Dog lover with flexible schedule
I have been a huge animal lover all of my life. I have trained therapy and service dogs during college and graduate school. I also volunteered with a service dog organization for 5 years, training and house sitting these dogs. I have been a part time dog sitter and dog walker for over 15 years. I also teach a foundations dog sports class in the area and have handling dogs of different temperaments, energy levels, and personalities. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting you and your pets!

Margaret was great and we had a very positive experience with her! She incorporated Kheira into the pack and Kheira seemed to thrive. We had a horrible experience with a different sitter prior to working with Margaret and she put all of our worries at ease. She provided daily updates, took Kheira on walks with the dogs, and all around provided top notch care. Highly recommend!!!

Margaret is amazing with dogs! We met volunteering together as puppy raisers for a service dog organization and she did a great job with the 2 dogs she raised and trained. Margaret has lots of energy, is very loving towards dogs, is very knowledgeable on dog behavior, types of equipment, and will make an excellent sitter and walker for Rover. She is responsible, upbeat, and positive to be around and I have no doubt everyones dogs will love being with her! Becca P
Calendar and availability
Schedule
My fiance, Khai, and I live in the home along with our three dogs. We wake up early to take them for a morning walk before breakfast. Then I leave for work and Khai works from home. He is able to take the dogs outside during the day for potty breaks or playing with a ball. I enjoy going for another walk when I return home or after dinner, depending on the weather. We take the dogs out before going to bed for their last potty break. The dogs will sleep in our room and we can take them out if needed during the night.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a privacy fenced in backyard and three of our own dogs. We also have different sized crates if your dog needs to be crated in the home. We have gates in the home if separation is needed during meal times. We also live in a neighborhood with lots of sidewalks and take dogs out for walks on a daily basis.
Pets
A typical day
We enjoy taking dogs on walks around the neighborhood! In the summer we leave the longer walks to the early morning or after dinner to avoid the summer heat. We will follow the dog’s “rules” and am willing to work on daily obedience training. During the work day, Khai will take your dog out in the yard to play or for another short walk!
