“Nicole was very kind and attentive to Shirley. Shirley requires a lot of human company, and Nicole and her family provided that in spades! I received regular updates regarding Shirley’s activities, as well as photos. Book Nicole and your furry friend will be in good hands.”

“Jess is simply amazing with my elderly and very high maintenance Havanese. He has serious separation anxiety but I never worry about him when I drop him off. She’s very attentive and patient and will go out of her way to make him comfortable. She’s really the only one I trust with my baby 🥰”

“Another amazing stay with Danielle! This is the second time Coco has stayed with her for an extended visit, and once again, we couldn’t be happier. It truly feels like a doggy vacation paradise for her. We know she is so well cared for, and we’ll absolutely be back again.”

“Aida was a wonderful sitter and my dog had a great time with her! He enjoyed time spent in her large yard, many walks, and an overall comfortable stay. She shared frequent updates and pictures, and was happy to adapt to my dog’s routine and quirks. I felt so comfortable and was able to enjoy my trip, knowing my dog was in fabulous care.”

“Shannon kept us updated every day with how our girl was doing. It really put us at ease to know she was being cared for with such consideration.”
“My lhasa apso is very attached to us and shows high anxiety when a family member is not around, even to the point of vomiting when my daughter went away on a trip in June. I was very nervous about leaving him during our family vacation, but Sarah and her family went above and beyond to make sure that Oliver was comfortable. He received lots of belly rubs and attention, went on nice walks and trips to the dog park, and became BFF's with Jack, their beagle. Sarah sent numerous pictures at least twice a day, and my favorites were of Oliver and Jack snuggling together. Seeing this pictures greatly helped my own anxiety at being so far away from my fur baby. Sarah also gave updates. Her family just really seemed to understand dogs. She was not upset when Oliver had "marked a piece of furniture" but was totally cool about it; similarly, when I warned her that Oliver is prone to throwing up when away from his family, her response was, "we have hardwood floors so it's easy to clean up." Oliver had a wonderful experience with Sarah, Jack, and the rest of the family, and I recommend her for anyone and especially those with anxious pups.”

“Just picked up my pups from staying with Alex for the weekend. They had a great weekend playing with Reese. Alex sent us pics of them and they were so relaxed and happy. They look forward to staying again!!!”

“Amazing! So accommodating and kind as I kept changing the drop off and pick up times due to driving from New York. Got great pictures and my pup was so happy when I picked her up! 10/10 would recommend again!”

“Shruti and Hazel (her beautiful dog) took such great care of Nani. I was out of the country for 8 days and I honestly thought Nani might think she belonged to Shruti now! That's what great care they gave her!”

“Took great care of my older dog. And my older dog has issues with food and people but regardless of those issues she still took great care of her and gave good updates.”

“Demetrius was absolutely amazing with Myra! From the beginning, he communicated frequently and kept me updated throughout her stay with videos and regular check-ins, which gave me so much peace of mind. Myra is a senior dog and requires a little extra patience and care, and Demetrius was incredibly patient, attentive, and understanding with her. I could tell she was comfortable and well cared for, and I truly appreciated the level of attention he gave her. I would absolutely trust Demetrius with Myra again and will definitely be booking with him in the future. I highly recommend him, especially if you have a senior dog who may need a little extra TLC. He’s amazing!”

“Robin accepted my Khloe and Kai with last min notice. She sent pics of my fur babies having a good ole time. She has great space and a lot of love.”

“Anna and Christian were so great !! Our little Toby was well loved and taken care of. I received morning and evening updates with pictures which sure helped us, knowing he was having a good time. I would highly recommend them if you’re in the Cleveland area!”

“Ariel did an awesome job with my 13 month old shih tzu. Her professionalism, care, and attention to details were very much appreciated. She is the best pet sitter in my opinion.”

“Steve and Ginnie were excellent hosts. During Badru's stay, they shared plenty of updates and treated him like a member of the family. He so enjoyed his stay, he did not want to return home: that's great!”

“Highly recommend Karla! Dodger was right at home! We loved Karla’s updates and photos, showing him having fun on neighborhood walks, eating his meal, and snuggling. Karla asked so many helpful questions to make sure that Dodger and she had everything they needed.”

“Cinco was well looked after and cared for! Donnell sent photos and communicated well, letting us know of Cinco’s well being. We have just found our new Rover for our senior pup :) thanks Donnell!!”

“My dog and I love Kyra! She was responsive, kind and eager to meet all of my dog’s needs! He came home tired and happier than ever! Can’t wait to book her again!”

