“This was the first time we used Victoria’s service. I was really in a bind and needed somebody for 10 days. We met with her prior to leaving. I asked for references and she provided them. I have house cameras, and was able to watch how she interacted with the dogs. My dogs were both apprehensive about her at the beginning of her first visit. She took calm control of the situation, and soon she had won them both over. A few days in and I was completely at ease. She sent me videos and pictures regularly. We will definitely use Victoria again.”

“Jennifer was awesome! She stayed at our house with Annie and took care of everything. Will definitely book her again if needed. Highly recommend her if you need a sitter.”

“I’ve never been away from my dog for more than 3 days, and Hannah stayed with him for a whole week and made me feel extremely comfortable! She gave frequent updates and handled his specific needs super well. He can be a tough pup to watch and she was amazing. Highly recommend Hannah for pet sitting!”

“Desiree watched our fur fam for us over a long weekend. She went above and beyond what we asked in regards to care and walking! We got timely checkins, pics, and thoughtful updates. We will gladly use her services again in the future and highly recommend her if you’re looking for a genuine caregiver for your pets while you’re away.”

“Gavin was great. He loved our girls as much as we do!! He gave us constant updates on our girls along with pictures. He had to administer a last minute medication and did it successfully with care and love. He was neat and courteous of our home and I have already rebooked him for next weekend. I will not hesitate to book hm again in the future.”

“Carlos was an absolutely incredible find! Highly recommend for your pet. He was incredibly kind, responsive, easy to communicate with and most importantly he was amazing with our sweet Rottie Leela! We look forward to working with him again soon!”

“We have a very anxious kitty and have had a few not-so-great experiences leaving him with a pet sitter, which made US anxious to leave him this time for an eleven day trip to visit our kids. We need not have worried; Moriah was amazing with Addi: affectionate, responsible and so responsive (she sent updates, pics, and videos every day.) She was an absolute pleasure to work with and we will be sure to use her again for any upcoming trips. We recommend her wholeheartedly!”

“Michael took great care of our 6 month old puppy - you could tell he really cares about the training and well-being for younger dogs. Big plus for us first time dog-parents!”

About: I grew up with all types of dog breeds from German shepherd mixes to cocker spaniels to shih tzus. I adore the unconditional love from our pets and I would like to help other owners in need of a little support in managing our little babies! I run a non profit organization day-to-day helping clients reach their goals of financial stability and build wealth. My time with Rover is strictly for fun to meet and get to know your pets! I have a fairly flexible work schedule allowing for some time during the day during the week but prefer primarily early schedules, late afternoon and the weekends. I have a 92 pound German Shepherd and a 19 pound beagle mix -- they have grown up together since puppies and are now 3 years old. They have been around other dogs after being properly introduced.

“Kathleen took great care of our senior cat and our home. She navigated some technical challenges with our alarm system with professionalism and good humor. Highly recommend. Will definitely re-book.”

“Tracey is a wonderful sitter who treats my Helen as if she is her own. She is flexible with her time, organized when coordinating, and a good communicator. Helen wags her tail when she arrives so when she is happy I am happy!”

“I couldn’t be more grateful to have found Jade and Johnny to care for my sweet pit mix in my home. After having had 2 bad experiences with sitters, I honestly wasn’t sure if I’d be able to trust anyone outside of family again. Jade and Johnny were amazing in caring for my girl; she looked so happy in the photos I was getting! I knew upon meeting them that they were major dog lovers and would keep my sweet girl safe; I truly did not have one bit of anxiety for the duration of my trip. My home was also very well cared for. I would recommend Jade and Johnny to anyone in need of a sitter! Thank you guys SO MUCH!”

“Emily was wonderful to our boys! Very responsive, accommodating, and kept in touch throughout her stay. We loved that she was always outside playing with them as that’s their favorite thing to do!”

“Wish we could Jeannie more than 5 stars!!! Our animals love her and we feel super comfortable with them in her care. Last trip we took, our dog ended up not feeling well and Jeannie handled it like a pro! We’re very happy to have connected with her on Rover, highly recommend! Thanks, Jeannie!”

“Great care and communication given!! Would definitely contact again!”

About: I’ve cared for everything from poodles to bunnies and cats! From my first dog at 12 years old, I fell in love with pets. I am confident enforcing rules - and giving cuddles. My job is part time and self-paced, so I have lots of flexibility! Reach out about everything from early mornings to mid-day lunch breaks, nights and weekends. Before I arrive, I will confirm how you want me to greet your dog or cat and any rules or behavior you would like me to reinforce. I will remain calm when I enter, acknowledging the pet with an even tone. I will allow them to approach and sniff me, getting used to my presence in their space. If they show a desire to be pet (such as initiating contact or belly flopping) I will happily oblige. I will confirm usage of treats and commands with you. If I am taking a walk, I will pay close attention to your dog as well as the presence of other dogs. I will keep a strong grip on the leash and keep the dog close, protecting them from other dogs and preventing them from eating things on the ground. I will be diligent about picking up poop and throwing it away properly - I care about your relationship with your neighbors! When we return, I will make sure that your dog is clean before entering your home. You love your dog and deserve someone who truly cares to step in when you are away!

“Jasmine has. Kept both the 14 year old 14 lb shih tzu I had & the 6 year old 6 lb Yorkie terrier mix that I currently pet parent. As a pet caretaker Jasmine was reliable, thorough, compassionate, attentive, and interactive. Her supervision is trustworthy. If you are seeking someone to watch your pet who will honor your wishes, attend to their needs, be reliable and operate from integrity then Jasmine is the person for you!”

“Tayler is our go-to and favorite! She is a huge animal lover and great with our dogs. We love that she sends us updates, like silly or cute photos when we are away. She tends great and is very reliable!”

19. Nicholas C.
“Nick has a kind and gentle soul when it comes to animals. The care and commitment he shows for his two kitties is amazing. Nick was raised to understand and respect all animals. He grew up learning to care for his dog, Sam, and many cats. Having pets is important as it teaches children the true importance of loving and nurturing someone other than yourself. Although I am biased, because I am his mother, Nick would make an excellent pet sitter. Clients can rely on him to take proper care of their 4-legged family.”
