About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats my entire life. I currently have two perfect one eyed cats and I couldn’t be more obsessed with. I love dogs of all sizes and adore cats. I currently work from home, so my day to day is pretty flexible. We can workout whatever schedule you need that your pet is most used to! Whatever your pet needs, I will take care of! It’s as if you were never gone! I’m active, so long walks are not a problem
About: I have 10+ pet sitting experience from taking care of newborn puppies, dogs in heat to senior dogs. I love to earn the trust of the pup pups, so that we all have a great time together. Available for morning + afternoon walks. i work from home so at home pet sitting is a way to have company while still at home. I will always respect the care instructions from the parents. Aside from that, I will always provide a clean and safe environment for your pup.
“Christine was super communicative, easy to talk to, and clearly had a natural bond with our cat. We will definitely be reaching out to book her when we go away again!”

About: I am a therapist full time and I grew up with a labradoodle (he’s 13 and thriving!) I have two cats of my own as well. Growing up throughout high school, I was a dog sitter and dog walker for neighbors and family friends. I have so much love for animals and experience in senior dog care, post-surgery care, and all sorts of cat care :) I also have watched bunnies!! I work full time as a therapist but full time looks different as a therapist, I work about 25 hours a week so I have lots of time to drop by and check on your animal(s) or take ‘em out for a walk! I approach every animal with love and respect for their boundaries! I am a huge animal lover and my empathy I would say is my strong suit for both my full time job and this one :)
“Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure our babies were taken care of. She communicated extremely well and provided detailed updates w photos. Thanks again!”

About: 10 years ago I worked at wagmore dogs and since I’ve taken my skills to my community and taken care of family and friends pets when they went out of town or when they simply did overtime at work I only work my full time 3/4 days a week and it gives me ample time to take care of pets.mid week and weekend availability I can easily crate your dog if needed but I typically clean up after every little thing your fur babies do. I’m a parent and had fur babies of my own so I understand how important caring and attentiveness is
“Julie was fantastically communicative and flexible while taking care of my cats. She ensured both of my one year old kittens were safe and warm, and gave me peace of mind that everything was in good capable hands while I was out of town. I’ll definitely be keeping in touch with her for future needs!”

About: I grew up surrounded by different pets but mainly dogs. As an adult I've been exposed to cats and I get to feed my neighbors cats now and then. Currently, I have two dogs, Flash and Mina, who I've been taking care of since they were puppies. My dogs are highly energetic, so I don't mind taking care of dogs with a lot of energy. Due to my schedule flexibility, I can help with potty training as well. I am currently self-employed and mostly work from home. I can adjust my schedule to mostly any pet routine. I can walk dogs many times per day as needed. For right now, I am not offering boarding as my two dogs prefer to have their own space. However, I am happy to take care of your pet in their environment and to keep their routine to make them feel as calm as possible while you are away.

“Gabrielle was amazing!! She took such good care of my 2 cats. Even when she was sick for a few days, she still made sure to take care of them well. I would highly recommend her as a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!”

About: New Customer Discount Code: kylat35017 Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover and experienced pet sitter with a 5-star rating on Rover. I understand how important it is to find someone who will care for your dog like family, and that’s exactly how I approach every visit. Having loved and cared for my own dog for many years, I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else. I have experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, and personalities, and I’m happy to follow your pet’s routine to help them feel comfortable and secure. Whether it’s overnight boarding, drop-in visits, or walks, I’ll make sure your dog gets plenty of attention, exercise, affection, and personalized care while you’re away. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you’re apart. I’m reliable, communicative, and committed to making both you and your pup feel at ease. My goal is for every dog to feel safe, loved, and right at home. I look forward to meeting your furry family member and giving them the care they deserve! As a teacher, my schedule reflects my summer availability. I plan to be available all throughout the summer but if anything changes my schedule will be updated promptly! My apartment is extremely dog-friendly and I am fortunate enough to have a decent sized patio for late night/early morning potty breaks or just basking in the sun. I am also a short distance to Patterson Park, perfect for long walks. I have fostered dogs from BARCS in the past as well as watched my friends dogs and I cannot help but treat them like the babies they are. I have no shame in showering every dog with all the compliments. I am diligent in how I let dogs interact while making sure everyone is happy and comfortable. I also have experience with administering medication orally as well as ear drops.
“One thing I never have to do is worry about my best friend, for I know he is in good hands. No matter the weather, she is always there for a drop in visit for my little buddy. I appreciate everything and all the things Connor does. She is truly a great big help and makes my life easier and stress free.”

