This fee also accommodates other potential bookings. 🐕‍🦺🫂 Meet & Greet: To ensure the safety and well-being of all pets in our care, we do not conduct in-home meet & greets. Instead, we invite you to our dog park, located just two minutes from our home, for an in-person introduction. Alternatively, we offer a virtual tour of our shared spaces. This policy is in place for sanitary reasons, as we operate from a residential setting rather than a commercial facility. It helps maintain a clean environment, minimizes the risk of spreading contagious illnesses, and protects the health of pets currently in our care. Please note that prices may vary depending on the type of pet and the level of care required. 🚪 Drop-In: Perfect for giving your pets the attention they need for 30 to 60 minutes while you're away. Each visit lasts up to 30 minutes and includes feeding, playtime, and a bathroom break if needed. For those requiring more time, a fee applies for 60-minute visits. If you need drop-ins longer than 60 minutes, please reach out so we can arrange it. You'll receive a photo update after each visit to keep you informed about your pet's well-being and our activities together. 🐕‍🦺🦮 Dog Walking: Provide your furry companion with a personalized walking experience tailored to their needs and preferences while you're away or unable to walk them! Each walk lasts at least 30 minutes, ensuring your dog receives the necessary exercise and attention. An additional fee applies for 60-minute walks, and I can adjust the walking style and route based on your dog's preferences and fitness level. 🛑**Please Note**: It is the owner's responsibility to provide all codes and keys necessary for access to the building/unit where your pet will be serviced. If access codes are not provided or if i am unable to access your building or unit, your pet's walk or drop-in will be forfeited. Additionally, if I have already arrived and you cancel, it will also be forfeited. If I am en route and you cancel, only 50% will be refunded. 🏘️ House Sitting: Enjoy peace of mind while you're away, knowing that your home and pets are being well cared for. Please provide clear instructions regarding the location of items and your care preferences. Ensure that your home is free of trash and unsanitary items. The areas I will occupy should be clean and in good condition. Any visits that do not meet these cleanliness standards, including the presence of blood or unsanitary issues, will be canceled, and a 50% refund will be issued for the remainder of the stay. 🕰️🧾 Need More Time to Confirm a Booking or Make a Payment? I understand that plans can change! Here’s some important information regarding my availability and booking policies: - My availability depends on demand, and I will hold your spot for as long as possible if we maintain effective communication. - For holiday bookings, I cannot guarantee your reservation if it starts within 7 days. - For non-holiday dates, the hold will be lifted between 12-72 hours if I become available to other clients. As long as you communicate with me, I will keep you informed of any changes to my schedule. If we have a meet and greet, please remember the booking terms we discussed. PLEASE READ🚨: If your booking is not confirmed by 9 PM EST the day before it begins, it will be archived/declined. All bookings must be confirmed prior to the start date for me to accept your pet—no exceptions. A same-day booking fee of $15 will apply if you haven't confirmed your booking and still need care for your pet. Owners are responsible for accepting or rejecting any modifications (such as rescheduling or changes to drop-off/pick-up times) within 72 hours after I have made the changes in the system. Additionally, excessive lateness without prior communication may result in the termination of services. **Adherence to policies is mandatory for all clients. Failure to comply may result in termination of services. This price may fluctuate based on changes in costs and the level of care your pet requires and demand.
