! We couldn’t be happier to have found someone to care for our dog like one of her own! Next time we need somebody to care for our pup, she will absolutely be our first call!”

“My lhasa apso is very attached to us and shows high anxiety when a family member is not around, even to the point of vomiting when my daughter went away on a trip in June. I was very nervous about leaving him during our family vacation, but Sarah and her family went above and beyond to make sure that Oliver was comfortable. He received lots of belly rubs and attention, went on nice walks and trips to the dog park, and became BFF's with Jack, their beagle. Sarah sent numerous pictures at least twice a day, and my favorites were of Oliver and Jack snuggling together. Seeing this pictures greatly helped my own anxiety at being so far away from my fur baby. Sarah also gave updates. Her family just really seemed to understand dogs. She was not upset when Oliver had "marked a piece of furniture" but was totally cool about it; similarly, when I warned her that Oliver is prone to throwing up when away from his family, her response was, "we have hardwood floors so it's easy to clean up." Oliver had a wonderful experience with Sarah, Jack, and the rest of the family, and I recommend her for anyone and especially those with anxious pups.”

About: With our pets being part of our families, I am dedicated to making their experience as unique and fun as each and every one of their personalities! I will go above and beyond to meet your every need! I have been taking care of dogs since I was about 13. When I was growing up I always took care of my pets and family members pets. I'm a pet owner too, so I know how important it is to stick to your pet's routine and send plenty of updates so you can relax. As a graduate student, I have a very flexible schedule. My campus is only a 10-minute drive away, which means I can easily come home to check on your pet every 2-4 hours, or as often as needed. My neighborhood has plenty of green spaces and safe areas, perfect for long walks and playtime. My home features a secure, fenced-in backyard with plenty of grass, giving your pet a safe space to play and take comfortable potty breaks. About: I have been a dog lover my entire life, but after getting my first dog at 18 I decided to become a professional dog lover. I have worked at boarding kennels, vet clinics and shelters and for the last 8 years have owned and operated a training company where we have offered in home care for a variety of pets. I love working with dogs of all shapes and sizes, and I love even more getting to make them a part of my extended family. Pet care is our routine around here! Aside from running our human kiddo to school, my entire days revolve around the needs of the dogs in our home. About: I have taken care of many different pets over the years and have extensive experience with senior dogs, anxious pets and administering meds or other special care. I love to get to know each pets individual personality and needs. In addition to taking care of my own pets and regular pet sitting, I have worked as a farmer for many years which makes me familiar with a very wide range of animal behavior -- there is very little I haven't seen when it comes to pets!