“This was Faye’s first pet sitting experience that wasn’t with a family member, and she has separation anxiety, so I was nervous about how she would do. However, after our initial communications and meet and greet, we felt very confident in leaving Faye with Meagan. Meagan was very easy to communicate with and sent some great pictures! Faye also got along very well with her dogs. I would highly recommend!!!”

“We had to book last minute since for the 4th of July holiday weekend and Shatonia was so accommodating and understanding. She was very professional and responsive when I would check in and she was very understanding when traffic made us later than anticipated for pickup. Our pup seemed to have a good time and we definitely recommend booking with Shatonia!”

“Rachel was fantastic! She was flexible with scheduling, communicated clearly, and kept me updated throughout. She took great care of my cat, Chuck. Will absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone needing her help!”

“Excellent petsitter, he took special care to manage both my somewhat skittish cat and my more friendly one. He was also available at short notice, which was a lifesaver for us.”

“Niko was responsive to messages and had a good rapport with my two cats. He gave medication and supplements, cleaned up well, and even took out the trash. Did a great job.”

“Nathalie was a great sitter for my 3 cats! She was reliable, did exactly as asked, and had great communication. I will likely book her again in the future!”

“Emily was wonderful to work with. She came and met our pups to make sure it would be a good fit for her, as well as for us and our two pups. This was my first time using Rover and the process was easy, and Emily was great! We will definitely use her again!”

“Ana was wonderful checking in on our two cats while we were out of town! Even our shy cat warmed up to her very quickly, which says a lot. She was extremely communicative, professional, and went above and beyond when an unexpected situation came up during one of her visits. Our cats clearly loved her, and we felt very comfortable knowing they were in good hands. We’ll definitely be working with Ana again!”

“This was our first time working with a pet sitter and Corinne was great! Our cat enjoyed the cuddles and getting to stay home instead of boarding. Would definitely recommend!”

“Sarah has been fantastic with our anxious dog. Leo doesn't normally go up to anyone, even if they offer treats. Sarah seems to have won our dog's trust. She even bakes homemade dog treats to gain Leo’s trust and slowly and with lots of patience she is accomplishing the visits with Leo. We are greatly appreciative of all her work. I highly recommend Sarah as a pet sitter. Thank you Sarah!.”

About: I have loved cats for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I enjoyed spending time with the neighborhood cats and would often stop to gently pet friendly stray cats during my walks to and from school. Those early experiences helped me appreciate how unique, independent, and affectionate cats can be. I have since cared for cats belonging to friends and family, with most of my experience involving two-cat households. Through these visits and overnight stays, I have developed a strong understanding of cat body language and learned how to recognize when a cat wants affection, playtime, reassurance, or simply some space. I understand that cats can be cautious around new people and that each cat has its own personality, routine, and comfort level. I am patient and respectful while earning their trust, and I will follow your instructions carefully to help your cats feel safe and comfortable while you are away.

About: I had cats in my house from a very young age. I’ve helped friends, neighbors, and family members take care of their cats. I also spent time working with cats in a shelter and have some experience with administering medicine.
“I was so grateful to have Shannon looking after our cats while we were on vacation for a few weeks. The regular updates were much appreciated and she took great care of them. Highly recommend!”

“SJ was able to fill in for us last minute to watch out three kitties for the weekend (they also regularly check in on our doggy throughout the week). They are super responsive and easy to communicate with, very reliable, and take such good care of our pets. Would highly recommend!!!”

“10/10 absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Came home to the happiest, calmest kitty that has ever been thanks to B. Normally when we come home Carson is very unhappy with us but this time he was calm and unbothered. Every day, twice a day, I received great, detailed updates with pictures of Carson playing and being the most enriched and spoiled baby there ever has been. Moving forward I won’t ask anyone else to care for my three animals besides Bito. I couldn’t have asked for a better, more caring person to care for my furry orange child. Even my plants got watered :’). Thank you SO much!”

“Madeline is an amazing communicator, clearly cares about our pets and followed instructions. We couldn’t be happier with the care our cats received”

“Joshuah took great care of our cat with digestive issues, and became fast friends with our kinda standoffish girl within a day. Great communication, lots of pictures, we felt super at ease knowing she was in caring hands. 10/10 would rebook.”

“Ashley is amazing. Sapphire is very elusive and it was a challenge to find her but Ashley was patient and finally able to get her in the carrier. Hopefully Ashley would be willing to sit for us again in the future.”

