About: I have loved and cared for animals for most of my life. I grew up with a large dog who was deeply loved and considered part of the family. Caring for him taught me how to recognize an animal’s needs, understand body language, and approach pets with patience, respect, and compassion through all stages of their lives. Since then, I have cared for dogs and cats belonging to friends and family through regular check-ins, weekend visits, week-long house-sitting stays, and week-long dog-sitting stays in my own home. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and may need time to feel comfortable with someone new or in a new environment. I am patient during that adjustment period and always do my best to maintain their normal routine and help them feel safe, relaxed, and cared for. I hold a bachelor’s degree in biology with a focus in ecology and marine biology. I also recently completed an internship with Zoo Miami in animal care, training, and husbandry. This experience strengthened my ability to observe animal behavior, respond appropriately to their needs, and communicate with animals using clear, consistent, and positive methods. I am new to the city and currently have full availability including last minute scheduling, and I am excited to build trusted relationships with local pet owners and their animals. Animal welfare is extremely important to me, and I would treat your pets with the same care, attention, and respect I would want for my own. I recently moved to the city and currently have a very flexible schedule. I am available throughout the day, seven days a week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. This flexibility allows me to accommodate check-ins, walks, overnight stays, and last-minute requests whenever possible. I care for every pet according to their usual routine, personality, and individual needs. I carefully follow all feeding, walking, medication, and care instructions provided by the owner, and I take time to help each pet feel safe and comfortable with me. In a client’s home, I am respectful of both the pet’s space and the home itself. I make sure doors, windows, gates, leashes, and carriers are secure, keep food and potentially harmful items out of reach, and leave the home clean and orderly. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident that their pets are happy and well cared for. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a calm, clean, and welcoming environment. I supervise pets closely, give them plenty of attention, and help them adjust patiently to the new surroundings. I understand that some animals need more time and space than others, so I always pay attention to their body language and comfort level.

About: Throughout my life, I have cared for goats, cats (old and young), dogs (big and small), chickens, rabbits, and different kinds of rodents. About: I grew up always having at least one dog in the house. I have previously worked for a dog rescue, both as a volunteer dog walker and an employee (marketing, but we always had dogs around and I learned so much about their care!). I personally have had an amazing pit bull named Luna for 9 years - she is leash reactive so I also have experience dealing with hard-to-walk pups! I am a freelancer who works remotely and sets my own hours. I can work around your schedule and your pet’s needs to provide them care. About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 10. My family friends and neighbors have been coming to me to walk their dogs and take care of their pets for many years and continue to do so I have a very open schedule and cater to the owners schedules and if any changes occur I can accommodate accordingly and ensure continued service I will always enquire from the owners about any health issues with their pets and how to take care of them properly. About: I have grown up with pets in my home since I was atleast 6 years old. My career is people-centered, but I've always wanted to work with animals. My love for them is so endless! I have taken care of dogs including dachshunds, cats,fish, turtles, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, and once had a pet donkey. I grew up with friends who had farms so I have done feeding and cleaning for goats, cows, sheep, and chickens. I work full-time during the week; however, potential drop-ins after 5:30 pm could work for me. Depending on my schedule, I may have flexibility and this can be discussed. Weekends are more likely the best time for me to care for your fur/scale/feather baby needs. For drop-in services I will ensure your fur/scale/feather baby and residence are well cared for. This includes making sure your fur baby is fed, has water, and toileting needs are accounted for. Additionally, I will play with your fur/scale/feather baby and ensure all of your provided instructions are serviced in my time or times there.

About: I’ve had pets all of my life (18 years) and I’ve learned that I love animals and taking care of them just comes easy to me. I would love to watch and take care of dogs. I will treat your pet like it’s one of my own. I’m currently in the process of finding a new job so I will be free everyday of the week until then! If I could make dog walking/sitting my main job, I would love to do that! I handle pets with care and respect. I never want to hurt an animal. I will do whatever the pet owner needs me to do with no problem.
