“Christine was great! She was super friendly and easy to work with. She took amazing care of our cat Otis. She was prompt and sent great pictures. Highly recommended!”

“One thing I never have to do is worry about my best friend, for I know he is in good hands. No matter the weather, she is always there for a drop in visit for my little buddy. I appreciate everything and all the things Connor does. She is truly a great big help and makes my life easier and stress free.”

“Vita was very professional and courteous. She went the extra mile to make sure my dogs were taken care of. Would 100% recommend for a home visit, especially for dogs that require a little extra care and attention.”

“Naya was wonderful with checking in on my cats over the holiday. Extremely communicative about everything from her schedule, to how the cats were doing each day, their food/water/litter, etc. It made me feel so comfortable knowing she was watching them and helped me have a great vacation!”

“Hadley is great with my cats. One of my cats takes multiple medications, so I was anxious about leaving them for over a week. Hadley was able to administer the medications without issue, and she sent detailed messages about them with lots of pictures, for which I was very appreciative. I would definitely recommend her as a pet sitter, and I will definitely be hiring her in the future!”

About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats my entire life. I currently have two perfect one eyed cats and I couldn’t be more obsessed with. I love dogs of all sizes and adore cats. I currently work from home, so my day to day is pretty flexible. We can workout whatever schedule you need that your pet is most used to! Whatever your pet needs, I will take care of! It’s as if you were never gone! I’m active, so long walks are not a problem
About: I have spent my entire life surrounded by animals and have over a decade of experience as the primary caretaker for my own senior Pittie mix. This personal journey has given me a deep understanding of senior dog needs, “big personality” breeds, and the importance of patient, consistent care. Over the years, I’ve served as a dedicated dog walker and sitter for friends and neighbors, adapting to a wide variety of temperaments and energy levels. I pride myself on providing a safe, loving, and attentive environment for every pet I meet. Baltimore city local with a flexible WFH schedule! I am available for weekday walks and drop-ins throughout the day. Because I work from home, I can offer consistent timing and am often available for last-minute needs or recurring midday visits. I’d love to help make your workday easier! Safety is my top priority! Inside your home, I am extremely respectful of your space and privacy, ensuring doors are locked and your pet is safely secured before I leave. I’m also happy to provide photo updates through the app so you have complete peace of mind.
About: I have always grown up with cats and dogs. I have been a pet sitter, babysitter, and house sitter through high school and college. I helped my family train our beautiful black lab when she was a puppy back in 2018. I am also a cat parent to the sweetest girl I adopted two years ago. I am a full time law student, so right now I have the most time for weekend visits with some limited evening availability for drop-in visits. I am about to have a long winter break, so I will have much more time from December 15-January 15. I have a two bedroom apartment with easy access to a small dog park area and easy access to a neighborhood with lots of green space for walks.
About: I have always been an animal person, and have been a regular dogsitter and catsitter for friends and family for over 10 years. I love caring for all types of critters, from little balls of energy to to more mellow senior animals, and will try my best not to spoil yours too much (depending on how quickly they steal my heart.) I specialize in enrichment activities, such as walks and play sessions, but will also enjoy just hanging out with your little buddy in any capacity. I'm currently off of school for the summer, so I have lots of available time in the day to care for your animals! I am generally available any day of the week between 8 AM and 10 PM, except for Sunday, when I am not available until 11 AM. (6-8 AM is also a possibility if necessary.) I always make sure to respect my clients' homes and keep their belongings safe from rowdy playing. I will always be sure to read your instructions for entry carefully, and I am good at cleaning up a mess if there is one made.
About: I am a therapist full time and I grew up with a labradoodle (he’s 13 and thriving!) I have two cats of my own as well. Growing up throughout high school, I was a dog sitter and dog walker for neighbors and family friends. I have so much love for animals and experience in senior dog care, post-surgery care, and all sorts of cat care :) I also have watched bunnies!! I work full time as a therapist but full time looks different as a therapist, I work about 25 hours a week so I have lots of time to drop by and check on your animal(s) or take ‘em out for a walk! I approach every animal with love and respect for their boundaries! I am a huge animal lover and my empathy I would say is my strong suit for both my full time job and this one :)
“Catherine took great care of BuBu while I was gone. From the pictures she sent me, it's clear that he warmed up to her quickly and enjoyed the attention she gave him. It looks like Catherine spent a lot of time brushing BuBu, which is one of his favorite things in the world. Catherine went above and beyond by emptying the litter genie when it was full and throwing the bag in the dumpster.”

