He was also willing to attend to Hank’s preferences (walks, lots of outside time, naps and routines). His dog, Xena, was very good/tolerant with Hank, who can be a bit much as a 150 lb. Saint Bernard who loves attention. We’d like to think Hank enjoyed his vacation as much as we did. 😃”

They were proactive when issues arose—adjusting his feeding when he wasn’t eating well and quickly addressing a rash by notifying us and consulting a vet. At one point, Kyury even fed Arty by hand. After Arty’s stay, Kyury reached out to check on Arty and see how his rash was doing. They truly care about the dogs they watch. We would absolutely use their services again. I received wonderful photos every day which helped ease my mind. I don’t think Mocha wanted for a single thing while she was there. Megan is also the consummate professional - she followed up every text quickly and answered every question we had. You can tell she takes this very seriously. Geovanna was absolutely wonderful with Freya! She was able to help us on such short notice, and we’re so grateful for how welcoming she and her family were. She sent us consistent updates throughout Freya’s stay, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Elizabeth was fantastic with our sweet Gnocchi girl! She updated us every night with so many pictures. She had so much fun playing with all of her friends. You can tell she had a bunch of fun and was taken care of so well. I will definitely use Elizabeth in the future. She came back to us bathed and happy! This was our first time leaving her anywhere and it was a great experience.
Aimee is fantastic! She took amazing care of my two cats during a cross-country move and kept the two fluffs happy and healthy during a stressful transition.
