Huge Backyard, Loving Care, & Walks
I am a very active person, and I would be more than happy to walk your loving dog, multiple times a day. I also have my own backyard which is basically a private dog park now :), (see pictures). I have 4+ Years Volunteer work in Dog shelters, working with Dogs to be rehomed ♥️, when I lived out in California. I am now settled in Maryland. I am around to take care of your Doggo pretty much all day/ everyday when boarding, and only take on one clients dog(s) at a time, so the only contact with other dogs they will have is my dogs Xena & Rogue. I do drop ins for other pet parents around my local area, so I will be in an out but usually never gone more than 1 or 2 hours at a time, and back home between visits. I have worked with many dogs that have social anxiety issues, and reactive dogs, I have a seperate living space in my basement if your Pup prefers not to be to be in contact with my Dogs Xena & Rogue, Otherwise they will stay in the main house with me, Xena, Rogue and my Husband Alex. I am always happy to do a meet and greet before any bookings are made to show you around my property and for your dog to meet mine. I am available to be booked for Walks and / or drop ins for your pets aswell for the local area near me. For an additional fee which can be selected in the booking process, I am able to bathe your Pup, using sensitive skin dog shampoo & conditioner, towel & Blow dried the day before or day of pick up, I have a Special Dog Bath and grooming tools for this purpose.

James was patient, caring and professional. Our dog was a bit challenging and took some special attention before he felt comfortable with James. James went the extra mile to take care our dog. By the end of the storms and weekend they played frisbee together.
James was fantastic and took great care with my two young dogs. This was my first time using rover.com and it was a pleasant experience. I was a bit anxious about how it was going to go but the entire process in general was easy and James in particular was fabulous! He kept me updated with pictures and detailed reports and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

Schedule
My schedule, usually I am pretty much around all the time at my home when I am boarding a doggo. I may go out for 1 or 2 hours at a time to do drop-ins/walks for some clients in my local area, but I come straight home after & between visits.

In my home I do have 2 friendly dogs, Xena, an older girl who is very used to the flow of dogs that stay here with me, and a new addition Rogue. My husband Alex adopted Rogue a 4-5 year old mix, while he was stationed in Germany, she was well socialized in her foster home with several other dogs before he adopted her. The neighborhood is quiet, and a great area to walk your dog aswell. As for drop ins, I am always very respectful of people homes, give detailed updates and numerous photos. If there is any confusion in regards to care instructions, I will ask for clarification.
Pets
A typical day
My typical day consists of a morning and evening walk with my dogs, and the dog(s) I board with, usually my husband will walk with me on the evening walks, as he works at ft Meade during the day. An afternoon walk too, dependant on the weather, in the summer I omit the afternoon walk and opt for extra yard time due to the heat. I am happy to just utilize my yard if your pup has some issues with going on walks. I love spending time In my yard and the pups usually do too. When I leave the house, it is usually no more than 1-2 hours tops.

- For boarding, If you prefer your dog crated, I ask that you provide the crate as I don't own one, and of course to bring the dog food needed to feed your pet. If you allow treats for your Dog(s) please provide those to, as I don't like to feed Dogs food outside of what the owner provides. I have plenty of toys, dog bowls, bedding and such your dog is welcome to use, but if they have comforts or favorite things they like to have feel free to bring those too :). For Drop-ins/walks. I will need to know access instructions, Feeding/medicine, poop disposal, and just general care instructions for your pets.