About: I have helped my roommate take care of her cat when she goes away for the weekend or when she gets sick. I have also helped my parents with taking care of my dogs in the past. I currently own a 1.5 year old, spoiled black cat. Over the summer, I have all my days available to take care of pets. When school starts in August, I will be able to take care of them all day Wednesday and Friday, until 2 on Monday, and after 12 on Tuesday. I always introduce myself to do the pet by letting them sniff and get comfortable with me. I always like to give them treats to make them happy.
“I would highly recommend. They were very friendly when we met. They took care of my little puppy so well! There was lots of pictures and details given after every visit. They went above and beyond with the items I requested. Never late and stayed the whole time.”

“Meghan was amazing with our two dogs. She made sure she had all the info beforehand that she needed to provide excellent care. She provided updates with adorable pictures and left us worry-free, knowing that our dogs were in good hands. Thanks again, Meghan!”

“Evan did a great job with my two dogs, and on relatively short notice! I asked him to handle some drop-in visits while I was away. He sent plenty of updates with pictures on how they were doing, and made sure to ask questions when there was some info I forgot to give. Excellent job all around!”

“Nathalie was amazing !! It was so reassuring that she was checking in on my kitty Duke. She did a great job. She was trustworthy in our home, reliable, communicative, and caring. That’s all one could ask for when watching your fur babies. Will definitely book her again.”

About: Hi! My name is Sarah and I am the incredibly lucky mom of a sweet rescue pitty named Parker! I’ve had him for 8 years and he’s around 14 years old. I’m a full time watercolor artist (I design pieces for weddings around the U.S.) and have a lot of flexibility time-wise because I’ve worked for myself the last 6 years. I live in Otterbein, which makes it easy to go to different places around the city. I would love to help take care of your pets while you’re away! I’ve taken care of my neighbors’ pets, as well as my parents’ greyhound for weeks at a time. I currently am a full-time artist, so I have a lot of flexibility since I work for myself! I will be traveling a little bit this summer, but usually just on weekends. I am definitely an obsessed dog mom!! I love animals so much and I will do everything to spoil them as much as possible. I also will send lots of pics of your fur babe!
Baltimore dog parents share their Rover experiences
Jenna always arrives on time (or a little early) and takes great care of my large puppy, Pumpkin! Jenna has been taking care of Pumpkin since Pumpkin was ~3 months old and she’s now over 9 months. Jenna is kind, reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend! PS Jenna is very responsive also. 5 star!

Isabel was absolutely amazing! She was very communicative and responsive while we were out of town and made us feel very safe and secure leaving our 3 pups with her. They can be a handful and she handled them so well and thoughtfully. We would absolutely book with her again!

Sarah was fantastic. My girlfriend and I were in a bind before Memorial Day Weekend and we reached out to her. She was very quick with responses and came and met both our dogs the day after we started messaging. She updated us with pictures for every visit daily and even tracked on the app their bathroom updates. One of the pups needs a lot of accommodating with his eating which was no problem for Sarah. She even watered my plants while we were gone, a great added bonus! This was our first time using Rover and we were very nervous but Sarah calmed those nerves. We were able to enjoy our vacation that much more knowing the pups were in good hands. We will 100% be using Sarah moving forward if we ever need help!

I am a return customer. I made a mistake and missed the window to review on her previous visit, so I had to make sure to tell you guys how Jules is awesome. My dogs love her. Jules followed the instructions on feeding them perfectly so it’s like I never left. It’s so peaceful knowing my dogs are in good reliable care. I tell my friends to Book Jules.

Nathalie was a gem to find. She responded to my last minute request. She followed my instructions beautifully and made the process seamless. She even agreed to meet my pup for sitting. She gave me a sense of calm about leaving my Keisha in her hands for the first time. My pup was calm and happy upon my return.

Aidan took fantastic care of our dog! She can be difficult (resource guarding issues, high energy, requires medication daily), and Aidan met every challenge with skill. It was our first time leaving our dog with a sitter rather than boarding her, and Aidan made the whole process simple and reassuring. We came back to a happy, health, and well cared-for pup. They were flexible with our needs and did an outstanding job!

Holly & Robert were great with our dog, Luna! Lu can be reactive and anxious but Holly and Robert handled her with kindness and patience, communicating thoroughly during their drop-in visit. This was also a last minute ask so I appreciate them being able to step-in when we needed them. Thank you both!
