About: I have taken care of cats and dogs for over 12 years. My senior and hospice pittie recently passed away earlier this year, but she was on a routine medication schedule that made me very skilled with administering medication to pups! I love a good walk or a good couch cuddle session, but I’m also happy just to exist in the same space ☺️ I am currently a Physical Therapist who is looking for helping and caring for local cats and dogs in the evenings and / or weekends! At home, I have a kitten who is crazy 🤪 I care for him by keeping unused room’s doors closed, nothing in the left in the sink or counter top they can potentially ingest or hurt themselves with, and try to keep a tidy place so there are no accidents!

“Just wow. Emily stayed at our home for a little over a week and cared for dog like he was her own. Our dog is anxious and has leash reactivity as well as some long term health issues. She was knowledgeable in handling him and managed his daily med administrations. Emily also went above and beyond by doing two in-person meet ups to get acquainted with Bouldin, snuggled with him, and bathed him prior to our return. We will be a customer of Emily's for as long as she will have us. Light years better than any dog resort/boarding facility.”

About: My name is Tyra and I have loved dogs for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always around dogs; my parents had dogs, my aunts/uncles, and my grandmas so visiting them was very enjoyable. I do want a kitten or cat one day but so far, I have only had the pleasure of visiting friends and family that own cats. I consider any animal in my care, a little bundle of joy!
