“Megan was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with our two dogs, Nelson and Kodie! Both can be energetic at times and both like lots of cuddles which they both received the entire stay. She followed the schedule perfectly and put our minds at ease! Communication was GREAT! Megan kept us informed of their daily activities from the time they woke up until they went to bed (including mealtimes, play time and cuddle time). She sent GREAT photos (AND I MEAN GREAT) the photos were picture perfect for magazines!! :) Megan was reliable and adjusted to our schedule with drop off and pick up. When the dogs ran out of the canned food, she offered and picked some up for us! How nice! :) At pick up both dogs were happy and well taken care of! BUT what touched my son and I the most is we were going through our pets bag and found Megan had placed a gift bag for Nelson and Kodie that consisted of a card, plush dog toy, and dog treats! Liz, Jeffrey, and the kids were fabulous! They made my Yorkshire puppy feel right at home, loved, and entertained. She was happy to see us when we picked her up, but I think a little sad to leave. We received lots of photos and videos while we were gone to help us feel like we made the right choice and that Pixie was in good hands.
Elizabeth was fantastic with our sweet Gnocchi girl! She updated us every night with so many pictures. She had so much fun playing with all of her friends. You can tell she had a bunch of fun and was taken care of so well. I will definitely use Elizabeth in the future. She came back to us bathed and happy! This was our first time leaving her anywhere and it was a great experience.
Geovanna was absolutely amazing with my fur babies while I was out of the country! She updated me every single day and sent the sweetest photos of my girls, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. My oldest, Cali, can be a bit feisty at times, but Geovanna handled everything so well and I am incredibly grateful. She was also extremely responsive, immediately answering any questions I had. To top it off, when my flight got delayed, she was so understanding and accommodating about extending the time. We all know things happen when traveling, and she made a stressful situation so much easier! I would definitely use Geovanna again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for safe, loving hands for their pets. 🤍🐶
