“Leah is the best! On top of taking care of my skittish and curmudgeonly cats perfectly, she takes the best photos and has a great sense of humor. I would trust her with my kitties again anytime.”

“Courtney was absolutely wonderful! Answered all of my questions (I am a first time Rover user) and was so seeet with our pets. I loved seeing the pictures as she stopped in as well. We will definitely be using her for all of our pet sitting needs!”

About: I have experience caring for both dogs and cats. My family has owned dogs throughout my life, and I currently have two cats of my own. Through both personal and family experience, I have cared for pets of different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. I am a responsible, dependable, and caring person who understands that every pet has unique needs. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, administering basic care, or simply providing companionship, I will make sure your pet is safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and treat every pet as if they were my own. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets while you’re away, and I strive to provide reliable care and peace of mind. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! As a high school athletic trainer, my schedule becomes much more flexible during the summer when school is out. This gives me additional time throughout the week to dedicate to caring for pets and ensuring they receive the attention, exercise, and care they need. I enjoy staying active, so incorporating walks, playtime, feeding schedules, and check-ins into my daily routine comes naturally. As a pet owner myself with two cats, I understand the importance of consistency and reliable care. Whether your pet needs a quick visit, a long walk, or extra companionship while you’re away, I have the time and flexibility to make sure they are well cared for and comfortable. I do not take care for animals in my home due to two cats already at home. In your home, I will be respectful of your space and the time that I have with your pet

About: I’ve been surrounded by animal since I was a baby! Growing up, I was always asked if I lived on a farm because of all the pets we had (I did not, but it felt like one). This includes large and small dogs, cats, goats, bunnies, guinea pigs, ducks, guinea hens, snakes, a turtle, and fish. Being surrounded by all these animals while growing up has made caring for animals come naturally to me. Currently, I do not have any pets where I live, but I still consider my two cats and a large yellow English lab as my pets! Although I am new to Rover, I have years of experience of pet sitting various types of animals of all ages. I am comfortable with all types of dogs and am very active, so I would make sure to spend plenty of quality time taking them on long walks or when stopping in for a visit :) I also love spending time with cats and other animals, so I would always be free for a drop in! I am currently a nursing student on summer break, so I am free for drop-ins and walks whenever needed, and am very flexible to last-minute requests. I am available mostly during the weekdays at any time, and some weekends as well. When in your home, I will follow your normal routine with your pet closely to make sure they feel comfortable and loved, whether that is long walks around the neighborhood/on a trail, visits to the park, special treats, or anything else they might enjoy.
“Claudia took care of my senior dog in a drop-in visit during the brutal heat wave! She listened to my dog as to her comfort level outside and patiently got her up and down the front steps. All in all, she was kind and took good care of her! Will definitely book Claudia again!”

About: Growing up with dogs of all sizes, I’ve gained years of hands-on experience caring for pets and providing attentive, reliable, and compassionate care to every dog. I currently have a highly flexible schedule, so I can be available almost any time other than Mondays and Wednesdays! I tend to be busier on the weekends, but I can still make it work if needed :) I prioritize every pet’s safety, comfort, and routine while in a client’s home. I have experience handling and training dogs, so I’m confident managing different temperaments, using crates when needed, and ensuring pets feel secure and cared for before, during, and after walks.
About: I have grown up with two dogs throughout my entire life, with the second being my own dog I rescued a little over a year and half ago! I provide fully for him. He had to be house trained and potty trained by me and is the sweetest pupper I know, just a little shy sometimes (biased of course)! I’m currently working part time so my availability is almost completely open and my schedule allows for me to take same day or last minute requests! I have always lived in apartments, so when I take my dog on walks we walk around my neighbor or we go to the dog park usually 2-4 times a week. I have crate trained my dog his whole life. He goes into his crate anytime I am out of the house so I have no problem with having to crate a dog. I am able to play with, walk, or entertain a clients dog in any way that is most comfortable for what they usually do with their own doggy!

Please contact me if you have any questions or for future bookings and scheduling! I am a full time dog boarder/daycare sitter at my home and occasionally step out for dog walks nearby. I prioritize being at home to spend time and look after them. I live one block away from a huge park where I can take them to play and use the bathroom as frequently needed! About: I’m someone who truly loves animals and takes responsibility seriously. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I’ll always do my best to earn that trust. I grew up with a total of five dogs and developed a strong understanding of dogs behavior from an early age. I also completed a two-week training course with my childhood German Shepherd, which helped strengthen both my skills and our bond. I continue to regularly care for my sister’s dog and have built lasting, trusting connections with the many dogs in my life. In my adult years, I’ve become an avid cat lover as well. I’ve cared for several outdoor cats, providing consistent feeding, shelter, and coordinating vet care when needed. Most importantly, I rescued my current cat from the outdoors, and he now lives with me indoors, happy, healthy, and thriving. I would care for every cat in the world if I could! I work from home on my own time so I can come by mostly whenever works for your pets, with flexibility to meet your pet’s needs! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow their established routines to help pets feel comfortable and secure. For dog walks, I provide safe, attentive walks tailored to each dog’s energy level, age, and needs. I make sure dogs get plenty of exercise, bathroom breaks, and positive interaction. During in-home visits, I can handle feeding, fresh water, litter box or yard clean-up, medication administration if needed, and lots of affection and play. I keep a close eye on behavior and well-being and provide updates and photos so owners feel confident their pets are in good hands.
About: I’ve been so lucky to have so many pets throughout my life — dogs, cats, bunnies, turtles, a full on aquarium. I’ve always been the go-to for pet sitting, whether it was through nannying, house-sitting, or being the friend who actually likes doing it. Right now I’ve got two dogs with wildly different personalities, and I live in Baltimore and own land in Tennessee where I’m slowly building my dream of a small farm, where soon I'll have grass puppies and honky donkeys. You probably have already seen me on the street asking CAN I PET YOUR DOG? I currently have very open availability! I feel like visiting the pets for a short visit a couple of times a day makes me sad, especially if they are missing their parents, they deserve stimulation so I try my best to follow an exciting version of your routine and leave them energetically satisfied. Due to my dogs and their high energy and vast personalities, I'm not currently boarding pets, but lead the way of your home, and Ill follow.

I have plenty of extra time to help you with pet care especially on the weekends. The weekdays are a little tougher but I can help with early morning or evening care. I care for pets in your home in the matter in which you would. I treat them with respect and provide proper boundaries to keep everyone happy.

If more stars were an option, she’d absolutely receive them. Paige was wonderful, punctual and charismatic. She made the time to do a meet and greet to gain the trust of myself and the pets. The photos on each drop in visit were absolutely unexpected. She goes above and beyond! Looking forward to my next trip so that my pets can experience 5 star boarding from the comfort of our home.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
