“This is our first experience not only using Rover.com, but entrusting our two fur-babies to a stranger while we were out of town. Jasmine came to our house to stay for two nights while we were in New York and she was excellent! She came to our house the week before our vacation to meet the dogs. They instantly warmed to her! While we were away Jasmine sent us multiple texts with pictures of the dogs and assured us everything was fine. She even went the extra mile and brought in our mail!! Without us ever asking!!! When we got home, it was clear that the dogs had gotten some exercise with Jasmine as they were snoring on the couch within ten minutes of us being home. We 100% would recommend Jasmine for anyone thinking of using an in home sitter. Unless they're going out of town the same time we are; if that's the case, get your own!! ”

She was super flexible with schedule changes and even found her way to my place after having a flat tire and during a storm to feed my cats and spend time with them. “As a first time Rover customer, I was a little apprehensive about the whole process. Jaime explained how everything works during the initial meet-and-greet and I felt comfortable leaving my dog in his care for a week long trip. During the week, Jaime provided daily updates and pictures of Harper. Jaime repeatedly tried to get Harper outside to walk, but he can be difficult and unsure when his routine changes and wasn't very cooperative. Harper initially wasn't eating very well, but I was able to work with Jaime on changes to his food to get him eating normally again. The house was in tidy condition upon return and Jaime left a goodie bag for Harper to enjoy! I had considered boarding Harper at a pet resort, but having Harper stay in his own home, where he is comfortable and familiar, with Jamie watching him was a much less stressful option for pet and pet parent. Our dog Reno has issues with getting along with unfamiliar dogs, and due to being blind he doesn't always do well in new environments, so having a sitter come watch our dogs in our home is essential, but isn't always easy to find, especially over a holiday. I was so happy to find Jahcarre and Morgan through Rover! They put me at ease by talking with me and meeting the dogs beforehand, and I felt confident leaving my dogs and our home in their hands while my husband and I were able to travel without being concerned. They communicated well when needed and sent pictures when I requested. They even got our doggies a little Christmas gift which was so sweet! About: Certified Dog groomer, and Pet Caretaker. I have taken care exotic animals like lizards, turtles, snakes, bunnies, ferrets, birds including birds of prey, and chinchillas. My household at home has two cats and a dog. Currently, working on getting my fishtank set up again! I am also CPR certified, and have taken dog training courses. We can talk about services and prices while I get to know you and your pet! ^-^ I go to school part-time. So, I typically will walk the dog 3 to 4 times a day. The cats hang with me while I'm doing school work and sometimes even during online classes. I feed them twice a day, and they get plenty of treats to encourage good behavior. I will ask the client what their normal routine is for the pets, and will try to keep that routine since I want to ensure that the dogs/cats are not having too much change introduced into their environment.
