About: I was raised with 2 dogs—1 small, 1 quite large, and was lucky enough to be able to care for them when they transitioned into old age. I'm comfortable with dogs (and cats) of any size of any age as long as they're house trained! While my ol' boy and girl are no longer with us, I've been raising my tabby cat Pepper since he was a kitten, and I've come to learn that I'm as much a dog-person as I am a cat-person! Since I work hybrid (in the office 3-4 times a week, 1 day at home, full time), pet care is done in the off hours and weekends. How do I care for pets? About: Leaving your home either for work or leisure isn’t always easy or fun when having to leave your pet behind. Allow me to make that just a little easier on you, your family and your pet. My attention to detail, positive attitude and love for all pets make me the best person for this job. I’m a believer in washing the pets food and water bowl before every meal! Doing the same things I would want done to my dog if I was away. Not to mention I give THE BEST belly and ear rubs! Great references available and super flexible. Great for those last minute get a ways or the ones you planned a year in advance. Do well with multiple pets at a time. I’m also aware of the discomfort you might have about leaving me in your home but I am very respectful of your private space and will watch over your house and things as they were my own. On the day of your arrival back if require me provide dinner or return to your home after 4pm an additional day will be added to the back end of your request, tips are also greatly appreciated. Depending on the length of your get away, the amount of pets, I’m flexible with my prices. I’m do have a full time job which I’ve been at over 18 years. I’m currently working a hybrid schedule which allows me to work from home 2 days out of the week. This means three days out of the week I will have to go into the office for my 8 hour shift. Live in a pet friendly complex and plenty of walking area. There is a dog friendly park in front of building across the stress which allows for walks

Incredible service. Harsh is professional, timely, respectful and compassionate. He arrived early to the initial Introduction and was in constant communication throughout. He took the time to meet and introduce himself to all my pets and asked follow up questions regarding care and schedules. When it came time for the visits, Harsh was incredibly kind and thoughtful to all pets, and very accommodating to their needs. By the time we got back home, our pets didn't even notice we were gone since he took such good care of him. They fell in love in 2 days! Sunshine was incredibly communicative, followed every guideline we gave, and make sure our girl was happy and healthy. When she got a cut on her paw (through absolutely no fault of Sunshine), they did a great job of keeping us informed, sending us photos, and treating the cut to the best of their ability. The fact that they have insurance for any accidents or illnesses a pet might face in their care is also fantastic. We would be extremely comfortable entrusting our dog into Sunshine's care in the future.
Marisa is the greatest! She took wonderful care of our three animals (two cats and a dog) while we were out of town and kept an eye on our home. She is conscientious, friendly, and communication was perfect. Our animals absolutely loved her, and our normally water-hating dog even went out in the rain with her for a walk! She even picked up mail and let us know about minor issues with the house and trash can while we were away. As long as Marisa is available, we will continue to book with her. Thank you!!!
