About: I have taken care of dogs and cats, ranging from tame and house trained, to feral and nonsocial. Neither have stopped me from caring for them and loving them like my own. I am a full time student currently back in school. I will have times I am away but I can think of nothing better than cuddling with your babies when needed. About: Throughout my life, I have cared for goats, cats (old and young), dogs (big and small), chickens, rabbits, and different kinds of rodents. I love all animals and treat other people's pets as if they were my own. I am experienced in administering oral medications, working with difficult walkers, and caring for anxious animals. I work your typical 9-5 and am available outside those times. I currently work remotely, so I am able to design my schedule around your pets' needs. I believe that pets thrive with a consistent schedule and will do my best to stick to your pets' schedule. All pets have social needs and activity needs. As a dog sitter, I will not just take your dog out for potty walks, but we will also go for sniff adventures, play fetch, and more. As a cat sitter, I provide as much attention as your cat is interested in. We can sit on the couch and cuddle or admire each other from a distance.

I needed to be out of town for the better part of a week, and having just moved to town, did not have any friends or family to watch after my large canine; Sam to the rescue! I had never used this service or this site before, so initially was a tad skeptical. After Sam's quick response, and then after meeting him in person, I knew Walter would be in good hands. I initially approached him requesting two walks per day, but due to his reasonable pricing, I suggested that I would be interested in adding a third walk every day. Even though I'm sure it was a bit out of the way, he accepted the extra work with alacrity. On top of all this, when I needed to put Walter on antibiotics last-minute, Sam was more than happy to administer the medicine. It was clear from the "Rover Cards" that Walter was getting great walks, and truly first-rate overall care.
