As always, James took excellent care of my dogs while I was away for a night. I used his pick up/drop off service as well and it was great to have them happily waiting for me when I got home. He manages Emma’s diabetic needs well and I’m never worried about them when they are staying with James!

Merlin had a wonderful stay with Elizabeth. Through her detailed updates, we could tell he was being well cared for. She also sent lots of photos, so we could see what a blast Merlin was having with the other dogs. He loved lounging in the baby pool to keep cool during the heat wave. Elizabeth went above and beyond and gave him a bath before we picked him up, so he was clean and soft. We would definitely have Merlin stay with her and her family again!
Aimee is fantastic! She took amazing care of my two cats during a cross-country move and kept the two fluffs happy and healthy during a stressful transition. Aimee is incredibly knowledgeable about cats, is warm and considerate, and gave my kitties so much love while I was gone. She provided fantastic pictures and updates and totally set me at ease! Naya was truly amazing and could not have been more accommodating when we had an extended emergency situation requiring us to have the dogs out of the house on short notice. She was great with our two large pit mixes. They came home happy and tired! 11/10 would recommend and would have our precious pups stay with Naya again… and hopefully give her more notice next time!
