Tess was a great cat sitter for my time away for my wedding and honeymoon. She also stayed at our home as a house sitter for those 3 weeks my husband and I were away. We live in Lutherville/Timonium/Towson area in Baltimore County. One of my cats is friendly, and the other is timid of strangers. Tess was very astute about cat culture and gave my second cat a lot of space to come to her, and after the first week, my second cat became really friendly with Tess and they became friends. Tess was the first stranger my second cat befriended, which was really sweet. Tess gave us text and picture updates of our cats and house throughout our vacation. When we returned, she had cleaned the entire house, left us baked goodies and a note congratulating us on our new nuptials, and even left the cats a toy as a goodbye gift which they love! The toy is a little reminder of Tess's time here everyday. If you're not convinced already by my diatribe, I highly recommend Tess as a pet sitter. She has a big heart and is respectful, you don't be displeased.

Tess was exceptionally thorough. Asked great questions for clarity and then wrote everything out to make sure we both were on the same page and she had everything correct with regards to their feeding and medication schedule. Great at communicating and updating us while away. Was very detail oriented. Greatly appreciate that she cleaned the space but was also very attentive to cleaning the dog bowls and kitten bowls and providing fresh water. We have a slobbery boy. Gave both of them plenty of love, walks, play, and brushing. Gave me such peace of mind.

Tess was very helpful and caring with our dogs. She took over the job last minute and we appreciated her to make it work for us! We had a last minute cancellation from another sitter and we were very stressed finding someone so she was able to help . Thanks a lot for all the updates and pics , we definitely recommend her services !

Tess is the best pet sitter I have ever had. Tess was dedicated, caring, and devoted to my cat. She even made a shared album to give me daily updates. I strongly endorse Tess to pet sit. My cat loved her so much, he even came back missing her!

Tess has a way with animals. When my cat Phoebe arrived at her apartment, Tess let her take her time exploring and getting used to a new space, and Phoebe warmed up to her quickly. While I was away, Tess kept Phoebe happy with lots of attention and a lap to lounge on, and sent me updates and photos of Phoebe's antics that made me smile every time. She also gave Phoebe her travel meds (usually a terrible fight) gently and patiently, keeping any stress to a minimum. When I was delayed getting back, and worried about missing our next flight, Tess — kind and understanding as ever — brought Phoebe to meet me at the airport and her calm kept Phoebe safe from the anxiety of the situation. Someone this gentle and patient with animals, and this level-headed under pressure, is hard to find. I couldn't more highly recommend Tess as a cat sitter.