About: Dream job 🩵 Animals have always held a special place in my heart. I’ve lived around and taken care of animals my whole life, specifically including dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, and birds. My petsitting experience ranges from senior dogs with special care needs to puppies and kittens who need around the clock attention and supervision! I also have history with caring for small children under the ages of 2 so I’m not new to the babysitting world. 🩷 I go to work during the day so all of my nights are free and available! 🌙 I sleep after midnight so I have no problem using that extra time to ensure your pet’s needs are fully met. I live in an apartment with minimal furniture so I can make space for any indoor crates or pens. 🏙️ I’m located near the inner harbor in Baltimore so there’s no problem taking long and frequent walks when needed! For care in your home I will make sure your pet’s daily routine goes uninterrupted! I will be sure to note any specific feeding times/portions, adequate exercise and play sessions, frequent potty breaks and clean up, and any necessary medication as instructed.
“Catherine took great care of BuBu while I was gone. From the pictures she sent me, it's clear that he warmed up to her quickly and enjoyed the attention she gave him. It looks like Catherine spent a lot of time brushing BuBu, which is one of his favorite things in the world. Catherine went above and beyond by emptying the litter genie when it was full and throwing the bag in the dumpster.”

About: I have always grown up with cats and dogs. I have been a pet sitter, babysitter, and house sitter through high school and college. I helped my family train our beautiful black lab when she was a puppy back in 2018. I am also a cat parent to the sweetest girl I adopted two years ago. I am a full time law student, so right now I have the most time for weekend visits with some limited evening availability for drop-in visits. I am about to have a long winter break, so I will have much more time from December 15-January 15. I have a two bedroom apartment with easy access to a small dog park area and easy access to a neighborhood with lots of green space for walks.
“Alex was amazing and took great care of my cat. She was very responsive and was able to check on everything I thought of at the last minute. He was suffering from a slight eye infection, and she monitored it and made sure he was making progress in getting better. I would definitely book her services again.”

About: My partner, Tae, and I are parents to a 7 year Maltipoo named Luna! While we are new to Rover, we’ve been dog sitting for friends and neighbors as a team for 3 years (and individually much longer). Tae, Luna, and I love other dogs and are happy to welcome other dogs into our family for whatever length of time! We are also able to provide walks and visits locally. Our Luna has separation anxiety and many fears (we really hate the vet, thunderstorms, LED lights, tin foil, Android ringtones...) so we are quite experienced dealing with anxiety and medication administration. Tae and I both have flexible work schedules and will not accept bookings unless we know we can offer the time and attention your dog needs! We work as a pet parent team and both have flexible work schedules! Depending on your pet’s needs, we can coordinate to make sure they are not left alone for longer than you are comfortable with (if at all). We love going on long walks and hanging out at dog parks and dog-friendly breweries and are happy to include these activities to the extent you are comfortable, otherwise we always enjoy snuggles at home :) We have a fenced yard (a little gem in the city!) and a friendly Maltipoo! Dogs are welcome on furniture, but we can respect whatever your pet’s routine is.

Margaret did a great job checking in on Layla while we were out including taking her out for the bathroom, giving her attention, and feeding her. Margaret was very communicative and responsive, which was helpful. She also clearly loves animals! We’ll be sure to ask her again to check in on Layla if we need in the future!

Kal was great with our 12 yr old dog, Rocky. Kal made herself available for our last minute needs, sent lots of beautiful photos and was very communicative. She made sure to follow Rocky’s routine and went above and beyond to make sure he went potty before going to bed and after breakfast. Rocky threw up a little bit and she made sure to clean it up. Kal, I can’t thank you enough for taking care of Rocky like your own. We will definitely be recommending you and booking you again ! THANK YOU 🙏

Maheen is super communicative and treated our pets like they were her own. She was great with both our cats and dogs and very reliable! She kept us updated throughout our time away and during every check-in, and was patient with our animals. I would recommend Maheen as a pet sitter to anyone in the area and I’m sure our pets are looking forward to seeing her again during our next trip.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Baltimore with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