About: I have two cats of my own. A very handsome gray and white tuxedo cat, named Grady and a very soft and sweetie pie all black cat named Libby. Any animal I encounter will be treated like my own loved one. I have done drop-ins for friends and family by changing water, cleaning litter boxes, feeding, medicine application, and playing with them.

About: I was born a dog lover and have lived with dogs for all of my adult life. Rescues included (I have spent time fostering rescues, as well as adopting my own pup from the SPCA), I have never met a dog I didn't love/make friends with. I will treat your dog with as much respect and care as you do, and can handle any size/temperament. Abused dogs seem find comfort with me; I am gentle and understanding of your dogs needs. I will provide a loving and warm environment to ease your dog's separation anxiety while you are out of the house.

“Margaret did a wonderful job watching my girl, Macy, for daycare. She sends photos, and my dog is very happy to go with her. She comes home very tired. I'm just really happy to have someone give her more attention throughout the day versus a doggy daycare company.”

“Being a travel nurse is sometimes a little more difficult with a dog, finding new dog sitters for George in a new city can be hard since I work 12 hour days. Veronica and Caleb have been extremely understanding and flexible with drop off and pick up times. They are great with communication and send updates/pictures of George frequently. I couldn’t have found better people to take care of him in Baltimore while I work. Extremely grateful for all they do!”

“I was happy to have someone that loves dogs and treated my baby like it was her own. I appreciated the pics and the great care Davida provided. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs their dog taken care of in a nice and safe home. Thank you so much.”

“Hazel is a lucky dog to have spent her week with Catherine. She’s so caring and attentive, and lets the owners know how she is doing frequently. Thanks so much-hope she can visit again soon!”

About: My name is Bob, and I have been a dog owner for over 8 years, currently owning two energetic pups, Ellie and Watson! My wife works from home, so someone is almost always home, unless we all go ot in the evening! Our kids are 12 and over, and we all love spending time not only with our dogs(and cats!), but meeting new ones as well. Our rescue dogs, Ellie(18 month old female Australian Shepherd/Catahoula) and Watson(1 year old male Schnauzer/Terrier) enjoy spending time playing in the yard together when weather is nice, or horsing around together inside. They love socializing and playing at the dog park too, so having a 'play date' would be good fun for them! We have free access to water at all times, toys to play with, and healthy treats, if allowed by visiting pets' owners. Feedings for our dogs happen twice a day at 8 am and 5 pm; arrangements could be made regarding your pet's feeding needs, depending on time of day, and length of stay. Walks, playing, and lots of attention guaranteed! We can be flexible to meet your needs; please ask.
“I know Wallace had a great time with Keith and his family and 2 orher dogs as the first thing he did when we got home was to curl up and take a nap. We are looking forward to being repeat guests!”

“Lexi-Saige took to Jessica immediately. She slept with her and hung-out by her side all day. I'm glad my precious girl felt comfortable and enjoyed her day while I was out of town. Thanks Jessica!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. I currently have a 3-year-old American Bully, so I’m very comfortable with high-energy dogs and understand the importance of regular exercise, playtime, structure, and attention. Whether your dog loves to run around, go on walks, play fetch, or simply relax, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while they’re with me. I’m equally happy caring for energetic pups, calm companions, and dogs that are still learning and building confidence. I have plenty of space for dogs to be comfortable, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your dog is in a safe, attentive, and caring environment until it’s time for them to head home. I currently work from home and have plenty of time and availability to ensure clients get the care they deserve. As well as the availability to always take new clients. Pets at this home get 3-4 potty breaks a day depending on age. For the most part I let them roam around in their own areas. However, if there is a full house, the dogs will be secluded to their individual areas and brought out for individual playtime 1 at a time to prevent spats or incidents between pets. Dogs will get atleast 2 hours of playtime and a good long walk (2 if high energy). Dogs are feed according to their schedules (twice a day if not provided).
“Taylor was great! He was communicative, friendly, and provided frequent updates on our mini-Aussie. He watched our dog twice, and we felt extremely comfortable leaving our pup with him both times. Highly recommend using Taylor if you're in the Kingston area!”

“Sun has been great to work with, and I hope to continue to work with them this year. Fitz responds really well to them, and I can tell they care about taking care of my dog. Thank you so much for all that you do!”

