From the beginning, he communicated frequently and kept me updated throughout her stay with videos and regular check-ins, which gave me so much peace of mind. Myra is a senior dog and requires a little extra patience and care, and Demetrius was incredibly patient, attentive, and understanding with her. I could tell she was comfortable and well cared for, and I truly appreciated the level of attention he gave her. My high expectations are always met when I leave Lexi with Fidel. There is always good communication between us and he is very attentive to my needs. On this last stay, they administered medicine to my dog for allergies with no problems. I also get lots of pictures of Lexi playing with old and new friends. I am extremely blessed to have him to watch Lexi, even at the last minute. Great job always!
I cannot say enough good things about my cats experience with Jasmine! She bravely took all 3 of our cats and they did so well! One remained shy which was expected, but the other 2 settled right in. Jasmine followed all of our instructions and we have no complaints whatsoever. Thank you Jasmine!!!
