“Elias was on time for each visit and took great care of our senior golden retriever. Unfortunately, our golden had a few accidents and threw up on his doggy bed but Elias cleaned every mess without complaint and kept us informed. Overall, we are very pleased with how our fur baby was cared for. Would book again!!”

“Kal has been a dream come true—I cannot praise her highly enough. My cats are very shy and can be anxious when I’m not around. Kal went above and beyond to meet them at their comfort level and help them feel secure. For the first time in their five years of life, they actually came out to interact with a sitter. That’s the kind of energy Kal has. From booking through sitting, she has been extremely thorough, detail oriented, and easy to communicate with. I feel so much better knowing that my boys have her to hang out with while I’m away. Your pets new favorite spare human indeed! Thank you so much Kal ❤️🐾”

“Before, during, and after their scheduled drop-in visits with our two cats, Madison and Ryan were highly communicative. They offered to visit our apartment to go over care instructions and familiarize themselves with our cats and their space before the first visit. They left food dishes washed without us asking and the litter area very clean. We received daily updates, and they even went out of their way one day to talk with us to find one of our cats who tends to find very good hiding spots for napping in our apartment! It was clear how attentive they were, especially when caring for a couple of shy cats like ours for the first time. We would definitely work with Madison and Ryan again! We’d highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a pair of friendly, prompt, attentive, and professional sitters for their pets.”

“Leah is the best! On top of taking care of my skittish and curmudgeonly cats perfectly, she takes the best photos and has a great sense of humor. I would trust her with my kitties again anytime.”

“This is the second time Jun has come in clutch for me and my cats with drop-in visits when I had travel scheduled. He’s diligent, respectful of the property and my cats love him. I’d highly recommend Jun for your pet care needs!”

“Jennifer was exactly the pet sitter our family needed. She was awesome with my shy cat and understood her requirements. My littlest kitten was smitten with her and my middle guy loved the spring toys. We give Jennifer a high recommendation.”

“Christopher was amazing! Our anxious cat came right out to him and loved him! His updates were detailed and he kept us updated on everything! I’ll definitely book again!”

“Lexie was wonderful with our cat Margot! She was great with all of the regular cat care like feeding and scooping the litter box, and we really appreciated that she gave her all the attention and love we weren’t able to give her while we were out of town. I’m always nervous to leave our cat in the care of someone new, but Lexie calmed all my fears! She sent plenty of updates and photos. I would definitely trust her with Margot’s care again.”

“Courtney is amazing! She is quick to respond, very accommodating, kind, and she does a great job! She watched our rabbit while we were away and we have already booked her again for another weekend.”

About: I grew up with several dogs and cats, and I’m the ultimate animal lover! I’ve been pet sitting for friends my entire adult life, I’m the only one that many trust! I’ve never met an animal that I didn’t click with! I also spent years volunteering for BARCS as a dog walker and trained dozens of new volunteers. At home, I currently have a cat that needs to be an only child. Animal welfare is super important to me and I look forward to giving your pet time and affection to help enrich their lives! I work from home most of the time, so my schedule is often flexible and I am able to schedule things to meet my clients’ needs! I have the utmost respect for your home and your pet. It’s hard to imagine anything more special to a person! I’m the trusted pet sitter for a number of people for years, and I’ll treat your home and your pets just as I would my own. (I’m a lawyer by profession, so I also understand confidentiality!)

About: Hello Everyone! My names Danyelle and I currently reside in Baltimore, MD. Since I can remember being an animal lover has been the biggest priority in my lifestyle! I have dedicated many amazing years to volunteering, activism, and animal/pet boarding. I have over 10 years of hands on working experience with dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, fancy rodents, and a diverse range of exotic and farm animals. I have flexible availability making me a great and responsible candidate to look after your furry one! When I’m not spending all my free time with the animal kingdom I enjoy ceramics, sailing, robotics, and cooking vegan food. Please contact me if you have any questions or for future bookings and scheduling! I am a full time dog boarder/daycare sitter at my home and occasionally step out for dog walks nearby. I prioritize being at home to spend time and look after them. I live one block away from a huge park where I can take them to play and use the bathroom as frequently needed! I enjoy spending time at home or outdoors being active with pets. I also enjoy baking yummy sweet potato treats amongst other fun healthy goodies for the pups :)
About: I have grown up with two dogs throughout my entire life, with the second being my own dog I rescued a little over a year and half ago! I provide fully for him. He had to be house trained and potty trained by me and is the sweetest pupper I know, just a little shy sometimes (biased of course)! I’m currently working part time so my availability is almost completely open and my schedule allows for me to take same day or last minute requests! I have always lived in apartments, so when I take my dog on walks we walk around my neighbor or we go to the dog park usually 2-4 times a week. I have crate trained my dog his whole life. He goes into his crate anytime I am out of the house so I have no problem with having to crate a dog. I am able to play with, walk, or entertain a clients dog in any way that is most comfortable for what they usually do with their own doggy!

About: I’ve always been around dogs my entire life and understand that every pet deserves patience, attention, and plenty of care. Whether it’s going for walks, playtime, feeding, or simply keeping your dog company, I’ll treat your pet like they’re my own. I have a flexible schedule, and pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I enjoy caring for dogs and making sure they’re happy, safe, and well cared for. I follow the pet’s normal routine by feeding them on schedule, taking them for walks, providing fresh water, playtime, and lots of attention. I also keep the home clean, follow any special instructions, and send updates so owners know their pet is doing well.
About: Hi! I’m Viviana, I'm in my mid-30s and I love pets. I have had dogs most of my life, I have had cats for 10 years, and I have years of pet sitting experience. I’ve cared for cats and dogs of all ages from playful kittens and energetic pups to senior pets who need a slower, gentler approach. I genuinely just love animals. There is no where I'd rather be most days than on the couch watching a movie with my dog and my cat. I treat every animal like my own, with respect, affection, and consistency. I have a calm, steady presence, and I make sure each pet’s unique routine and comfort are honored, whether that means quiet companionship, extra playtime, or careful medication (though I'm not a vet or a vet tech). I would love to be able to offer that to your baby while you're traveling or when you just need a little extra support. My schedule is pretty flexible for petsitting. I'm available during the week from 10 am to 7 pm, and on weekends and holidays except for the week of Thanksgiving 2025 when I will be out of town. I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own and will learn their unique personalities to care for them as well as possible. I'm as happy to take a pup on a long walk as I am hanging out with a cat on the couch while I play a video game. I have a cat that’s used to having dogs around, and sometimes I have my small dog at home with me; she’s sweet and friendly.

If more stars were an option, she’d absolutely receive them. Paige was wonderful, punctual and charismatic. She made the time to do a meet and greet to gain the trust of myself and the pets. The photos on each drop in visit were absolutely unexpected. She goes above and beyond! Looking forward to my next trip so that my pets can experience 5 star boarding from the comfort of our home.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Dundalk with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