About: I have loved and cared for animals for most of my life. I grew up with a large dog who was deeply loved and considered part of the family. Caring for him taught me how to recognize an animal’s needs, understand body language, and approach pets with patience, respect, and compassion through all stages of their lives. Since then, I have cared for dogs and cats belonging to friends and family through regular check-ins, weekend visits, week-long house-sitting stays, and week-long dog-sitting stays in my own home. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and may need time to feel comfortable with someone new or in a new environment. I am patient during that adjustment period and always do my best to maintain their normal routine and help them feel safe, relaxed, and cared for. I hold a bachelor’s degree in biology with a focus in ecology and marine biology. I also recently completed an internship with Zoo Miami in animal care, training, and husbandry. This experience strengthened my ability to observe animal behavior, respond appropriately to their needs, and communicate with animals using clear, consistent, and positive methods. I am new to the city and currently have full availability including last minute scheduling, and I am excited to build trusted relationships with local pet owners and their animals. Animal welfare is extremely important to me, and I would treat your pets with the same care, attention, and respect I would want for my own. I recently moved to the city and currently have a very flexible schedule. I am available throughout the day, seven days a week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. This flexibility allows me to accommodate check-ins, walks, overnight stays, and last-minute requests whenever possible. I care for every pet according to their usual routine, personality, and individual needs. I carefully follow all feeding, walking, medication, and care instructions provided by the owner, and I take time to help each pet feel safe and comfortable with me. In a client’s home, I am respectful of both the pet’s space and the home itself. I make sure doors, windows, gates, leashes, and carriers are secure, keep food and potentially harmful items out of reach, and leave the home clean and orderly. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident that their pets are happy and well cared for. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a calm, clean, and welcoming environment. I supervise pets closely, give them plenty of attention, and help them adjust patiently to the new surroundings. I understand that some animals need more time and space than others, so I always pay attention to their body language and comfort level.

“Ivan is the best! Our dog can be reactive and Ivan did a great job of being very patient and calm despite our dog being quite mean. Would highly recommend!”

“Bob and his son Bobby were the best! Completely reliable and capable. My dog, that I have trouble managing, was easily handled them. I am very impressed with the quality of this service and they are first on my list for the next time.”

“Wonderful dog walker and pet sitter and a true animal lover! She walked my high-energy beagle/hound twice a week for about six months and even took her running, which she loves! She sends pictures every time, which I really appreciate. And she would give my cat some snuggles and attention, too. I called on her last month to pet sit in my home for several days while I was traveling, and she was awesome. I felt great knowing the pets were getting a lot of attention while I was away, and again, the pictures! Sad to see her leave our area-- she is fantastic!”

About: Throughout my life, I have cared for goats, cats (old and young), dogs (big and small), chickens, rabbits, and different kinds of rodents. I love all animals and treat other people's pets as if they were my own. I am experienced in administering oral medications, working with difficult walkers, and caring for anxious animals. I have one cat and one dog right now! I currently work remotely, so I am able to design my schedule around your pets' needs. I believe that pets thrive with a consistent schedule and will do my best to stick to your pets' schedule. All pets have social needs and activity needs. As a dog sitter, I will not just take your dog out for potty walks, but we will also go for sniff adventures, play fetch, and more. As a cat sitter, I provide as much attention as your cat is interested in. We can sit on the couch and cuddle or admire each other from a distance.
About: I grew up in a home where we always had at least one dog, and I've been caring for dogs my entire life. As an adult, I cared for an elderly dog through his senior years, including managing his medical needs and ensuring his comfort during his final chapter. This taught me patience, attentiveness, and how to recognize subtle signs that a dog needs extra care or gentler handling. I've also regularly cared for friends' and neighbors' dogs over the years. I understand that every dog has their own personality—some are energetic and playful, others prefer calm, steady walks. I take time to learn what makes each dog comfortable and happy. For me, spending time with dogs isn't just a job—it's something I genuinely miss and enjoy. I'm reliable, observant, and will treat your dog with the same care and respect I gave my own. I work from home full-time during weekdays but have a flexible schedule that allows me to take on dog walking during mornings, evenings, and weekends. I'm looking for regular clients who need consistent care, whether that's daily walks, weekend visits, or occasional drop-ins. I live in the Hampden neighborhood in Baltimore and am happy to work with clients in my neighborhood. Walking is something I already enjoy and build into my day, so adding dog walks feels natural rather than squeezed in. I'm reliable about communication and will always let you know if my availability changes. For dog walking, I always ensure dogs are securely leashed before leaving the home and stay alert to their body language and the environment around us. I'm comfortable navigating busy sidewalks, parks, and quieter residential areas depending on what the dog prefers. I follow any specific instructions owners provide about routes, other dogs, or behavioral needs. If watching pets in their home, I'm respectful of the space, follow feeding and medication schedules carefully, and keep owners updated. I understand the responsibility of having someone's keys and entering their home, and I take that trust seriously.
“Bito was wonderful! He handled our wild Bernadoodle in the ice and snow. He made quick friends with our puppy and was so accommodating to step in last minute. Great communicator and a pleasure to meet. 🐾 We will definitely use again.”

About: I grew up always having at least one dog in the house. I have previously worked for a dog rescue, both as a volunteer dog walker and an employee (marketing, but we always had dogs around and I learned so much about their care!). I personally have had an amazing pit bull named Luna for 9 years - she is leash reactive so I also have experience dealing with hard-to-walk pups! I am a freelancer who works remotely and sets my own hours. I can work around your schedule and your pet’s needs to provide them care. I know that every dog is different and some need more specific care. I am here to follow your instructions and provide your pet care as if they were my own!
“Margaret was very sweet with my dog Lily. Lily was nervous at first, as she often is with new people, but she came back from the walk relaxed and happy.”

“Corinne was great! She met us for a meet and greet before the walk, and she responded quickly to our questions. She was great with Sadie--a large dog who can be very energetic--and she was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to everyone on Rover.”

Additionally, I will play with your fur/scale/feather baby and ensure all of your provided instructions are serviced in my time or times there.

I will do whatever the pet owner needs me to do with no problem.

“My pit bull mix Annie has some issues with anxiety and reactivity, but Lindsay does a great job keeping her calm and feeling safe! I know she is taken good care of while I'm at work!”

“Ashley could not have been better. She was beyond patient with my crazy travel schedule and more important than that she was so good with Beretta I was able to focus on what I needed to do on my trip. 10/10 would have her watch Beretta again”

“Casey and Marwa were so great! After a thorough and thoughtful meet and greet, they watched my Lulu for the night while we moved. It was a great first experience leaving my pup with someone not family. They always make sure someone is home with the pups and sent lots of updates. Kevin was a total gentleman and Lulu was thrilled that he shared his favorite spots with her. Lulu can’t wait to go back in a few weeks and I can travel easy knowing she’s being taken such good care of!”

“Shanikki was great! Watched Coal over the weekend, and I could tell from the start he'd have a good time and be safe under her care. Space was more than accommodating for my dog, and she showed him a lot of love and attention to help manage his separation anxiety. Also had great communication and updates on him with very prompt responses. Will definitely book again. ✨️”

“Jill was available to accommodate us last minute and we appreciated that. Buckeye was so happy making new friends and we loved all the pictures”

“Amazing sitter for my German Shepherd! I can’t say enough good things about Shakiyla! She watched my German Shepherd, Bucky, for 4 days and took such amazing care of him. Bucky can be a handful with his high energy and anxiety, but she handled him so well. At the last minute, we also asked if she could watch my mom’s dog, Kandi (a Husky/Shepherd mix), and she was more than willing. She cared for Kandi just as wonderfully, making sure her needs were met too. What really impressed me was her communication—she even put me, my mom, and my husband in a group chat so we all stayed updated. That way, if she couldn’t reach one of us, she could easily contact someone else. She went above and beyond by sending daily videos and pictures, which really put me at ease while I was away. On top of that, she shared some really helpful suggestions for Bucky that showed she genuinely cared about his well-being. I am so grateful to have found her, and I plan to book with her every time I need someone to look after Bucky. She’s the best!”

“Kionte is AMAZING!! He did a phenomenal job taking care of my dog, Maxwell. He sent me tons of pictures of them having fun and he followed my instructions perfectly considering my dog unfortunately has to take medications temporarily which made it a bit more challenging. Kionte was incredibly responsive and communicated throughout the entire time he watched my dog. I will definitely be using Kionte again soon for helping watch Maxwell. Thank you again!!!”

“Melissa was wonderful! We received great pictures and updates during our stay. Drop off and pick up was very easy. She was able to manage our large dog and small dog with ease! Our dogs enjoyed Melissa, their stay and playing with her two girls. We will definitely use Melissa again!”
“Hersh always enjoys his time with Rey. I love the daily pics to check in on my baby. Rey is awesome and was so understanding when my flight was changed TWICE!”

“We felt so comfortable leaving Remi with Julia! Remi is under a year old and it was his first time away from us. Julia helped make that experience easy for him and us by being timely, organized, and responsive. She sent texts with beautiful pictures to let us know how he was doing— which made us feel confident in our decision to leave for the holidays. Thank you Julia! We are looking forward to the next time we need to board him.”

“Steph has a beautiful yard and I love the photos/updates she sends of my dog. It looks like she has a great time playing with Steph’s pups as well. Very happy to have found a great pet sitter in the area.”
